Troy at Koford Bros is highly recommended as he went above and beyond to make sure the issues were taken care of in my first-floor, ground accessible, 22-ft run with 2 elbow joints. Got his number from another local vent cleaning company after I tried unsuccessfully cleaning the vent with my washing machine guy but ended up getting the stick and rotating brush stuck / broken at the elbow. Troy showed up ahead of time with a price that was definitely beyond reasonable and helped remove the obstacle by cutting the ceiling near the last elbow after an eternity of trying the normal "grabbing by hook" way. Since he was running late for an appointment, he scheduled another day to finish the job, but what surprised me most was that he didn't ask for extraordinary amount of money for the 2nd visit. He quoted a very minimal amount which I give to his honesty and work ethic. I offered him 60% more than he asked as my dryer was now completing loads in 45 minutes (mind you this is a 22-year old Maytag) instead of three hours per load. Do use Troy if you ever need dryer vent cleaned as you will never find such a nicer person in the Twin Cities (IMHO).

Troy did a thorough job cleaning both the vent and the dryer itself. He showed us the video before and after and it was amazing. Troy was polite, professional, personable. I highly recommend Koford Bros!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Extremely thorough. Troy brushed and vacuumed each fin on the blower and found lint in parts I never would have imagined. He gave us tips on how to vacuum out the lint trap and maintain our dryer for optimum use. Kept us in the loop on our appointment and showed up right at the designated time. OUTSTANDING business and owner.

I would give Koford Bros 10 stars if I could!! Troy did a terrific job with our long overdue dryer vent cleaning AND cleaning inside the dryer, which had build up a lot of packed lint. Troy is extremely thorough, professional, knowledgeable, detail oriented and patient with all of my questions! Troy was prompt. He was careful setting up his equipment. The cleaning took about 2 hours and was extremely thorough. He explained what he was doing, took before and after photos and did an air flow test as well. Highly recommend!!

I noticed my dryer vent was clogged and needed cleaning. I looked on my neighborhood Facebook group and Koford Brothers came highly recommended. I gave them a call and Troy was able to come out two days later. Right on time and did a fantastic job. He unclogged the dryer vent and cleaned out my entire dryer. He showed me before and after video as well as showing me what I can do to keep my dryer cleaner going forward. Highly recommend Koford Brothers.

Troy did an amazing job cleaning my dyer vent. The vent was extremely difficult to clean due to the fact it had not been cleaned in several years. Troy was fantastic to work with, from his communication ahead of the appointment to his explanations about what and why he was doing during the appointment. The airflow in our vent system is literally 10 times better, as he measured before and after and showed us!

We moved into our house recently and inherited the dryer as-is. It was taking 2-3 cycles to dry clothes. Now it's done in 1 cycle and the clothes feel fresher and cleaner! Not to mention that it's not sure a fire hazard anymore!

Troy was quick to respond to my inquiry about cleaning out a rooftop dryer vent and I was able to schedule quickly. On the first trip was able clean out the cover and dryer, but needed to come back and replace the tubing. Troy was on time, very professional, and reasonably priced each time he was at our home to do work. He uses technology and skill in his job and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing pictures of the work he was doing. I highly recommend Troy and Kofrod Bros, and will definiely use them again in the future!

My appointment with Troy was fantastic. He was on time, super professional, and just a nice guy to work with. He cleaned our dryer vent, something I’m pretty sure the previous owners had never done before. But he also went above and beyond - the dryer vent hose wasn’t actually connected to the venting system and he took the extra time to connect it for us. We are very happy and satisfied customers. Highly recommend!
