Trey was awesome! He did a great job! Very polite. Very thorough. Attention to detail. Highly recommended! If I had to complain about anything, it would be about the smell of the cleaner he was using... It still lingers through the house.

I hired Divine Shine to clean up an extremely dirty rental home after tenants moved out. They stopped by and got the job done a couple of days after my call. Unlike many other companies, I was able to directly communicate with the assigned cleaning team and go over the details ahead of time which I appreciated. Tre and Ehish did an amazing job - I couldn't believe how much better the place looked after only a few hours! Their attention to detail was SUPERB. You could tell that they took the time to thoroughly clean all areas of the house and did not cut corners. This was no easy job, I even had a different company stop by to give me an estimate and they refused to do it because it would "take several days to clean". These guys are cleaning rock stars who don't back away from a challenge. I would give them more stars if I could and will always call them first from now on. Keep up the great work.

Update: It seems this review has garnered some attention, so I will elaborate.

I had never used a cleaning service before, but my brother does, and this guy blew them all away. I tried this one on a whim. The owner was the guy who showed up that day. I had never met him before.

This guy has more elbow grease than anybody I've ever seen before. Dude put his back into it despite being the boss. No management arrogance whatsoever.

He has a great personality and also gave me a very fair price. I was blown away.

We had Team Dani and we are so impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail. This is the first time I’ve ever used a cleaning service and did so in order to alleviate some of the stress surrounding a recent loss. It was truly helpful. Our home literally sparkles and smells so fresh…and we have pets!

A fantastic experience! Divine Shine was on time and thorough. We could not have presented our house to sell quicker and for more money without them. Highly Recommend!

The condition of the house was poor before the team got to work! They worked so hard to with so much attention to detail they were able to get the home sparkling clean! They were kind and efficient! I can’t thank them enough for getting my home in top shape!

After eight months of futile attempts trying to make my revolting rental slightly more presentable, I threw in the towel and scheduled a deep clean with the pros. Should have done it eight months ago. In only a few hours, Darren (the man/myth/legend/owner himself) totally exceeded my wildest expectations and completely transformed the place into something not-so-embarrassing. My main concerns were:
1) Bathroom— currently spotless
2) Overabundance of cobwebs— just waiting for the bloodthirsty vengeance of legions of now-homeless spiders
3) Basement— no longer a “maybe if I don’t think about it, it will go away” type thing, Darren MADE it leave.
The rest of the house is sparkling too, he hit details I wouldn’t have ever thought would make a difference, and after a week I’m still gawking at how clean the baseboards are.
Scheduling was a breeze (I had called in but you can also quote and schedule it yourself online), pricing was upfront and totally reasonable, communication was second to none, and Darren is just a really good person, period— super chill and funny; can have engaging, open-minded, intelligent conversations; tells great stories (travelers and foodies take note, he’s your guy); and he truly cares about his employees and wants to make a difference. If it sounds goofy to say that this business is his starting point to effecting meaningful, resounding, positive change, schedule a cleaning and talk to the man yourself— you’ll get it.
10 out of 5 stars for the quality of clean, for the mission and vision of the business, and to Darren himself. You’re amazing, dude, thank you so much for everything and see you in a couple months for Round 2.

I think the person that was here did the best job he could. I was told & expecting a team of people cleaning but it was just one. To me a team means 2 or 3 people. Although the house & basement needed all over dusting & mopping as well as kitchen & bathrooms cleaned it was a lot for one person. The cleaner was here for 9 hours and there are some areas that were not done well or missed. One side of the kitchen stove still has food spatter on it. It doesn't appear that the basement toilet was cleaned. Maybe he didn't have a good toilet cleaner. The hardwood dining room floor has something gummy on it. Easily scraped up with my thumbnail. I'm not sure what happened there. And the kitchen counters feel gritty & dusty. That being said it does look better than it did. Next time send at least 2 people.

