Kyle and Trout Plumbing did an excellent job for me and charged a reasonable price! They were happy to answer any questions I had, even ones not related to what I called them to help with. They walked me through what they were doing step-by-step and why they were doing what they did. I am happy to call them back the next time I need a plumber!

Had trout out to look at a leak we where having at are kitchen sink and had the pleasure of meeting Kyle. He was fast and professional. The prices where very fair, they had up front pricing that showed what I would pay for the whole project before they started with no change after him and his team where done will always have them for future plumbing work. Cannot say enough good things about Trout plumbing! We had a leak through our living room ceiling on a Saturday night. Kyle came out within 30 minutes and fixed the problem at a fair price. He was professional and knew what he was doing! I called at least five other plumbers who just told me to turn my water off until Monday. Will definitely use again and we have already hired him for more work.

I had an issue with sewer line backing up into my basement drain. I noticed the issue on a Saturday evening and Kyle was quick to call me back that same evening. He advised me on what it would cost for an emergency visit over the weekend vs. what it would cost to come by on Monday. I opted to schedule for Monday. Kyle came by exactly in the window he said he would and had the drain cleared out in no time. Advised me on what I could do moving forward and what the issues were with my drain. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and was very transparent and upfront throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Trout and would happily call them again for any other plumbing work I have a need for.

I needed my 26 year old anti-siphon outdoor hose faucet replaced quickly as it had worn out and would not fully shut off. I called Trout Plumbing and they were able to come out within a few hours and take care of it! Fare price and they did a great job!

Chris DeRoos did an amazing job on our plumbing! He removed the old cast iron drain, installed new PVC, repiped the kitchen sink, and thoroughly tested everything for leaks. He took the time to explain everything clearly and educated me on the process. Highly recommend Chris for reliable and trustworthy work!!

Kyle was able to come to our jobsite within 15 min of my initial call. We had a change of plans and he was still able to return before a competitor was able to get us in. Great attitude and explanations on site. Appreciated him writing up what they had done as it was needed to schedule work by the City of Grand Rapids. So pleased with the service Kyle and his company provided while installing the gas line for my gas fireplace. They were able to get me on the schedule, accommodating my work hours. Our day started off not great....leak in the water heater. We called Kyle (Trout Plumbing) based off a recommendation from a co-worker. He responded to us immediately and was out to our house with a new water heater within a couple hours. Kyle was excellent to work with! He is very professional, did great work, and cleaned up after himself very well! If you're looking for a great plumber, who is very friendly and professional, look no further!

Trout Plumbing was very friendly and professional! They had a very valid reason for having to adjust my appointment date and communicated effectively the entire time. Even the day of the appointment Kyle called multiple times to let me know their status and ETA. When they arrived to evaluate the issue they performed the fix the same day because they were unsure when they would be able to fit me into the schedule to repair the issues later on. I felt comfortable and safe with them in my home. Would highly recommend!

I wanted a Bradford White 50 gallon power vent water heater to replace my current Richmond 50 gallon power vent. Trout Plumbing was listed on the BW website. I requested quotes from two plumbing companies listed on the BW website. Trout was the first to respond. I asked a LOT of questions to Kyle. He was able to answer them all and I did not sense he was losing patience with all the questions. He gave me a ballpark price that was comparable but slightly less than an established Plumbing company. They were actually able to install it that day. Chris the installer showed up. He put on slippers over his shoes. Was polite and respectful. He did not try to upcharge me by saying I needed first to have other work done to meet code. He called and said he could actually start a little earlier, so he arrived at about 1 PM and was finished by 4 PM. He cleaned up everything. The price was actually a little less than Kyle's ballpark. What more could you ask for in a plumbing company? They should be proud of themselves.
