My experience with Divine Shine was exceptional. The team arrived right on time and did an excellent, thorough job cleaning our home. I made this booking last minute and was so impressed with how responsive and professional Darren, the owner, was. From start to finish the experience was excellent and we will be using them again! Highly recommend for anyone needing a thorough clean with trusted, professional people.

I’ve had my first cleaning with Divine and the owner actually came out and did the cleaning which impressed me to know he cares enough to want to be able to communicate with his staff my wants with their service. His cleaning was fantastic and I am very happy with my service. I am continuing with ongoing services.

I booked Divine Shine at the last minute (the day before) for a move out clean of a rental house I lived in for 1.5 years. From the start of the process, they were professional and informative. When Tre showed up to do my cleaning, he assured me he would do everything in his power to make sure I got my full deposit back.
I was shocked at how clean the house was when I returned! The oven and shower looked brand new- even better than they looked when I had moved in. I am glad to say I received my full deposit back and am so thankful that Divine Shine helped me so quickly and thoroughly. I would absolutely use them in the future and highly recommend!

My girlfriend was moving out of her townhome and I decided to get a move out cleaning for her. Divine Shine made me look like a hero! You would’ve never guessed there was a four year-old Boy and two cats in that townhome after they were done cleaning. She even got a compliment from the landlord for leaving the house so clean and received her entire security deposit back.

We’ve been using Divine Shine a couple times a year for a few years now. With two young kids and full time jobs it’s impossible to keep up with cleaning everything. We’ve had 3 different people from Divine shine clean over the years and have had amazing results with every one! Joy has cleaned for us a few times and always does a phenomenal job. My latest appointment was done by Darren and he went above and beyond. The level of clean and attention to detail, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms where we wanted the cleaning focused was incredible!

Hired Divine Shine for a move out clean back in April, and was thoroughly impressed! They were so kind and friendly, did a wonderful job cleaning, and were by the far the most reasonably priced for the services offered I could find in the suburban area. The owner obviously has values of integrity and pride for the company he is running, and for good reason! I plan to try these guys out further down the road for regular scheduled cleanings at our new home, too. I would definitely recommend Divine Shine cleaning.

After seven years (five of which with a large dog), we were moving out of our townhome. We hired Divine Shine Cleaning to do a “Move Out” cleaning. They did an amazing job - even pulled the fridge and stove out and cleaned behind them! I was very impressed with the work they did and would definitely hire them again.

I was blown away by the service I received! Website easy to navigate and book. They had lots of book times available which was helpful to get cleaners in for the move out/move in clean. I am a landlord and I usually do the cleaning myself but needed extra help this time. It was 100% worth it! It was a huge stress relief! All 3 staff persons were friendly and personable and did a thorough job!! They also worked well as a team. I would absolutely recommend them and will use them again! Thank you SO much! ~D

Had them clean my carpets and my large couch in the living room. Was very pleased with the outcome! I have three pets in my home and try to keep up with all the hair and dander myself as best as I can, but definitely loved how fresh my home felt afterward. Would definitely recommend and will be hiring again for routine cleanings!

Good service, conscientious crew, made sure I was satisfied with the carpet cleaning job before they left. I've included a before and after of one of our closets, where there was a bad pet stain.

Omg where do I begin! I wish I would have read the reviews fully before booking with them! After speaking with the “assistant “ & booking a $250 DEEP CLEAN service for my ALCOVE / STUDIO apartment less than 620sf , I called & emailed multiple times before service to make it as easy & detailed exactly what I need done. First of all the cleaner did not arrive on time but 30-40 minutes LATE which was stressful because I’m an engineer I work in a aseptic room so I had to literally put my work on hold to let the cleaners in my apartment.
I get off of work to a half cleaned apartment… yall I can not make this up… they wiped down the counters & appliances were left unclean (stove,fridge,microwave) when I asked them why would they wipe the outside of the appliances but not clean them I was told (you would need to ask specifically for them to be clean it’s not included in the DEEP CLEAN…. Are you joking??…..
they tried to charge and extra $25 for dishes lmfao I can’t believe how greedy , unprofessional, argumentative they were. Nothing was cleaned they left half of my apartment unvaccumm I even specifically told them I needed it vacuumed the only instructions I had was to not change my bedding. They literally did a quick wipe down for $250 then the cleaner offered to come back and when I reached out for the date to come back he sent me a text that was SO SO RUDE! to be point where I don’t even want them back in my apartment at all just keep the money and know that you just lost a customer willing to pay every month or every 2 weeks because I’m a single engineer I needed the service but I’ll take my money elsewhere! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! (Pictures is how they left my apartment after I paid them $250 for a DEEP clean & I hope they do come on here trying to lie & flip it around because I have ALL RECEIPTS. should take them to small claims for my money back!

This company is the best! I can't believe how clean my house is. They even made the beds and folded my laundry. My house smells so much better and looks amazing. I'm signings up for a monthly cleaning! The lady even washed my shower curtain.

Excellent cleaning service. I especially loved the attention to detail regarding the move out cleaning. Mark was extremely helpful in explaining the different packages so I could make the right choice. The cleaning crew was friendly and thorough. All of my special requests were fulfilled.
