Wow. Great experience! Professional, easy pay online and very experienced! Showed me pictures of our vents before and after. Also, I was wrong about where our vent exited the house (side of the house, vs roof) and he didn't charge me extra for my mistake. Definitely worth having this company do the job.

Called them and got an appointment within 48 hours. Troy explained everything well. I came home, did my laundry and noticed the drying time is way shorter than before!

Troy did a fantastic job! Cleaned out our dryer (which needed it) and took a look at our washer which was fine. Our dryer ducts were pretty full and now the air movement has greatly improved! All in all it was a small price to pay to extend the longevity of our dryer. Troy was efficient, informative, and considerate of our pets! A+!

These guys absolutely deserve this 5 star review. Called because my dryer was taking many cycles to dry and didn't know if it was a dryer issue or a venting issue. Issue was a mesh screen that was left by the builder on the outflow duct on the roof which is against Code M1502.3 Duct termination. What I loved is that there is no trip charge, he diagnoses the problem first and charges by the job not the hour.

3 things that make this company special

1.) Attention to detail - From the 3X HEPA vacuum, to the air flow measuring to the camera equipment the dedication to solving the problem was too notch

2.) Knowledge on dryer vents - This is a small but growing business so your getting a Koford and not just somebody who is there to get in and out. This guy clearly knows his stuff.

3.) Value - Getting the dryer completely vacuumed, all of the built up lint out of the ducts and problem solved on one visit is a true value to our family. We know it was done right and the fire hazard is eliminated.

You can probably find a cheaper dryer vent cleaning service but it may be an in and out job that isn't done thoroughly and you'll be back at square one.

I just had my first experience with Koford Brothers. I scheduled a dryer vent cleaning, that was suggested by my dryer repair techs. However, after the dryer vents were inspected, I was told we did not need them to be cleaned. We were provided pictures and detailed information of our airflow reading. Troy did not even accept a trip charge, which we fully expected, since he was providing a service. He was very kind and transparent; we will definitely call him again for any future dryer vent cleaning needs.

You won't regret hiring Koford Bros Dryer Vent Cleaning! First off, Troy is timely at communicating, and is very thorough. My dryer appeared to run too hot, then at next use, it wouldn't start. Though I always clean out lint trap after every load & vacuum, thought best to hire a professional vent cleaner, and chose Koford Bros because of their excellent customer satisfaction. Troy found an enormous amount of lint in hidden area, lint was behind dryer door and lint covered motor and all components, a real fire hazzard. He checked out exterior vent with a camera also. Troy discussed options, and I decided to replace parts rather than buy new, even though my dryer is very old. He located a new motor, and other parts quickly, and I had my dryer back in use in a short amount of time, and at a reasonable cost.

I would give more than five stars if I can. I spoke with Troy over the phone, and I can tell that he was listening with my concerns. I had a horrible experience with HOMEPLACE company for charging my property manager for a job that they never did. So, I have to find another company that do the job, that's how I found Troy. Troy was very professional over the phone and has a really good communication system like a text and email confirming the appointment.

Troy came in on time for the appointment. He first went up the roof and check the air flow, he has a device that tells how much air is flowing. He found our airflow so low and almost had nothing.

He started putting in his camera inside the pipe and we can see how dirty my pipe was. Then he started setting up his vacuum machine brushing-vacuuming the dirt.

Troy also cleaned and vacuumed my dryer opened it cleaning its guts.

Troy takes photos and videos of before and after and it's amazing! It's part of the package. He also checked the airflow before and after.

In the end Troy also was nice enough to give some tips on how to take care of my dryer and showed me the inside of my dryer and how the dirt can affect its function.

Troy has been kind and respectful unlike Homeplace Company who's been very rude and dishonest with their work. He takes time doing his job and not in rush. I recommend him that he will take care cleaning your dryer vents.

Troy also offered to speak with my property manager to let him know that HOME PLACE never really did their job. As my property manager thinks I am making it up. We'll the photos and videos can speak for itself.

Troy did a great job explaining the Constant Velocity Vent system in the Master Bath. He inspected the power vent system, offered a great price to clean the vent and serviced the system back to like new condition. Troy checked the dryer venting and suggested a better means to route the dryer exhaust through the side panel of the dryer. His quote was a great deal and he's coming back with the kit next week to complete the job. I highly recommend Troy for his service!

Called Troy, he answered right away. I gave him all the info out my dryer vent, scheduled a time & day and he knew exactly what was needed. Came out and knocked it out quickly showed me what was going on. He has great knowledge about what he does and was very honest. I highly recommend, you won’t regret a thing!

He completely cleaned the inside surfaces of the dryer to like new condition- all traces of lint and dust gone. The air flow at my vent exit was 95% greater than before Troy cleaned it.
This will cut my gas use and save money.

My dryer had been throwing an error code indicating that the vent was 80% blocked, so I ordered myself up a kit to dry and clear it myself. While trying to clear it, the brush head came off the end and was stuck somewhere in my dryer vent pipe. After a few choice words and unsuccessful attempts to fix it myself, I called Koford Bros Dryer Vent Cleaning to come finish what I had started.

Troy got me in the next day, ran his camera through the vent, retrieved the detached brush head, completed cleaning the vent, as well as the dryer itself. He got it done better than I would have anyway, and was personable and reasonably priced. There's alot of scam artists in the vent cleaning space, but Koford Bros was great!

Troy did a fantastic job cleaning my dryer vent and dryer. He performed an initial airflow reading, thoroughly explained the job before tackling it (including photos), then once the job was complete, showed the “after” photos and took a new airflow reading. Huge improvement!

He absolutely did more than I expected, even sending me pictures of an issue he'd found that had been causing us to wonder if we should get a new dryer. Nope.
