Everyone near Waltham, MA should use Genove! I can’t say enough good things about this company! Owned a home in Waltham with oil heat for almost 10 years and wish I found them sooner! Called them last year to perform yearly maintenance on an old oil tank and furnace in a crawlspace and they did great work and gave great advice! This is a business you can trust!

This year when our furnace stopped working mid December: Called up Genove right away and they had someone out the same day to try and help us! We knew the furnace was on the last of its nine lives so Richie came and took a look and let us know our options! He’s super knowledgeable and let us know about the Mass Rebate program to save us money! We chose to go with a new electric heat pump over just replacing the furnace because our air conditioning unit was older too and we wanted to get it all under control!

This was a pretty big job that required them working in a crawlspace that you can’t stand up all the way in which we are very grateful for their hard work! Richie and the rest of the guys showed up early worked with our schedule and really went above and beyond to fix our heating trouble! He also recommended a great electrician to upgrade our electrical panel and take care of the electrical components of the work! It was a seamless job and was great that both entities were familiar working with eachother! Everything ran so smoothly!

Armando was great to work with in the office when it came to the proposal and payments as well as getting all of the information needed to submit the Mass Save rebate information after the work was complete! What should have been a very stressful situation quickly became a lot easier when dealing with these guys! They really know their stuff! They were able to get all of this work scheduled before the end of the year to help us out with the rebate and gave us a great heating system for the new year!

Look no further for your next HVAC company! Hire these guys! Real people! Experienced! Super communicative! Hard working! They did everything they said they would do! Can’t recommend them enough! Thanks Richie, Armando and Team!

Brand new facility. Decent location and not hard to find. Have to go around the back of the building, then the door is on the right. Big signs so you can miss it. Very helpful staff, great selection with a lot on display. Came in on a wed to meatball subs and snacks!

We had an amazing experience with Healthy Duct. Their team was friendly, professional, and did a great job cleaning the ducts and air vents in our house. They took pictures detailing before/after the work and it was really incredible to see everything they had cleaned and patched up. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for duct cleaning services in the area.

Amazing experience. Had my duct cleaned last year by a different company. Had a bad experience where they had to come back. Healthy Duct came and did an inspection. Instead of trying to sell me, they opened up the vents, took a look, inspected the blower itself and told me that I currently didn’t need to have a cleaning. Gave me tips to keep my system in good working condition and showed me some points that I will have to show to anyone cleaning the system in the future to prevent damage. Will absolutely be calling them again.

We've been having a lot of work done at our house recently and we've had several different companies perform maintenance and repairs. it's been a good experience, as most of the workmen and bosses have done excellent work with a good attitude. Such a pleasure. But Healthy Ducts are a step above even that. They took the time to answer our questions and to explain in understandable scientific terms exactly how their work and equipment would clarify the air in our house. When they were done, our air was clean, all the duct debris was gone, and the work was completed on time and with expertise. It's one thing to do a job well - it's another to do it well and with heart.
