We had Jake as our inspector and he was excellent. He was super detailed but was able to quickly figure out what worked to explain everything in a way that made sense. I felt 100% informed and confident after working with him.

Kyle was phenomenal! Being first time homebuyers, his extensive explanation of everything (big or small) and its implications was immensely valuable. We really felt informed afterwards vs. being bombarded by jargon. He was thorough and detailed in both the in-person walkthrough and final reporting (and kind/ personable/ funny to boot!) Couldn’t recommend Kyle and Marigold enough!

The inspector assigned to me was professional, personable, and punctual. He was good natured and willing to answer all of my questions about our new home. He had resources including a plumber and electrician that I have since then contacted to address some issues that he noticed. I would highly recommend a Marigold inspections to anyone looking for a quality housing inspector .

We had a great experience with our inspector, Kelly Brill. Ultimately we didn’t end up moving forward with the home purchase but as first time buyers who have never experienced a home inspection- it truly felt like this was just how it was meant to be for us.

Our experience with Marigold was great. Jake Miller our inspector was very efficient, knowledgable, and straightforward/honest. He communicated everything very clearly and offered a ton of insights/tips as we went along. We got the home inspection, sewer scope, and chimney inspection. Each report included detailed descriptions and photos/videos to look through. We also had radon testing which was certified and calibrated. All the results were presented clearly and on time. I can't tell you how helpful the reports have been on so many different occasions (i.e. working with contractors). It was worth the money and I'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks Marigold!

Great inspection company! Very thorough. Our inspector Mark took his time and really helped us understand the home more and what needs to get done to keep up an old home. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely worth the cost.

Stephen was knowledgeable in our walkthrough and answered all of our questions truthfully and fairly. He also gave helpful tips on certain things that we could replace / clean ourself. The report was very detailed and gave us a better understanding of everything even if we didn’t quite catch it the first time. 10/10!

Jake was there waiting on me.when I arrived. He introduced himself and we entered in to the house he pulled his shoes off. He explained what he had found as far as the inspection went. We did a walk through.I asked questions he answered to the best of his knowledge. He was great. My realtor was there we talk for a short while and we were off to our respective places.

Kyle was very nice and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and gave us fair and honest feedback. Our cat's name is Kyle so we knew it was going to be an enjoyable experience! Our child was confused why their names were the same. It was great

As a first time homebuyer, I was pretty nervous about the inspection process. Anthony was amazing; they didn't just walk through the house, they took the time to explain how the different systems work and what I should keep an eye on over the next few years. They made the technical jargon easy to understand and gave me total peace of mind before closing. Professional, punctual meticulous, and very patient!

Seemed to be a thorough and well done inspection with good recommendations. $420 for a condo/townhome inspection which seems reasonable. The guy who ran us through it all was patient and nice and had a really cool tattoo sleeve. I work in maintenance and did not notice anything the inspector did not, and I threw a couple good curveball questions his way for good measure.

We had an inspection done on a single family house, with garage/deck/basement. Austin performed the Sewer scoping and provided clear information during the scoping video feed.
Noah Carlson performed the home inspection portion and was GREAT. He clearly explained each and every item on the checklist, with a knowledgeable and unbiased approach. He’s got an eye for detail and is a great communicator. 10/10 would recommend Noah and Marigold for the price point and level of detail we received.

Noah did the inspection for us and we couldn't have been happier. He was obviously very knowledgeable and yet was able to explain things to us so we could understand. He took us through the whole house, room by room and pointed out everything we needed to know to have a clear understanding of the condition of the home. At the end a detailed inspection report was sent to us which we can use as a guide and resource for the future. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Noah and Marigold Home Inspections.
