We have used the South St Paul locations for many years. Our lawn has never looked this good since we started to use their complete service. Their service from the office to the field service staff is very friendly and very accommodating. We have also given good reviews tour neighbors and we have one that also uses the service now.

We have been using their mosquito spraying service for several years and it works well. We had a large event at our house which was the week before our normal spraying schedule. They were able to reschedule our spraying so it was complete right before our event.

Our yard has improved immensely this year despite the extremely dry and hot summer. The customer service team (Vivian) is amazing, so helpful and kind. This is our first time using a service and I wish we wouldn't have waited so long, worth it!

We switched to this company years ago- ?5 or so- after being with another service where our dandelions were still flourishing. They have been Amazing!!!! They give us notice to make sure our pets are inside, stay clear of our multiple flower beds, and the person applying truly wants to make sure we are satisfied. This spring we noticed a problem in our back yard- damage from winter. Consulted with the two main garden centers in our area- both said we should go ahead- no problem. Finally emailed customer service to be sure and we were given correct information- plus a plan on how to make our lawn repair project work! Timely responses- we could not be happier!

I received a note in my door that a lawn service was performed at my home; however, the treatment was not for my property / not my address. I called to address this with Naturescape and the customer service rep told me to throw the piece of paper away and not worry about it. My dog would be fine to be in the grass in 24 hours. This was 6/8/22.

Upon further reading of the pamphlet that was left in my door, the treatment that was performed on my lawn kills clover which I am actively planting in my yard. I DO NOT USE HERBICIDES PURPOSELY. I am very disappointed that this service was performed without my authorization.

I called Naturescape again and the manager promised to address it in two weeks once we could see that all the clover was dead. Two weeks go by, and I call again to see how he will address this. He now promises to lay clover and take it to corporate. It is now 8/16/22 and no one has come to lay clover; I have not heard back from Naturescape; and I've had to look at a dead lawn for months.

Terrible customer service. Good product for the wrong person.

We have used Naturescape services with three different houses and have always had great service. We do the 5 visit seasonal lawn service and have always been pleased with the outcome. Whenever we’ve had issues (and not many over 13+ years) they are very responsive. The value for service is excellent!

I have used Naturescape for 7 years now and they have done a very nice job. I just signed up for another year.

Terrible service. They committed to mowing my lawn begging July 1st. I called to check on the service on July3rd, they said they don’t mow in my area.

The owner called me and agreed this was not ok. He made arrangements for my lawn to be mowed as originally promised. I upgraded to include lawn treatment. They made it right.

We use Naturescape for fertilization and mowing services, and I feel the need to give kudos when they are due. Yesterday our service tech Jake came out to mow our lawn, and I must say he did a fantastic job. He was at our property for a good long time, and mowed, weedwacked all around, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. He even got rid of the weeds between our cement skirt and asphalt. We've always had good service before but in my opinion this was exceptional. Sometimes in this day and age service can seem to be on the decline, but in this case Jake was totally on the ball. I just wanted to say thank you again Jake, it is very much appreciated!

I have been a customer for 15 years and have used several different services that Naturescape provides. I have been very pleased. If for some reason I am not satisifed with the lawn treatment, they have been great about coming out and taking care of any problem, which has not been often. I have highly recommended to my friends and family.

Matthew Hansmann one of the landscape specialists is very thorough and leaves detailed notes and a brochure of the application that was completed.

They're very good with com
municating and responding to calls and text messages.

Lastly there pricing is half the price of True Green and Bio Lawn.

Kudos to the St. Paul Naturescape office. You guys Rock!

I had Naturescapes come out to do Fall aeration.

They came with a large riding aerator. I get they are efficient and fast, but they are heavy. They ended up ripping up 350 square feet of my lawn in the back yard, leaving large skid marks and track marks. The guy who did the aeration had thrown an extra handful of grass seed and that’s all.

This has displaced my grass and now leaves the area vulnerable to top soil runoff resulting in my loosing lawn area to the hill that goes into the woods in my backyard. This happened Last year in a 2 square foot area which has now turned into a large area of erosion.

I've sent an email with photos to the company, and called once a week and have not received any phone calls or contact about fixing this situation and it’s been three weeks.

The woman on the phone sounds nice and voiced that she will bring this to a manager but there has been no follow through. Moreover, the woman told me a manager came out to survey the damage. I was not notified of him coming to my house to do this and have not heard from this manager.

Don't work with them. They don't bring the right equipment for the job survey their own work.

I have been using Naturescape Lawn and Landscape Company for several years now and I love it. The staff are very friendly and answer my questions thoroughly. I left the company for a year and I regretted it, l left just out of curiosity. My lawn has never looked so good. Fantastic company. I tell everyone that needs lawn care to try them and you will be glad that you did.

The pricing is reasonable and they did do good work eventually, which is why I’m giving 3 stars. That said, completely ridiculous customer service and leadership! I called and talked to Alex because I was looking for fall cleanup service in my yard and was hoping to get it done before my wife had surgery the following week. He advised he would need to confirm that they could get me on the schedule but would call me back. He did call back to confirm and advised we were good to go. I gave him payment and he advised he would call me the next Monday morning at 8:30 to let me know a timeframe. All good, or so I thought. Monday comes, no phone call. I called that afternoon to check in and talked to a woman who advised me that we weren’t on the schedule that day. When I explained what I had confirmed with Alex, she said a “manager” would call me back that day. The next afternoon, I called again because no manager had called me. I was again advised we weren’t on the schedule. When I mentioned that I hadn’t received a call back, I was told that a manager would call me back but they would likely not get to my yard until the next week. No manager called back. I called the next day and was told a manager would call me shortly. They never did. The crew showed up as my wife was getting home from the hospital. Today I received an invoice for the work which I already paid for. I’m done with this clown show of a company!

I called for snow removal as the latest winter storm was about to hit. They just finished the third visit after the city plowed the road and buried our drive. These guys are awesome!

Joe mowed and maintained my yard for the summer and everyone who came over always complemented me on how amazing the yard always looked. Not only is Joe professional and courteous, his work is impeccable and you can tell he loves what he does! Thank you, Joe!

Green Home Lawn and Snow did a very nice job removing snow last season, thank you!!! A neighbor noticed and asked for their name. This area is difficult due to few places to put snow. They managed, and always came (when it snowed over the agreed amount). And thought about what they did, for example moved a drift ahead of a parked vehicle so it wouldn't end up blocking the used vehicle. Highly recommended!!!

Joe and his coworker did a COMPLETELY wonderful job of removing the snow from my driveway. I was very impressed with the quality of work I received, friendly and courteous service at such a reasonable price. I am always going to Green Home Lawn and Snow going forward.

Got the job done right at a great price! Will be using them again in the future.
