Had them install a backwater valve, laundry tub, and laundry machine hookup. Apart from a small scheduling delay due to an emergency call that came in at the last minute, everything was handled well, and I was pleased with the quality of their work. The final price was exactly what they had quoted me for. Would hire them again!

Brik did an amazing job replacing our water service to our house. They were able to get our service restored quickly, and they did a great job explaining everything they were doing to me. I would definitely recommend them.

BRiK replaced our blue plastic waterline that started leaking in our front yard. The crew arrived on time, protected our lawn with plywood, covered our floors with rugs, and toned out the buried communication cables outside to confirm the MISS DIG locate marks. They completed the project in about four hours and cleaned up everything inside and out before they left. Excellent work!

Cody was awesome. I called Benjamin Franklin for a second look at a slow leak I had from a pipe in my basement. The week before I got an assessment and quote from Service Professor that I needed a minimum of $9,800 in plumbing work including opening walls that I would need to hire someone else to repair. Cody took a look at my issue and quickly determined that the toilet ring was deteriorated causing the slow leak. He had the parts and fixed it in 15 min for $325!! I almost cried I was so relieved. Thank you Cody and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I really appreciated your honest approach.

Luke did a stellar job of diagnosing the problem and wasted no time in telling me the details. My problem just happened to be a valve that was not in fully open position. Thanks to Luke's integrity, he simply opened the valve and we both shared a good laugh. Thankfully, he didn't try to find something else in order to pad the invoice. I will definitely call these guys again and, of course, ask for Luke.

My worker who came out was Sam he was very polite and very patient. He listened and observed before he just diagnosed a problem didn’t rush through the job at all and did an outstanding job I would recommend him to anyone who needs his services.

Tyler was extremely friendly and professional! He very quickly fixed leaks in my gas pipe and also helped replace my dryer gas line and valve, and solved the issue I was having with my gas range/oven. I am very grateful for the speed and quality of the work!

Highly recommend!! Very professional and willing to help and answer questions in person and over the phone. You're in great hands with Benjamin Franklin. I have not used their service myself but a friend of mine did and from what ive seen and watched them do (replace and update toilet pipes to code) friend had old plumbing causing issues and was notified he needed to update his pipes to a bigger one to be up to code. They handled it quickly and calmed my stressed friend by answering questions and quoting him a great price. After Ben Franklin guys did their job we remodled the rest of the bathroom. His wife was happy, i didnt have to figure out plumbing and everyone was happy they didnt have to use the neighbors restroom anymore.lol. All in all they took about a day to handle it from call to finish.

Dustin was great. He took his time to give me possible scenarios and technical information that helped me move forward with my plans. And my dog loved him!

Luke is FANTASTIC! He sent us notice, as well as calling, when he was on his way. His email profile included his picture, with some details of who he was, which was so nice to have in this age of scammers coming to your home!
He gave us a quote b4 starting the work and kept it to that price. Was quick and efficient. He was very easy to talk to, and knowledgeable.
