I am a property manager and use Ben Franklin as my #1 option for plumbing work. Their admin, Jenny, is an absolute pleasure to work with. Very polite and efficient. I’ve had experience with multiple technicians and they’ve all been skilled and polite. Highly recommend.

We really appreciate Nick coming to the rescue on short notice! He happened to be at our neighbors when we had some backups and water coming through the basement ceiling, and he got our blockage cleared out and cleaned up really fast! Didn’t even charge us for travel fees since he was already in the area. Thanks!

Benjamin Franklin answered the call and Cody arrived at our house in less than 30 minutes. Cody Velthouse was professional, thorough, efficient and knowledgeable. He was able to detect and resolve the issue quickly and wasn’t trying to up sell on services that weren’t needed. We will be requesting Cody in the future.

We had a great experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing when we needed leaky water shut off valves replaced a few weeks ago. Dustin was very professional, kind, patient with questions, and extremely helpful. We will definitely be using them next time we have a plumbing issue.

Ben Franklin scheduled a quick appoinment and the t3ch arrived a little earlier than expected.Dustin from Ben Franklin did a great job with clearing my drain line. He explained pricing, the issue and showed me the clear line on camera to show me he had clear it. The team that handled scheduling and answered all my inquires were also nice too. I would recommend.

Dustin and his apprentice Kaden worked hours in a challenging space (old house with tiny access space) looking for the leak and replacing faucet. They kept at it until it was fixed. Happy homeowner!

Fast and professional service. They were able to get to my house next day and Cody was very nice and had my Plumbing issue resolved quickly. Price was high for my job but I believe it would have been high no matter who came.

After 25 years of use, I had to replace my vacuum breaker assembly. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and asked them to help me with installing a new unit. I purchased a brand new one off Amazon, so I only needed them for the install. Mike Brown did a fantastic job at a fair price. They also performed the test that went to the city that showed the unit was doing its job. Thanks again for the quick turnaround!

Pictures are the old unit and the new one. The thing that stood out to me the most was the quality of the install. The last one was a bit crooked. This one is level and looks amazing.

Wow is about all I can say. Fast, reasonably priced and work done extremely well. Tyler came out and provided estimate, and he and his team knocked out the work. No surprises, at the price quoted and completed when they said they would. Very pleased and for sure will use them for plumbing needs in the future.

Nate was fantastic. He found the root of the problem (pun intended) and cleared up my sewage pipes quickly and thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin for any plumbing issues you might have.

Very Unhappy, ery mislead. First of all called Said there would be a Said there would be a door charge of $35 and then another charge of $530 to route 100 feet when in fact later it come out to be only an hour of service for 550. So what is it if we knew that it was only be an hour instead of the feet? We would’ve ran with a different service..
and said he was gonna be On time. Then shows up almost 40 minutes later. Had excuse of bringing equipment to other associates. Then cut into our vanity. And then they bent our new flange When my boyfriend instructed that they just screwed that in. They just been it backwards after using his drill to extract bolts out. Again had to use our tools because they didn’t come prepared. Battery died on plunger because we had a back up in our system. Had to use do use our battery and charger?. The water did one burp and then they said oh we’re good and left. Ran the water for two minutes and it was already flooding over again no relief then we had to put our sink back together and toilet back together because it wasn’t a part of the service.. . Felt like they were rushing to get to the next appointmentThen kept pushing us to use this company give them a call right away, kept asking and asking about it felt like we had to. Kept asking us to.

Had an excellent experience and wanted to hop on here to leave a great review and give Nate S. a shout out for being a really cool dude. We had our sump pump go out Saturday, called around and most places were saying it would be a few hours before they could get someone out to me, which with our high water table means we would have almost certainly faced a flood threat, and nobody would give me an estimated cost of work, outside of telling me what their outrageous emergency service fee was going to be. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was able to give me an estimate range of parts/labor/emergency fee so I actually had an idea of what to expect, and said they could be here within the hour! Nate came out quickly, swapped out the busted sump pump, and then instead of calling it a day and heading out, had the initiative to review the installation and say "I really don't like how the previous plumber installed this" so he ripped it all apart, installed some elbows to align things better, and left me with a new sump, new layout, and a MUCH higher confidence in the overall solution. Finally, before leaving, he offered to look over any other plumbing jobs I had at the house that I hadn't necessarily planned on tackling because he claimed if he could look at them and do his investigative work while he was there, it would save me money in the future since the job would already have the quoting process done and it would just be a matter of scheduling the work!

Seriously can't recommend these guys (or, at least, Nate S.) enough. We will absolutely be using them again in the future for any plumbing needs (ideally not in an emergency capacity lol)

We had an emergency leak in our basement, and Dustin showed up within 30 minutes. He evaluated the situation and had the job completed within a few hours (pretty quick considering the situation). He also provided us with some recommendations about how to prevent this situation from happening in the future. It was our first time using this company, and we were very pleased with the service we received! Highly recommend!
