Jake and the crew at 10K Construction always come through for us. As a busy chimney company, we often call on 10K to help us with complex projects outside our scope, including flashing and siding. They are trusted consultants, and their crew consistently provides top-notch work and leaves us confident that our customers are getting the service they deserve. This is my second time working with 10K construction and on both projects their communication and craftsmanship has been second to none! I could talk to their field supervisor Drew for hours about sports and music. He’s a great guy that works for a great team!

Jake was one of my favorite contractors as we were doing the expansion of our facility. The work was superbly well done, and he not only went above and beyond with pricing, he was super helpful, providing samples, making suggestions, always communicating what to expect next. Great experience with 10k Construction. We had a roof replacement due to ice dam damage. Jake was so helpful in working with us and our insurance. It was our first time dealing with a home claim and he walked us through the process, kept us informed and was available to handle questions. The crews were efficient and kept things clean. Would 100% work with them again.

10-K Construction was first rate. I worked with Tom and he was responsive, straight forward and easy to deal with. They completed the work on our home in a timely manner and the quality was very good. I would use them again.

Not sure who Jake is but Tom at 10K is awesome! He helped us every step of the way and made sure the repairs were done to our satisfaction. He dealt with the insurance company so we didn't have to and communicated any changes with me. My new siding, roofing, and gutters look fantastic! I would highly recommend 10K!

I had the opportunity to work with 10K over that last couple of months regarding some roof damage. It has been nothing but a pleasure. The staff that I worked with were professional, had great quality of work and work ethic. I so appreciated their desire to want the work done to be top quality and for ‘eating’ the additional costs when the first solution wasn’t going to work.
I will certainly be recommending 10K use them in the future, should I need their services.

10K Construction delivered outstanding results in the installation of our windows and some roof/vent work. We sought them out along with 2 other companies (a franchise that advertises {and overcharges} A LOT and a larger MN-based company) for bids in early 2023, and hands down felt like 10K was the right choice. Our primary contact through the process was Jake- his clear communication throughout the process, meticulous attention to detail, and efficient, professional, transparent, personable approach make them a top-notch choice for any construction needs. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and the seamless collaboration with Eagle Windows. We cannot recommend them enough!

We've worked with a lot of contractors and I've never had the issues that I've had with 10K. 10K came out to our house in May 2023 to provide a quote on our roof and siding repair following storm damage. The roof got done fairly quick, and then it was radio silence for months. It was only after we called them and followed up that we were able to get them to come back out and try to replace our siding.

Eventually we got approval for the siding (in May 2024)Then it was an issue of getting it done, which created a lot of issues:

1) The top piece of our siding that was near our attic blew off our house after they'd replaced it. We didn't find it until the next week.
2) They misplaced our outdoor flood lights and had to replace both of them, which was nice but the timers were not set at the same settings, or even alligned to each other, creating more work for me.
3) Their subcontractor had to come over 3-4 times to get the external electrical outlets replaced. At least two of those times were because they were not following municipal codes (so I was told). It was finally done to code, but it made everything drag on and by the time our repair was approved our insurance claim had closed anyway. Not to mention the disruption it had with a big dog and two people working from home.
4) As Ive been walking the property I've noticed nails lying around near our house which were never picked up. Some have nearly been run over with a lawn mower or weed whipper.
5) The external water faucet is no longer mounted to our house. I will have to caulk it myself to avoid water getting back there.

In short. The project got done. I can say that. (thus the 3 stars) But it was a lot of grind and hand holding to get there. They went over on time, and didn't deliver the quality we expected.

As a retired general contractor, I was totally impressed by Jake and 10K construction. From the day I called through all the job, I was given a heads up on every detail. When crew arrived, they put tarps around my home and when supplier delivered roofing, they made sure they followed OSHA requirements. Same as their crew. When the work was completed, second superintendent walked my roof to make sure nothing was left around. Thanks for a great job well done!

Jake and his crew were awesome. We had 10K Construction replace our roof after some wind damage. Everyone was very professional. Jake was really helpful dealing with our insurance company. The crew did a great job cleaning up all the debris. We couldn’t even tell they had been there the day after. They finished the whole roof in one day. We will be using them again for future projects.

Fantastic experience with Troy Miller. He spoke to me so I could understand and I appreciate that so I can follow the process easily. Hard working and to the point which is a wonderful breath of fresh air. Thank you so much for your hard work and honesty.

Tom provided an assessment of our roof this spring. He was friendly, thorough and careful with our property. He deemed our roof to be in good shape for it's age, and pointed out a couple smaller things that he thought we should take care of. He came to us highly recommended, and we can see why. We would definitely recommend him to others and will definitely use 10K Construction when it comes time to replace our roof.

After I called 10K, Jake came out to assess the damage on my roof. He was very knowledgeable and a delight to work with. He made what is usually a stressful situation, painless. I HIGHLY recommend 10K for any project you might have. Thanks again guys!

JP did a great job on all the gutters, roof,. Etc. He was professional and friendly and very thorough. Everything looks great, works perfectly and I couldn't be happier.

Highly recommend 10k Construction after being referred by a couple of my neighbors. We had a different company knock on our door for a free roof inspection, gave false information, then never followed up with us. Called 10k and they were able to come out the next day and provide us with an honest assessment. They were quick, responsive, and completely transparent.
