Trout Plumbing was incredible from start to finish! They responded quickly when I needed help, arrived right on time, and got the job done efficiently. The technician was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable — far cheaper than other quotes I received. It’s rare to find a company that offers both top-quality work and such great customer service. I’ll definitely be calling Trout Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs!

Had an issue with upstairs sinks slow draining and backing up. Kyle & Ben were recommended to me by my sis-in-law, called and they were able to come the next bus day. Right on time, cleanly (cleaned up after and took the debris with them). Very effective and thorough work, even replaced fittings under sinks. Their price was fair and well worth their work and personalities! HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

The showroom is not easily visible from the road. It is in an office park in an industrial area. We were glad to find it as the showroom was a good opportunity to look for items for our bathroom in person and not just online. Our salesperson said that they were trying to encourage more people to come in to the showroom. She was very helpful with thorough information. This was tempered a bit by the time that it took to find that information. Phone sales seemed to be very important; though we were the only ones in the showroom, the three salespeople that we saw were on the phone the majority of the time even while finding the additional information for us. She did have some very good suggestions when we explained what we were looking for and provided an option that we had never heard of, but liked.

I had such an outstanding experience here! Emma and the team at Infusion were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. We had a perfect bathroom remodel thanks to their advice and fantastic product selection. I could not be happier, please consider these guys, you won't be disappointed!

Michelle, in Kalamazoo, was an immense help in assisting me in selecting faucets for my kitchen and bathrooms! Besides being super nice, she was patient, understanding, and even took time to access the internet to show me faucets not in the showroom; ultimately, I found exactly what I wanted! She is an expert with product knowledge, so she was able to present us with a myriad of options, while at the same time explaining to us the advantages (and disadvantages) of the products. Emma answered all our questions, was extremely patient with us as we researched products, provided Quotes is a timely fashion, completed what I requested via visits/emails/phone calls, and followed up with Vendors on everything that was needed to get beautiful Kohler, Samuel Mueller & Cambria products into our house, before they were needed for the install. She is wonderful and a joy to work with! We are going to be remodeling 2 more Bathrooms, so we have peace of mind knowing that we have Emma at Infusion to help us transform those spaces as well, into something you’d see in a magazine! I am a Florida resident moving to Michigan in the fall of 2023. A disappointing visit to Fergusons in Grand Rapids Michigan lead my husband and I to visit Infusion kitchen and bath showrooms.

A young man by the name of Kip Dice in the Grand Rapids store, promptly greeted my husband and I. Kip was extremely knowledgeable of the products in the store and also gave us great insight to what we were actually hoping to install in our brand new home. Kip ask us questions that other stores had not which led us to the dream shower system that we ended up purchasing and absolutely love.

Kip is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and very pleasant to work with. I’m a very happy customer.
