They even laid rugs out to keep my house clean. The job was done professionally and quickly. BRiNK even handled working with the city so I didn’t have to. Kraig responded quickly to my call due to flooding of 4 rooms. Scheduled plumber that day but the best thing was him talking me through process of getting insurance claim going and then a referral to a company they had experience with for cleanup. That took a great worry off as I thought I was going to have to do cleanup. That thought was overwhelming. I am 72, widowed not much family here to help. I have used BRIK a couple of times and have nothing but great experience with their work. Such a caring company!

We had an issue with the plumbing in one of the units at our condo association, which entailed cutting through concrete in a couple of units, doing the plumbing repairs, and pouring the concrete to replace what was cut to complete the project.

Brik was very quick to respond and communication was excellent. Ryan was efficient, knowledgeable, and very personable in answering all my questions. The charge was reasonable. I would use them again in a heartbeat! I have already told my family and friends about them.

I had my main drain replaced. Throughout the entire process, they were honest and transparent. Also, the work was very reasonably priced compared to other plumbers out there. Not too mention they work closely with the city, so they can easily and quickly get permits.

We needed a sewer clean out installed and BRik Plumbing was highly recommended from another plumber since he couldn't do this kind of work. BRiK listened to our needs, did research about our old house from city records, quoted a reasonable price, did all the permit work and came and did a great job. No surprises and was done with the job in 3-4 hours around our busy schedule. I would also highly recommend them to do any work in the future.
