I've used The Cleaning Authority in the past when I was pregnant and have returned because they do a great work and are reliable. Yessica and Luis did a wonderful job today. They were thorough and I am very happy with their service!

Would not recommend for a one time clean, they will send their C squad and overcharge. Basic things were not cleaned as advertised on website. Ie. ceiling fan, window ledges not dusted, floors not mopped.

Today was our first day with CA. What a thrill to come home to such a clean house. It was above and beyond my expectations. I will recommend this service to any one and have already forwarded on to two friends. VERY satisfied.

This is an amazing cleaning company. They always take such good care of us and manage to clean all the dog hair that our two labs leave all over place like confetti at a party. Amazing cleaning job with recurring cleaning in our home with pets. They do a very thorough and detailed clean each time. It feels like a new home after every clean. We have them scheduled biweekly and every clean focuses on specific areas to deep clean and it works brilliantly for us.

I recommend them big time for anyone wanting a good cleaning service with respectful, kind and good cleaners.

The crew was fast, efficient, and super effective, taking care of some problem areas I hadn't been able to get cleaned myself. I love the rotation schedule for deep cleans and the ability to autopay using their app.

I should’ve read the reviews more carefully. My experience seems to be the same as others. Upon moving into a new home, it was dirty and I want to move into a spotless home. They quoted me approx $600. By the time they left it was $900!!!. I do not live in a mansion. Apparently they
have a 24 hour guarantee. By the time I moved in me and my stuff & started unpacking, it was a couple weeks. The amount of grime I found in places when I was unpacking was disgusting! The amount of cobwebs in all of the top of closets looked like cotton candy. How is that possible to miss? The photos say it all. They are no help when I voice my concerns so I am warning off any potential clients. DO NOT PATRONIZE!!!

Our clean this week was an extra great one. My brothers were in town visiting, and we didn't have the time we normally do to get organized for the cleaners, so we had unmade guest beds, and a whole bunch of unfolded laundry that I'd had to throw on the bed last minute, and dishes that we hadn't been able to get to in time. I came home expecting to fold laundry and play catch up, to find that it had all already been taken care of. This took a huge amount off my plate for the afternoon, and I appreciate it so much--above and beyond. Thank you!

I'm writing this for my parents because they don't have Google accounts. They usually get Luis and Flora, who are thorough, friendly, and ask their work to be inspected. If the cleaning is ever not up to expectations, Jameela and Cate are on top of problems. Don't be afraid to ask.

My parents needed cleaning services after a health incident made cleaning their household too difficult. Cleaning Authority Maplewood has been a godsend for them. Per my mother, "I almost cry every time after they come because I'm unable to do it myself."

I believe most of the cleaning products they use are biodegradable and friendly to most any allergies.

I love having my house cleaned by TCA. I especially enjoy seeing the details like how the towels are folded and hanging in the bathrooms. I also enjoy how special I feel when I see how cute my blankets are folded. Great job!

LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE

I hired this company to clean my house to prep it for sale.

I told them I wanted the entire property cleaned, top to bottom, including windows, walls, floors, etc.
They said that they can do that for $450.

The day of the cleaning, I was contacted to inform me that they've hit their time limit, and that if they keep going, it will cost me more money. "PLEASE DO, THANK YOU!"

I was at work, and my dog was with a friend during the cleaning. I was called and told they were done, and that they have charged me the remaining balance, job total $750.00.

While I inspected the work, I was let down at nearly every corner in every room. Visibly dirty walls, dirty floors, and dirty windows. Physical debris on my desk, my bed, floors in every room, tables, etc.

I emailed them about my experience, and I never heard back. I called and left a VM, and that got customer service going. They said they never received my email, and that I needed to call them. I forwarded that same email to another email address i have for the company, and they issued a "hassle free" partial refund of $75.00 based on the limited description of the issues the 5 pictures i was limited to attaching to the email.
The $75 was what they deemed to be appropriate, saying that they could complete the work in 1 hour.
I told them I missed a day of work, and that I put in 12 hours of cleaning myself, and that a $75 partial refund is like them spitting in my face. They said they don't work for free, and they cleaned for 5 hours. That it's their policy to not use step ladders, step stools, or anything of the sort. If they can't easily reach it, they don't touch it. Apparently they also don't clean everything within their reach either.

Awful customer service, I do not recommend.
