Cody called me on his way here and was actually ahead of scheduled time. He and Nate smiled and spoke with politeness and ease, not as if talking with me was wasting their time time. They worked smoothly and efficiently as they removed my old water heater and installed my new one. Cody also explained the leak alarm on the unit They left no mess anywhere and were again polite on their way out.

The company itself is awesome. I’d like to give a shout out to my technician Nate today did a great job! Help me with an issue I previously Failed. He was quick efficient and even cleaned up the mess. I told him I would clean up love all these guys that work for Benjamin Franklin always courteous, professional, and clean go above and beyond. I recommend them to everyone especially on Facebook in form whenever anyone is asking for a reference for a good quality plumbing company.

Nick and the team were great! We had just moved into a new house and were having issues with limited amount of hot water. Nick was able to diagnose, answer all questions and schedule us within a few days for a new water heater. Prompt, virtually no down time, no mess and great customer service. Will be recommending to others.

Nate is very good at his work and a very good person. We are happy with the new toilet installation.
The process was simple. We got the fix the next day. There was no charge for consultation / quote.

Our water heater was leaking and we called on a Sunday and someone answered right away and he connected us with Nate who came on the same day and knew what he was doing and our day turned out a lot better then when it first started 😊 we will recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to anyone else that needs them. They did a nice job.

Nick was able to get me in as soon as possible due to a plumbing issue the following day. The repair and replacement did not take long at all, and Cody was excellent in communication providing the details needed that I asked. Between Cody and Mason, both did a wonderful job efficient. I would truly recommend for future services.

Dustin found a good spot to locate the water conditioner without needing lots of extra piping, and out of the way I'm my pantry. He was respectful, friendly and efficient. What I needed and had to search for was the serial # to register my purchase. I'm old school; would have appreciated some hardcopy info including serial number, filter changes, filter number, etc. I think that stuff all left with Dustin. I should have asked.

Arrived promptly. Nate was great. Very professional. But I asked for itemized invoice for business and they could not produce one. Invoice just had one price on it . And for only replacing the outside water spicket and reattaching the one pipe I felt it was very expensive repair $543.00.
Lesson learned

Sam w Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was fantastic. Super great customer service. He took the time to really explain what he was doing, what he found and any further recommendations. I trusted his knowledge and was very happy with his service.

We just moved into our house 2 weeks ago and encountered a slow leak from the laundry water hook up. I called to schedule an appointment Monday and they were able to send someone Wednesday! Cody was our guy and he was fantastic. Our house has some weird hook up but he solved the problem quickly and explained what we could do in the future to update everything.
So incredibly thankful for his help especially since tomorrow is Thanksgiving and we will have a full house. We will definitely work with Cody again!

Tyler and Luke did a great job! Very professional and they completed the work much faster than anticipated. They were able to shed some light on some of the older plumbing in the house and let us know what the next steps would be in the issue ever happens again. Thank you!!!

Needed my water heater replaced and BF was able to complete the job the very next day for a significantly lower price than what I had been quoted from a big box store. Everyone I dealt with has been incredibly professional and kind. Sam and his sidekick that came to do the installation were the best. I will look to BF in the future for my plumbing needs!

I submitted a request online and received a call back from their office in less than 2 minutes. I was able to speak directly with the plumbing manager and he shared wonderful in-depth and localized information specific to my property. This all took place at 4pm on a Monday, and we had an inspection take place at Noon the next day! The inspector, Sam Liberski, was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and walked me through what he was doing step by step. Sam provided great recommendations and made me fully confident in moving forward with a home purchase. Can’t say enough good things about Sam and the company as a whole.

I called with an urgent ceiling leak and Cody came out within 45 minutes. My husband said he was super helpful and made us feel secure with his knowledge. We hadn’t heard of BF plumbing before and called because it is the middle of winter and this was the fastest. However, after a great experience we’re sure to use them next time. It’s times like these that great service goes a long way thanks to Cody!

My experience with these guys has been one of being visited by plumbing angels. They came in and quickly assessed, fit me into their schedule, and did great work. Tyler had a knowledgeable and confident approach that made me feel comfortable the whole way. I SO appreciate the service they provided and would recommend to anyone!!

Sam came within an hour of my initial call for multiple non emergency plumbing services. He was friendly and professional, helping me decide which projects made the most sense with my budget and suggested options for later repairs that could wait. I felt comfortable leaving Sam while I went to lunch with a friend and felt he went above and beyond to do beautiful work.

I had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! From start to finish, they were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They kept me updated every step of the way and even provided clear before-and-after pictures, which I really appreciated.

They did an excellent job installing handwashing sinks and a sink for my warming kitchen, and everything was completed with care and attention to detail.

I want to give a special shout-out to Tyler and Jenna — they were absolutely amazing, patient, and informative. I also met the manager once (I’m so sorry I forgot your name!), but you were great as well. The whole team truly went above and beyond.

What stood out the most is that they took the time to look up the plumbing codes for my childcare center, explained everything clearly, and educated me on the correct equipment that should be used and what should stay to remain compliant. That level of care and knowledge gave me so much peace of mind.
