Just had some very brief verification/second opinion work from them so I can't speak for a long term job but in my limited experience they were great. Pricing was transparent, everything was explained very clearly to me, and I was very satisfied with the work.

Jacob and BJ are great guys to work with. I was extremely pleased with their professional knowledge and friendliness. They recommended and installed an iron curtain for the problems we where experiencing. They replumbed a branch line for our shower, vented the sewage pump properly, replace faucets and fixed leaks. The fixes and changes they did make a huge positive difference for us They where effective and efficient. I cant express the amount of gratitude I have for these guys and want to thank the friendly women who answered the phone at the Herrema Plumbing office. I defiantly recommend Herrema Plumbing for all plumbing needs! Thank You So Much!

I called on New Years Day (yesterday) evening and spoke with Stephanie about a toilet leak I ran into replacing the original toilet to our home, which was built in 1946. She let me know Shawn would be out in the morning. He and another plumber arrived this morning as promised and fixed the leak, let me know why the toilet was leaking (the flange is super old and needed a second wax ring), cleaned up, gave me some tips for the future, and even hauled away the old toilet without charging extra. Prices were cheaper than what I expected to pay and they completely blew me away with the turnaround time and level of customer service. Plus my dog loved them and they both made sure he was well pet, so that's always a plus. They've made a permanent customer as long as I'm in the area, and I'll be referring friends and family to them. Highly recommended from both me and my dog.

I have used Herrema Plumbing for about a year now and trust them to do all of our plumbing from here on out. Jacob has been extremely professional and educational as we remodel our basement. His suggestions are trustworthy and we are confident that he has our best interest in mind. For us, Herrema has been the example of a company focusing on service instead of sales.

Our water heater went out last night and so first thing this morning I called Herrema the company I bought it from in 2004. I spoke with John and after checking their schedule he said he could have someone here later this afternoon. At 2.30 Jacob arrived with his partner Caleb (We were a little nervous, anticipating having to buy a new heater) but after an hour they had fixed the problem for a minimal service charge. The guys were not only efficient but very pleasant and polite. Thank you Herrema for a job well done and keep those two guys on your payroll!!!

We had a great experience working with Herrema Plumbing. We had a leaking hot water stem on our bathtub/shower. I could not get the stem out of the valve body and had to call a professional for some help before I broke some thing major. I had a rebuild kit and changed the cold stem and diverter already and had the parts necessary for the hot stem as well.

Jacob and Caleb showed up early and were very friendly and cordial. We have a busy 2 year old boy that loves to help out when it comes to fixing/building things with tools. They were both very understanding, tolerant and so nice to our son.

They were able to remove the old stem with no damage to anything else and use the spare parts that I had. They gave us a discount for the cost of our spare parts and finished up in about 30 minutes. Overall, the plumbers were so friendly and helpful, and the staff on the phone when I scheduled the appointment were friendly and helpful. We have found the plumbers we will be calling on from now on whenever we have any plumbing issues or remodel needs. We would recommend Herrema to anybody looking for a plumbing professional!

I was nervous to call a plumber but finally reached a point where I couldn't do the job on my own. They sent someone out the same day and had it fixed within 30 minutes of arriving (definitely out of my scope). I was incredibly happy with their responsiveness and professionalism but even more surprised at how reasonably priced their services were. Definitely recommend.

Easily the best plumber in town. Stephanie was very friendly over the phone and was able to give me an estimate as well as a ton of useful information regarding my water heater. Jacob, the actual plumber, was easily the best plumber I have had. He installed our new water heater super quickly, accurately, and professionally and also hung around to answer all of my questions and show me how the new thermostat control worked. The best part? The price. These guys are so honest with their pricing. It's so refreshing honestly to not feel like we are getting taken advantage of. Customers of Herrema's for life!

EXCELLENT SERVICE. ON-TIME. KNOWLEDGEABLE. HONEST.
I could go on and on. Herrema has been a diamond in the rough to say the least. They ran all new pipes on my full remodel of a 1900 historic house and installed tubs, showers and all finishes. From the beginning they were friendly, patient, and professional even though I had to change my layout a couple of times. They gave me a fair assessment of the work, walked me through the job, and followed up quickly with an estimate.

Always on-time and even called ahead to let me know they were on their way. I had the pleasure to work with Jacob, BJ, Stephanie, and most recently, Andrea. All delivered excellent service- I could not recommend them more highly.

It is difficult to find a company and people that check all the boxes. Herrema does just that. Give them a call and find out yourself.

Staff was nice but the expertise of the person who came was lacking! Not what we are used to from past experiences. The job should never have taken 2+ hours to complete. Discovered repair was not successful the first time we used our shower.
