If I could give Koford more than 5 stars I would. After having multiple companies cancel halfway through the day or just reject apptointments I found Koford reccomended on a community page. He showed up on time and cleaned my vent and dryer. I was shown before and after airflow of my dryer vent system. He provided before and after images of the vent. If you are looking to get your dryer vent properly cleaned CALL KOFORD!!

Excellent experience with Kyle from Koford Bros. Dryer Vent Cleaning. Excellent communication, very nice and professional and took his time cleaning the vent, the entire run up to the roof, the insides of the dryer and around the dryer. I will definitely add him to my annual maintenance routine for the townhome dryer cleaning. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

Troy was very communicative and thorough. He showed me pictures and airflow readings, left my dryer cleaner than it's ever been, and gave me incredibly useful tips and suggestions. Definitely recommended.

This company is one of the best. They came to clean our dryer vent and in the process found the dryer was just venting under the floor of our kitchen. He then came back and put in all the missing pipe in our 3' crawl space as I asked them if they would. There was no hesitation. Going above and beyond to take care of his customers. I guess I agree with everyone else that has left a review regarding Koford Brothers Vent Cleaning. They provided outstanding service. They were prompt, neat and thorough. I initially hired them to clean my drier vent and the hot air vents that heat our home. After Troy arrived he inspected the vents (the drier vent was completely occluded - yuck!) but the hot air vents were a little dusty but didn't need cleaning so he cancelled that portion of the appointment saving us $$$. Not only did he clean the drier vent but also the interior of the drier. To be clear, he didn't clean the drum (which didn't need cleaning) but he took the front panel off the drier and cleaned the internal workings of the drier. Significant lint had accumulated in this area over the years and probably was a fire risk. He was honest, reliable, thorough, and provided excellent service above and beyond what was expected!! I could not recommend him more highly.

My in-laws used them to remove a tree that fell during the winter. They said they'd be back in the spring to remove the stump and do other tree trimming. Multiple calls were made and messages left and no response has been made about finishing this job.

Jon helped us with several large trees which came down on our property in recent storms. His team was prompt and professional.

A1 is taking care of my HOA. We hired them after ditching TCL. The service has been mediocre. Huge patches of grass left behind from mowers, weedwhipping and borderwork is bad.

Damaging trees, trimming new bushes that should be left alone. Worst of all, I submitted a contact us form on their website trying to resolve these issues and I have received no response.

I am 100% ok with chatting with a manager and letting him know that his crew isn't following through, even though he should be doing that himself by checking their work. I was not even acknowledged.

I am unsure if there is a quality lawn care servicer in the area at all. TCL and A1 definitely do not provide even average service and the customer service is worse than their mowers.

Huge storm knocked down many trees including half of a 100 year old oak tree. The other half that remained standing was in dangerous risk of falling on our house. Jon and his crewed worked tirelessly to get it down and keep my family safe
