Danielle helped my husband and I get a custom rough in toilet we needed for our 1800s farm house! She was efficient and timely. Highly recommend! We haven’t had any issues with the toilet, great quality and great customer service!

My husband and I recently remodeled our main bathroom and worked with Danielle at infusion Kitchen & Bath Showrooms. From start to finish Danielle and her team were incredibly helpful. For a few areas of our remodel we knew what we wanted and the ordering process was quick and efficient. Other aspects of our project required detailed product knowledge and cross brands coordination. This is where Danielle’s expertise really made the difference. She listened to our ideas and helped coordinate all the details till we had the whole vision for the space. Danielle was present and patient when we needed time and prompt when we were on a deadline with the contractors. Danielle and her colleague Quinn’s communication through the various phone calls and emails kept us on track and organized throughout the whole process. Very thankful we had Danielle for this project and will be coming back to work with her and her team again for our next remodel.

Walked in without a mask informed them that I had asthma and then I was told I couldn't return what I bought from them unless I wore a mask I then waited 30 min ( with a mask )
to return it and watch half the people there walk around without masks including the guy stocking the selfs

Great selection at all price points. Very well organized. Friendly staff. I was helped by Brianna. Very nice and knowledgeable. Will definitely be back for other household appliances.

Absolutely perfect. We went into the showroom overwhelmed and walked out absolutely amazed. Showroom consultant Lisa Rohen took charge and walked us through every detail of our new home plumbing with more knowledge than we anticipated and excited to boast our tastes.

We visited the showroom on Ionia in Grand Rapids. We were greeted by a friendly and competent receptionist. Quickly she determined that we were looking for a bathroom sink. She then referred us to a sales person to complete our transaction. Our sink was promised for the following day. As promised we picked up our sink the next day.

I was very pleased with the quality of service provided to us.

As a general contractor and business owner with an active Ferguson account, I was parked in their lot (which was roughly 90% empty) while my wife met with the interior designer to finalize selections for a new restaurant project in Grand Rapids. When she returned to the vehicle so I could confirm details before placing a mid–six-figure order, a Ferguson employee abruptly yelled at her, telling us we couldn’t park there.

My wife got into the car visibly upset and immediately said we would no longer be doing business with Ferguson. We cancelled the order on the spot. Extremely disappointing treatment toward a long-standing customer.

Bought a water heater online, better brand at a better price than from a big box store. People working there were all fantastic, both on phone and in store. It was ready in a couple hours. Nice guy wheeled it right out to my van. I took a look around at some plumbing supplies and thought the selection and prices were pretty good compared to big box stores.

Great experience; called one evening and chatted about the problem, they were able to come fix the issue the next morning. Showed up on time, was respectful of health/hygiene, clearly communicated, fair pricing. Would recommend and use again.

We had a small job and called around and my man Derrick came through. One phone call, a couple of texts and a Venmo payment. Called on Monday job was done as scheduled by Wednesday 5pm. Thank you, we really appreciate your help so quickly!
