Needed replacement for an old outdoor faucet and Chris got this done efficiently and professionally. He explained exactly what was needed and I am delighted to have a working faucet again in the yard. Excellent service and a nice guy too. Will definitely call again if any other plumbing issues pop up.Thank you.

Trout came out and replaced my kitchen faucet and hot water valve the same day I called them. They did a great job with the replacement, although they initially charged me an amount higher than I thought was right for the work. After talking to them, they refunded me a significant amount. They were reasonable and very friendly and wanting to make the situation right. I will definitely be using them for my future plumbing needs!

Expert service, fast, affordable, these guys are the first to call. So much better than the big sharks around here who prey on old people. These guys are for real.

We had great experience using Trout Plumbing. Kyle was extremely responsive and was able to setup a time to check out our leak for the next day. Chris showed up on time and was able to repair the leak and install a new toilet all in a day. Overall, Trout Plumbing was timely, fair with pricing, and provided quality work! We had a great experience with Trout Plumbing! We called them in a panic when our basement flooded on the weekend, and Kyle was out within an hour and replaced our sump pump. He was professional and affordable. We would definitely use again!

As a first time home owner it’s nerve wrecking when big appliances need replacing. I called a lot of companies, but Trout was by far the best company I spoke with. They were able to come to my house quickly to look things over and gave a free quote for the work needed. Kyle was kind, efficient, and professional. The installment appointment was also only a few days turn around from the estimate and also went smooth. Chris came out early and did a great job with the installment and answered all the questions I had. I am so happy to have found them and will absolutely call them in the future for any other work!

Kyle was awesome! Answered all our questions, was quick to get out, did quality work, and when we had some issues arise after water heater install (not his fault) he was quick to get out and resolve them. He also continued to answer our questions after install and didn't just move on to the next job. Where many companies are becoming large conglomerates that take a very "cold" business approach with large sales teams, etc. it was nice to still be able to deal with the actual master plumber that knows his stuff. We had an in ground 3" drain pipe that was blocked. Called around and only Trout was able to send someone out the same day, and they quickly opened up the blockage. I was a little surprised by the price ($425 total), as in the past we've had similar work done by others and it was under $300, but I was in a pinch so it is what it is. Overall it was a good experience, and the technician, Chris, was very professional.

The guys were right on time and did a great job on our project! A quality company with excellent service, they take care and pride in their workmanship, my daughter’s bathroom turned out fantastic and the ro system and new kitchen sink will be a huge upgrade!!

Kyle and Ben were polite, friendly and efficient. They explained what the options and prices were before they started. They worked together to make the repairs in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Trout Plumbing. Also, they were able to come the same day I had the issue. What a relief!

Id leave 0 stars if I could. Our home has needed services for a while so when we got scheduled we were happy for some resolution finally. Then past our appointment time, they cancelled. So we call them to ask why it was cancelled and requesting the soonest possible appointment. We also requested to speak to a supervisor in order to let them know what was going on in hopes that they would realize our urgency. Bridget the call rep at first was polite saying she'd request a call back. Then a few moments later, a text that the next appointment was also cancelled. I called back and she said "you were rude and didn't seem to want the appointment anyways." Those words were extremely surprising. To her benefit of course, their calls are not recorded so therefore, supervisors won't be able to hear the conversation. On top of that, a supervisor never called to have a conversation before the cancelation. Bridget made the decision seemingly on her own to cancel the appointment. I have yet to hear from someone higher up. Id like to know if the owner truly agrees that appointments should just be cancelled without any follow up or care for their customers. If someone from this company can reach out id be happy to discuss.
Editing to add that I was present during every call. I recall the conversation with the plumber. The conversation was amicable. She told him what issue we were having and said that the warranty company kept sending her around in circles and said "if you come tomorrow and aren't able to fix it by snaking it will you be able to do the repair that is needed or will you have to go back to *warranty company*. He said he most likely could. She thanked him and so okay so ill see you tomorrow at 3 then. He said yes if that's the time they scheduled you for then ill be there at that time. What part of that was rude? At this point it appears there may have been some racial motivations to the cancellation. As i said before, calls aren't monitored apparently so thats just to their benefit.

Kyle did a great job and for a fair price. Overall a great value. He is also very clean, polite, efficient, and dependable. I didn’t even bother with a second quote. I knew I could trust him to do the job right and on-time. Don’t hesitate to use Trout Plumbing.

Update: our floor drain backed up and drained our washing machine all over our basement floor. We called Trout plumbing and they were out on site within the hour and did a great job fixing the issue then they even had time to work on some other items on the house like a new sillcock.

New update 2025 or hot water heat valves broke last night and flooded our basement. Kyle came out promptly identified the issues and we chose to go ahead and replace the hot water heater and he did that same day. Excellent service!

I’ve never called a plumbing company and have them show up 45 minutes later. Ben arrived, put together a plan and knocked it out. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the man who did it. Ben, enjoy your time with your grandpa.

Called about the houses water heater that died. Described the situation over the phone, Kyle started putting the job together then and there. Talked to me with no bs, I could recognize that and I hired Trout Plumbing over the phone. Showed up the next day, a few hours later the new water heater is good and ready to go. Ben did a great job, pleasure to have him. Couldn't recommend more. No upsale tactics, responded quickly, great customer service, 11/10

Ben from Trout Plumbing was great. Friendly, professional, helpful explanations, and treated us very well. We were put at ease and he solved our basement backup issue. We absolutely plan on using them soon for some renovation work we have planned!

Truly professional work done by Trout Plumbing. I called a larger competitor first only to be greeted by AI instead of a real human being at Trout. They scheduled me next day, showed up during the window of time they said, and left me with a working hot water heater. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get a job done properly.
