They have been cleaning our carpets for several years. Always does a first- rate job and attention to detail sets them apart. Martin is the best. Great customer service too.

Eric did a great job! He clean a few rugs for me, as well as my mattresses. It was a wonderful feeling to sleep on a CLEAN mattress. I hope to do this annually. I was so impressed with their service that after COVID hit, I hired Naturewise to do a few upholstered chairs for me, which he picked up and then returned. Great value AND great service! I'll be back!

Absolutely the best carpet cleaners I've ever used. They made my 25 year old carpet look and smell brand new. Professional, on time and they told me prior to my appointment what the cost would be. No surprises! 10 stars!

We hired Naturewise Chem-Dry to clean our carpets for the fourth year in a row. The carpet cleaning was again a great experience, starting from scheduling, the punctuality and the professionalism during the cleaning itself. One month later, the carpets look wonderful, and all of the stains are gone. Due to the non-toxicity of the products that are used for the cleaning we can also be assured that there no harmful residues were left behind that could impact our health and that of our pets. Highly recommend and we will definitely hire Naturewise Chem-Dry again next year.

Martin arrived on time and made the carpet look so much better than it had been. He was helpful with some small last-minute details and did the job carefully and efficiently. I was very pleased with the results.

Nature Wise technician are always courteous and professional. I have used NatureWise for 4 years now and always get a great clean. Their products are safe for kids and pets and they specialize in urine treatments. Scheduling and communication is top notch, which is important to our family.

Phenomenal service! Paula & her husband were great, & very accommodating to my work schedule. They showed up on time, and did a great job cleaning the "accident" my 3 year old had on our king sized mattress. Let's hope it doesn't happen again, but if it does- I know who to call! 😊

We have used Naturewise for a couple of years for both stain treatment and general carpet cleaning. Paula and the staff are so knowledgeable and dedicated, and have spent extra time researching the types of cleaning solutions that would work best for our carpets and explaining the pros and cons of each. They have always responded to my questions quickly and thoroughly. We really trust them and have been impressed with their responsiveness and attention!

I couldn't be happier with my decision to use NatureWise Chem-Dry to clean a couch that had some pet and cleaning solution stains.

They were able to get me in the calendar quickly, and Martin was prompt and on-time. Not only was he super professional and just an all-around nice guy--but most importantly he did a thorough analysis of my couch's fabric, presented me with his findings, gave me options, set extremely clear and reasonable expectations, and did a fantastic job! My couch is back to the condition I wanted it to be, and I know who to call if I ever need something like this done again.

Martin is a fabulous tech! Professional, gets the job done and goes the extra mile to make sure I (and all customers, I suspect) are happy and satisfied. The cleaning is thorough … even my stairs look good when they are through! It’s dried very quickly and isn’t toxic to the environment.

I’m disappointed at your service ☹️at first you told us it takes about a week to get clean then you returned my rug less than 72 hours without even do anything later after I returned back to you the guy only cleaned 20% out 100% I can literally see it the gray area was cleaned and soft when touch or walk on and the red one wasn’t cleaned and it’s hard when I touch or walk on🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I don’t recommend this place for drop off rugs

Martin did a Great Job! He is friendly, efficient and hard working. Paula at the office was also friendly and easy to work with. Carpets turned out great and priced reasonably. Definately recommend!

Professional, knowledgeable. They are wonderful people , always able to schedule easily and very dependable and prompt. They are extremely efficient and always go the extra mile to make sure their job is done and done well with excellence.

Eric did such a great job on our carpet! He was on time, very nice, knowledgeable, and did the job in a timely manner. He got the coffee stain out of our carpet very quickly!

I had a very nice area rug custom made of the same carpet that runs my stairs prior to the decision of getting a puppy. That might have been my first mistake. My second mistake was choosing the most affordable carpet cleaning service that I researched. I chose Naturewise because of the price point, but also because of the cleaning process that was explained to me.

- Pick-up/drop off included (as long as I had it rolled up and waiting outside - as it would be dropped off the same manner
My rug was picked up on time - no issues. But after not having heard from the company in weeks, I called and left a message with Paula (owner). Again, it was weeks and heard nothing so I called and left another message - mind you I have now been without my rug for almost two months. I called a third time and this time, Paula called me back. She explained that they lost my number and that the rug has been sitting in a van all this time as they didn't know who the rung belonged to. I was perplexed, but was happy to get my rug back, and scheduled to have it delivered.
They gave me the $25 “new customer” discount, that was offered to me at the time of the order, but otherwise charged me full price. I asked for a discount given the circumstances, and the “lead technician” who delivered the rug made a private phone call and came back w/a 10% discount. Not much all things considered, but again, I was just happy to have my rug back.
That is until I laid the rug out and saw that it was not lying flat. It was wrinkled and crinkled and didn’t settle down - even after placing heavy books on it. There was also what looked to be an ink stain on the edge.
When I called to let them know this, Paula said it could be fixed with another cleaning. I assumed that this cleaning would be free, but that was not the case - Paula said that she could give me 10% off and asked me when is a good time to pick it up? I reply, “Any afternoon.” She replied that she would get back to me and still to this day, I have yet to hear from her. I imagine she lost my number again.
I do not recommend this company's business.

When it comes to pet stains and odor - they are the best in the business. Years ago I had a cat that had peed on my carpet often. I thought I was going to have to rip it out, but they were able to get all of the smells and stains out. Now, I use them every time I need carpet cleaning!

Had a couple couch cushions that our dog unfortunately had an accident on. I was skeptical that even professional cleaners would be able to get the urine and smell out, but NatureWise Chem-Dry did! They were very easy to work with and we could drop the cushions off whenever worked with our schedules. We got our cushions back in about a week and I’m super pleased with how well they cleaned them — there isn’t even the slightest trace of mess left. I would definitely recommend going here if you have tough pet messes. They really get the job done!