Tre and Dani were absolutely outstanding! I so desperately needed a good deep clean of my house and they did an incredible job. I'm a stickler for cleanliness and their attention to detail blew me away. On top of that, they are both lovely people who clearly cared about their work and were a pleasure to be around. No question, I would love to work with them and Divine Shine again.

After seeing all the reviews I hired Divine Shine to come and clean my house. I signed up for three hours of standard cleaning and paid $250 for it. The person did not dust, did not wipe down counter tops, and did a poor quality in vacuuming. The house literally pretty much looked exactly like I'd left it. The only two pieces that looked good were the bathtub and the sink. When I raised my concern, I was accused of only hiring for standard cleaning. The person was here for three hours and there is very little evidence to show for it.

Contrary to what they are saying, while I do have dogs, my house was not filled with pet hair. There were no pet droppings - that is a total lie. This is my first experience where instead of working with me to fix the problem, the owners were aggressive and blaming.

We had such a positive experience with Divine Shine! We hired them to do a move out cleaning of our home. They were friendly, professional, and made our house look amazing! They took care of every last detail and nothing was overlooked. I can't recommend this company enough! We will definitely hire them for any future needs that arise.

My wife and I needed a quick clean of our old apartment while we were busy moving in to our new home. Our cleaner, Alicia, and her helper were very nice. They did a great job and got done promptly.

Their bid was also almost $100 better than the next competitor. I recommend Divine Shine Cleaning.

Was extremely happy with the service. Very friendly and efficient. Washed walls to prepare for painting. Did a wonderful job. Will definitely hire again for any cleaning needs in the future.

Darren has been the best communicator when it comes to business, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to meet onsite and get a quote to me in a very timely manner. I would recommend him and his team highly, as they are professional and know how to succeed expectations.

We hired Divine Shine Cleaning for a deep clean out of our apartment we were moving out from. It was easy to set up over the phone with and set up a time and date. They quoted me $374 and it was about 5 hours.

Overall not impressed. They spent barely 3 hours cleaning. They did get the big stuff such as the toilets, sinks, refrigerator, shelves, etc but we were disappointed with seeing some of the obvious spots they missed. They kept offering to come back but we were on a strict timeline and when you expect to hire a cleaning service you wouldn’t have to go back. They only offered $20 refund but after spending 2 hours cleaning specific spots they missed, plus vacuuming, steam mopping. Overall quite disappointed with the price we paid and wouldn’t recommend. I tried to figure it out with the lady I booked with I think her name was Angela but she wasn’t accommodating either.

You did reach out for a re clean but when we expect for a cleaning it should be a one and done. You guys have ignored my texts regarding the situation and all you have offered was $20 off my total and it wasn’t even deducted from my total. Unfortunately was very disappointed with the service.

We had a great experience with Divine Shine. Our cleaner, Tre, was on time, super thorough, and very nice (our beds were super fancily made as an extra perk, too)! After this first experience, we will be signing up for a recurring cleaning. The online customer portal makes it really easy to use and schedule. We're glad to have found them!

I hired Divine Shine for a one time move out cleaning on Sunday morning 8/13/23. They communicated extremely well by email and text. The cleaning team Alicia Garcia and Oliver were simply an awesome help. They had every thing shining. An excellent job. A little expensive but worth every penny for my time, knees & back when we’d already been packing and loading vehicles. Best decision I made for this move! Would hire again & again.

Hands down the best cleaning service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been through a few cleaners these past couple years and they seem to always fall a bit short but Divine Shine went above and beyond my expectations! We are now on a recurring service: thank you so much!

It was simple to request our service (a first time deep clean) and we had clear communication from the time of booking. Our cleaner, Trey, was absolutely above and beyond in everything he worked on. On top of that, he is kind and professional. My house has never been this clean and I'm so happy!

The team of two cleaners did a great job for a “move” in clean! I was impressed by how clean they got the refrigerator and stove! After they left I noticed a small area they missed in the kitchen and when I called the cleaners they turned right around and came back to make it right!
