Constraction reviews in Coon Rapids, Minnesota

JP project manager, of 10K, was great to work with, answered all questions n concerns. The crew did great work, working long hours, and always so friendly. We love how everything turned out.

10K construction team is top notch! Everyone that we worked with for the new siding and roof on our home were extremely helpful and truly listened to our questions and wants/needs. The job was done in a timely matter with nothing but professionalism. Highly recommend!!

I've had Troy do several projects over the years. He's done numerous jobs for my friends, family and even my work. He is very knowledgeable about all the products and helps you pick out items that fit your goals, budget and always considers your time. I'm never afraid to give him a referral because i know he will take care of them and i always look like a star when he is done with a project!

I totally recommend 10k Construction , Jake and Craig are the best people to work with …

I am writing to let you know how pleased we are with you solving a very difficult problem. As you know we had a persistent leak from our roof at the junction of the chimney and the roof line. I appreciate all of the efforts that you made to come out, and repeatedly water test the problem until we were actually able to find it and get it resolved. Your quick response to my calls and professionalism we're most appreciated and I can't tell you how happy we are to have this problem ultimately taken care of. I am grateful that you were recommended to us and you have my strongest endorsement

Troy came out and provided a free inspection of our roof last month. He was so detailed, knowledgeable and I honestly felt I learned so much from him through the entire experience. He gave me honest advice for our situation and I never felt pushed or rushed. He even brought his boss with him as a second set of eyes. That really stood out to me and definitely set 10K Construction apart from all the rest! Thank you Troy!!

My husband and I quite by chance learned of and called on 10K Construction for a leaking roof problem only to learn we had a massive black mold problem. 10K helped us through the whole roof and insulation replacement with prompt and reliable service. Angel and his Crew were fast, efficient and respectful of our property - something we had not received with prior vendors. I can't say enough about how professional everyone was. We would recommend this company to anyone searching for a full service general contractor.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Troy Miller and the team at 10K Construction, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, they followed through on every promise and delivered outstanding results. Troy earned my complete trust through his professionalism, clear communication, and integrity. It's rare to find a team that’s this committed to doing things the right way—and 10K Construction truly delivered. Highly recommended!

If you’re looking for a contractor that will not only exceed expectations, but also ensure a hassle free experience- look no further than 10k Construction. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Jake (owner) and Troy (sales) who both went above and beyond every step of the way to ensure our vision came to life. I wouldn’t hesitate to call 10k again for my next project!

We needed a quote for our house that was set to close/sell within the next 3 weeks. They were extremely prompt at coming out to the property to write a quote (and verify that the roof did need to be replaced). We ended up giving the buyer a credit on the purchase price so they could hire and oversee the roof replacement but I would not hesitate to contact on any future projects!

Very impressed with 10K Construction. Project Manager Tom Sletten came highly recommended to me and he was friendly, great on communication, and got me the help I needed for my roof in quick timely manner. I will be using this team for future projects when needed

Final product was exceptional! JP was wonderful to work with and very attentive to what was happening. Took much longer than anticipated (and originally scheduled) as there were issues with communication resulting in delays, but JP and the final product made the difficulties worth it! If time isn’t a factor, JP at 10K construction is a joy to work with and is highly knowledgeable.

Troy has been amazing. 10K has done several projects for us and every time Troy has made sure that everything was done exactly as it should be and up to my expectations. Any little thing that needed to be addressed was immediately taken care of as a standard business practice.

If you want it done right this is who you want .

After years of patch jobs, we finally decided to replace the roof. Jake and Craig from 10K Construction were recommended by a neighbor, and they lived up to the hype. The work was top-notch, the team was respectful, and the job was done in just two days. You don’t find many contractors like them anymore — honest, skilled, and reliable.

We used 10K for our deck and could not be happier!! They were fast, efficient, detailed, and did an amazing job throughout the entire process! I will definitely be calling them for my next big project!

I appreciate the honesty. We had some questions about a modified truss that we found in our attic. Tom Sletten explained it and put our minds at ease. I'm glad I know an honest contractor.

I highly recommend 10k. JP was outstanding to work with for the replacement of my roof from storm damage. He was very professional. We had a very short time frame to replace it and get it submitted to insurance. Just a few weeks. He assured me they could and they did!!!! It was a pleasure working with him and the team that did the work were amazing. Awesome work and clean-up was amazing as well. Thank you all!!?

Needed a new roof due to some storm damage. Jake was very quick with an estimate and guided us through the process. He and his team definitely went the extra mile (and then some) to make sure it was done on time and we were on a very tight schedule due to moving across the country. The roof is beautiful and 10K has been hands down the best contractors I’ve worked with so far.

Craig came out and inspected our house when we found some water spots on the ceiling. We originally thought our roof was leaking but after his inspection in the attic, he found our bathroom exhaust vent was disconnected from the roof and blowing all the moisture in the attic. They fixed the vent and we decided to re-insulate the attic to bring it up to today’s code.
Honest group of guys for sure! We’ll use them again in the future.

Troy worked diligently with the insurance company to get my claim settled. Everyone with connected 10K Construction was friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with. The contractors were very careful in the setup and take down of ladders and scaffolding and while doing the work. When finished, they completely cleaned up the work areas. When they left, you would hardly know that they had been here, except for the fact that I now had a new roof and no water stains on my ceilings.

Justin Freberg is great. 10K did some work for me when I owned a fitness center. They were professional, detailed, and went above and beyond with service. I highly recommend 10K Construction!
