JP as Project Manager did a fantastic job for roofing my house with 10 K construction. He was thorough in how he evaluated my old roof and listened and answered all my questions and concerns. JP was able to negotiate a good price with some discounts that made it possible for me to choose 10 K construction. It just appeared they would do the best job overall, in comparison to other bids. JP was able to find exactly the right black shingles that I wanted. The work crew was very professional and strong, worked quickly at a good pace, cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. My neighbor commented that they were the most quiet roofing crew he had ever seen. My house looks just fantastic now, is safe and secure and I am so very thankful! The entire process with the company was an excellent experience. I spoke with a representative who thoroughly answered my questions and clearly explained the process. The inspector arrived on time, addressed all of my questions, and clarified terminology I didn’t fully understand.

Received excellent services from Marigold Home Inspections in conducting sewer line inspection, radon measuring and residential inspection. All reports were though and provided pictures to demonstrate issues when applicable. The Inspector, Kelly, was professional and clearly explained any questions I had about the property.

Jake was awesome! I very much appreciated the thorough walk through and the attention to detail. Going the extra mile to answer all my questions and providing a timely report to me and my agent helped me feel more comfortable and confident in the home purchase process.

Tony did a very thorough new construction inspection for me. The details provided were insightful and the items pointed out, will be brought to the attention of the builder during our walk-through. There were definitely a few things that I wouldn’t have seen or had the wherewithal to understand they were an issue. I highly recommend -regardless of whether or not you’re buying new construction or an older home that you consider getting a inspection through Marigold. There’s definitely an ROI on any fees that you may pay and the value of having the home inspection and knowing the things that you need to address ot pay attention to help helps you rest easy. I’ll be using Marigold for my 11 month inspection as well. 🙏

Overall very great experience, scheduling and completion was really user friendly. The team was friendly and walked me through the inspection that was informative and easy to connect to the reports after. At no point did I feel a lack of information and all information was consistent.
