Rude customer service over the phone. I called and got a couple words before get cutting off and hung up on. They don't even know why I was calling.

This place is awesome its like a huge Home depot that has that kind of stuff by the truck load

They seem to have everything, but I can't stand when I walk in and get looked over because I am not a plumber. It has happened to me several times in many locations and I spends thousands of dollars there each year. When it hundreds of thousands I'll look right over them and treat the like idiots when they come to sell to me.

They know what they know, but are unable to think beyond the box. I needed a special part that could have been substituted. Got no help. They were somewhat annoyed that I wasn't asking for something standard. Oh well, I'll get it someplace else.

They had a Thanksgiving dinner for all contractors today it was awsome. Thanks so much...

Rick behind the desk was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Etna has everything you could think of to service or build a plumbing and drainage system. Their prices are fair.

Best supply house hands down. Everyone at sales counter , Rick, mike, Tom,Robert, and Josh are so helpful and patient. If they don’t have they do everything possible to help you get it . Peter B. No one answers the phone. Takes weeks to get issues resolved.

Helpful with my return from another branch. But customer service on the sales side was not great. Just telling me where to go for returns, I was told where I'd be "dealt with." I'll stick to other branches for my purchases.

The main road leading out of our neighborhood is under construction, there is only 1 route in and out during this time. One of ETNAs drivers parked and blocked this path for over 45 minutes. I asked him to move so we could get kids to school and he refused. I had to contact the Road Commission and speak with management at ETNA to get the driver to move and stop blocking the only entrance and exit. Poor service, choose a company that teaches their employees to have pride in their work.
