Abysmal service. We contracted this local branch of the company to provide lawn care services for our Highland Park home toward the end of the year, which included two applications. The first application was not complete, but passable. On the second application, however, my wife had witnessed that the technician had not even entered our back yard, let alone sprayed it. I canceled the service post-haste and will be going with another provider in the spring.

EDIT: The second application was done immediately after a torrential downpour. As I amend my review, rain is falling again. Go figure.

We have been long time customers of their 5 visit program. They take care of the timing and they do spot treatments on demand. Their prices are very reasonable. Try them for one year and discover for yourself.

NatureScape and their team did a phenomenal job doing a Spring Cleanup at my house. The yard looks great, they went out of their way and took extra time to make sure everything was cleaned up. I will definitely be using NatureScape again, and I highly recommend NatureScape for their services.

I appreciate Vivian and the staff at Naturescape. Every time I have contacted them over the last few years they have provided great customer service. The tree and lawn services have been completed professionally.

Kate only does 1/3 of my yard, or skips mowing all together. The admin charges me full price for biweekly mowings that are not taking place properly. No one bothers reading my comments when I pay my bill on line. Mark doesn't care.

We used Naturescape for our Snow Removal last year winter 2016-2017 Their service was of a very good. Always reliable and they even took care to hand sprinkle snow melt granules on my pathways which many service do not do.

Bought our house 3 years ago. We were "THAT" house with all the weeds. After the first year we contracted with Naturescape (2 neighbors use them). Within the first year, our weed problem was reasonably under control, and this year our lawn is beautiful!

We have had Naturescape for many years to fertilize, spray for pests and maintain our trees and shrubs. We have 2 ash trees on our property and have been treating for Emerald Ash Borer. Both of our trees were just diagnosed by an outside arborist with the disease as Naturescape only has technicians. Both need to be cut down. Their treatment does not work.

We signed up for their service for the 2017 summer season which included the 5 Visit Lawn Program. We had not fertilized our lawn at all in 2016 and the lawn looked it. I was hoping a lawn service could green up our lawn, but sadly, no joy. Finally I purchase some natural fertilizer and applied it myself, which did the trick and greened the lawn right up. Maybe Nature Scape was just applying water to our lawn. Very disappointed in their results.

After the dry summer I had brown patches in my yard, then received a flyer from Naturescape's South St. Paul office about over-seeding. I've used these guys for 20+ years for lawn fertilization and an occasional aeriation, but never over-seeding. About 50% of my lawn was brown so I asked them to double-up on the brown spots. They took my request, got the order in the queue and did the job in about a week. Even followed my instructions to a "T". Now my lawn has a fighting chance to recover from this dry summer. Thanks Naturescape!

to me they are the best company to hire , i have 3 services
lawn care
bugs and mosquitos spray and lawn mowing .
they do there job perfect , specifically Jake , he is really good hard working employee .

WARNING when you pay for "Aeration with Over seeding". They only seed 1 pound per 1000 square feet - which is not the recommended over seeding, so I don't know how they can advertise that. All of the overseeing sources I can find suggest over seeding should be 2-5 pounds of seed/1000ft square (23-60 grams/ square meter) depending on the product you are using. I called and told them that I could not see the seed - I searched my lawn and could not find a discernible grass seed. I specifically requested and paid for extra seed along hills and around flower bed which they did not do from what I can see. They also missed patches of the yard when aerating. This could have been because they didn't knock when they came to the house and ask where the yard starts and stops. They just came and went unannounced before I could discuss the yard. After discussing this with them on the phone they said they will come back out to do the aeration on the missed yard, and look at the seed. We will see if it's amended. If not I don't recommend their services.

My wife and I have been customers of Naturescape for many years now and have had a very positive experience. Vivian and the staff at the St. Paul branch are friendly and professional and our lawn, especially last year, looked really nice. If you want a quality job for a very reasonable price, from our experience, Naturscape is a good choice.

I have had this lawn service for years and they keep getting worse. My lawn was destroyed last year and they keep making promises of what they are going to do to fix it and ........haven't heard a thing. Now we're heading into full blown summer and it will be too late. Do NOT recommend them at all

Naturescape has done a great job taking care of my lawn care needs at a reasonable price. I would highly reccomend them!

Damaged the siding on my garage with their aerator and decided it was best to drop me as a customer instead of paying for the repairs. When I was their customer, we requested a notice so we could make sure the kid toys were picked up and the dog was not in the yard. With multiple requests, that never happened once.

Poor quality, lack of communication and service delays. Does not fulfill promise of 100% guarantee.

They haven’t performed any services after cashing our check a month ago. I had to call to make the first appt and no one showed up. I called a second time and no one came then either. I called a third time and was told we did not mark our underground sprinkler heads. They have been marked with wrought iron stakes and wooden stakes for two weeks now. We keep getting put off each time WE have to call! I highly recommend that you do not deal with this company !!!!!!!

Have had nature scape now for a number of years, quality has been declining last couple years. When they do the granules you are lucky if you can find any along side drive way or side walks look hard to find any in the yard. After the first application have many dandelions I have been spraying my self for over a week, called them they said put you on a ASAP list 9 days ago. Probably my last year with them.should have better service for almost 300.00 dollars.
