Highly recommend. At first I felt uncomfortable hiring strangers to come into my house which I had really let go but they were incredibly polite, professional, and respectful. They did a great job and were flexible to my needs (where I wanted their efforts focused). I almost never write reviews, but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity. I only wish I had hired them sooner.

Cleaning Authority was excellent. They were prompt, professional and a pleasure to do business with. Their cleaning was thorough and well done. If ever there was an issue (almost never) it was promptly and equitably resolved. I would definitely hire Cleaning Authority again if I ever need a cleaning company again.

I have been very pleased with this company! I am usually home when they come to clean and thus I interact with them often. Every person has been extremely polite, hardworking and even as I speak to them they keep working.
I had an illness that weakened me this past summer and they went above and beyond to carry things up the stairs for me or took out recycling. I was so appreciative. And they are very nice to my cat who is very interested in them!

Once again, Jacqueline and Merle did an outstanding job. They are meticulous in taking care of details and remember special requests. Plus, they are so pleasant to work with. Thank you for a job well done.

The cleaning authority is great. I have been so relieved to have them come and at least get the cleaning done! I don't have to worry about it because we are always running like crazy. It's a relief when one has a special needs child who needs a lot of extra supports. I love Tanya and Maria - they work really hard and do a wonderful job. I am always happy to see them!

These cleaners are very good! They are learning what I want and need them to do. I want some things done different than most and this is only the third time they are here so I asked them to let me know when they are doing that chore. They are learning well.

I have used The Cleaning Authority for years and would recommend them to anyone (just did to my mom!). I think the customer service is fantastic from the office team to the onsite cleaning team. Christian has been our lead for our home for awhile now - and I hope he never leaves! He is THE best - such attention to detail and is very good with training newer team members. I feel comfortable and confident with them in my home as I feel they treat it like their own. They are on time, bring their own supplies and always have a smile on!

3 people spent more than 3 hours cleaning the main floor of our house - it hasn't been this clean all at one time in years!

We have been Cleaning Authority customers for 20 years— the last 7 out of the Maplewood MN office. We have been extremely pleased with the service, quality and professionalism of the cleaning teams, the call center and management. They make us feel like a priority, the teams do that little something extra(like creating decorative tissue and TP designs)and if there is ever something we have a concern about they are extremely responsive and immediately work with us to make it right! We highly recommend this business and are pleased with the work they do and the extra time we have in our busy lives because we can leave the cleaning to them!

Everything looks good. We just request that the cleaners check in before they leave - so the work can have a final glance so to let them know if anything needs to be put back/away. Otherwise, very pleased.

Our first visit from the Cleaning Authority! The ladies were pleasant and very thorough. I like the fact that they use products that are not highly scented! Definitely will have them back!

My fiancé and I are working with The Cleaning Authority for some monthly cleans this year as we’re busy with wedding planning. It’s such a stress reliever and the cleaners are absolutely wonderful! 😊

We are very disappointed with The Cleaning Authority-Maple. After our last cleaning, I noticed many areas of our home that were never cleaned. I took the time to take pictures of many of these areas and sent a text with the pictures and said I was unhappy with the lack of cleaning done. The areas I took pictures of and sent included: all bathroom rugs never vacuumed, bathroom floor had garbage and hairs still, loft floor had garbage, master bath and shower and shower door had mold and wasn't fully cleaned, all window sills not cleaned, bathroom sink had hair and dirt, kitchen sink and faucet completely untouched, mud room rugs not cleaned, doors throughout house not cleaned, floors still had dirt and crumbs. I received a text that said they would send the team back. I had plans and had to leave, so I didn't have time to go through the entire house taking pictures.
The team came back and took care of many of the areas, and I trusted that they would clean our house more thoroughly. However there is still mold in the shower, the stairs banister never dusted, mud room sink and countertop never cleaned (this happened previously), side of fridge not wiped, master bedroom mirrors dusty, mirror in foyer dusty, living room tables dusty, kitchen table and chairs not fully wiped and lots of dust, windowsills throughout the house not done, ceiling fans not dusted, and bathroom toilet not cleaned.
Thus, I we are very unhappy with the service. We have paid a lot of money for these cleanings and we expect the cleaners to do what our agreement states. Furthermore, we noticed a huge scratch on our refrigerator door and the lower cabinets below the sink in the laundry. My husband observed the cleaners' supplies (buckets, vacuum cleaner, etc.) stacked in front of the refrigerator and we both heard a loud crash and we assume their equipment must have fallen against our refrigerator and made the huge scratch.
After reaching out to the company and sending many pictures, I did not hear back until 4 days later after contacting them again. The manager offered to look into getting our refrigerator repaired, acknowledged some tasks were still incomplete, and proceeded to tell me that I was confused about their areas of rotation cleaning system. However, I reviewed it again and my husband did as well. We completely understood their cleaning rotation system as outlined in our contract. She did apologize and said she looked forward to correcting these issues.
When I responded and said I would love for her to look into getting our refrigerator repaired, I started getting the run-around from them. I finally heard from the owners 11 days later and they said they weren't responsible for damaging our refrigerator. She also dismissed our concerns that many of the cleaning tasks were still incomplete, despite their promise of 100% satisfaction guarantee. The owner's response and manger's response conflicted and we can no longer trust the cleaning authority due to their poor customer service, lack of cleaning, and damages to our refrigerator.

I have been very pleased with TCA for more than a year now. The app is awesome for providing feedback, planning cleans, and adjusting which rooms should be cleaned. The workers are always pleasant and we mostly have the same cleaners. They're always responsive to feedback and getting the job done right. I highly recommend!!

I had had to take a break from regular housecleaning for about a year...but I called them to find out if I could "re-enroll". No hassle, they spent time going over their current record of my wishes and we did some changes, alternating the frequency with which the whole house vs. just the main level are cleaned. They cleaned today and as in my previous review in 2021 I am very attentive to the quality of the dusting along with all the important areas of bathrooms and kitchen. THEY DID A GREAT JOB! And to top it off...I had not asked them to make a bed, but I had put linens on the bed in prep for me to do it later! I came home and they had made the bed! WOW. Can't wait until next month!!

STAY AWAY from The Cleaning Authority of Maplewood! Their cleaning people damaged our Thermador stove top panel by denting it and dropping the burner covers on the front panel. The replacement part was over $350.00 and installation was an additional $500.00. The "supervisor" came to our home and took pictures of the damage and said she would speak with the owner Mr. Brix. It took a month for me to finally get to speak with him about the damage. He asked for more pictures which we sent. He then called the damage "minor" and said he would not pay for any of the damage AND he REFUSED to provide me with his insurance company information which I asked for so I could file a claim. I spoke with the Cleaning Authority Corporate offices and got the same response. I WOULD AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST as I believe they totally are dishonest!!

The Cleaning Authority really raises the bar.
The cleaners are professional, cheerful and thorough. And then they have an inspector that comes afterwards to inspect their work to be sure the work is done with the highest standards.
They have a very effective business model and we would highly recommend them.
