Used then to clean our house floors of allergens prior to moving in. They did an outstanding job and had great customer service! I had allergies every time I visited the home prior to them cleaning, and none after they finished. Highly recommend!

I was so pleased to have a solution for the pet stains in our white carpeting! One of them resurfaced and they returned at no charge and took cate of it! NatureWise will be my go- to from now on!

Phoned them twice and was greeted by the owner both times. They worked around my schedule and showed up promptly both times. The technician inspected the carpets, informed me of what he was planning to do and what the cost would be, and when the work was done gave me a rundown of what he had done, what to expect, and how to treat the cleaned areas. He also told us to call them immediately if we had any questions and/or problems.

Got out a bad greasy stain on the carpet. Will also come back at no charge to re-treat if this stain works it way back thru the carpet.

Eric & Paula are amazing. We were on the verge of replacing our basement carpet (which was less than 4 years old) because of kitty urine. We have a young son who rolls, rubs his face and practically eats the floor. I just couldn't stand playing in our basement knowing there was urine smell lurking in his play area. I should also note that I have asthma so I am quite sensitive to these types of odors.

Paula & Eric came out, assessed the issues, took a look at other areas of our home (surprise, surprise....our doggo had a few accidents too) and magically MADE IT ALL GO AWAY!!!!

It is now two weeks after my first treatment and our basement is SOOOOOO much better. The pad was still wet when Paula came out to re-check (YES, she comes back to smell) so I'll see her again in a few weeks which she assured is totally normal.

These business owners are AMAZING! They are really good at their job and NO MORE STINKY CAT URINE basement! If I could hug them (you know because of COVID we can't) I would. :)

Paula & Erik have been cleaning our carpets for a few years now & they’re amazing. Super kind people. Excellent products. We’ve had issues with pet stains, & they’re the only ones to get rid of the odor! The house smells clean & fresh, not like chemicals after they clean. We are having new floors put in our house, & we had an issue with cat urine, Paula came over last minute, on the weekend to help us before our new floors were put in!! I’m so thankful for her help. I absolutely recommend them.

WOW - could not be happier with the services provided by Paula and Eric. From my first phone call, I have been incredibly impressed. Paula is a delight to work with on the phone and made me feel so comfortable with all the information she provided regarding the services I was looking into. She was up-front about things I could do myself and provided levels of service they could do so I could fit it into my budget. One service I used was cleaning area rugs - I so appreciated the pick up/drop off and the rug was wonderfully clean when it came back! Both Eric and Paula also came to my home to clean my floors - they were professional, absolutely wonderful to interact with (and my kids loved them), and did great work. They are very knowledgeable about all types of flooring. I whole-heartedly recommend this company and will be using them for future projects!

So very happy! We live in the far-west Burbs and Paula & Eric were recommended to us by a veterinarian. They were knowledgeable, warm, fair, and effective! We have a ‘problem cat’ and there is NOTHING worse than cat smell. They went above and beyond in both the ‘regular’ cleaning and the pet spot issue. Cat Urine EXPERTS! I highly recommend Paula and Eric for their honest work and true professionalism. They also are incredibly friendly, endearing and easy to work with. Naturewise was great. Love they don't use chemicals. I had my couch cleaned and my carpet. Loved the results. Very affordable.

I get my area rugs cleaned each spring (at least) and they come back look and feeling great under foot. In this unique time we were able to have Eric pick up our rugs from our porch and have them returned about a week - all while maintaining our social distancing. Thank you, as always, for taking good care of us. I look forward to having them back when I can get my sofa and side chair freshened up - and maybe bathroom tile again.
