Very skilled, soft spoken and patient. He is the guy you need incase you have a plumbing problem. He came out on a cold Sunday to help us.

Harrison had great timely communication and was professional. He completed the water softener install and walked me through the maintenance of it and what I needed to ensure that it functioned properly. I would recommend him .

Actually gave me a quote over the phone, where all other plumbing companies said they needed to charge a fee first- do an assessment and then give a quote. Other companies didn't even give a range for the job. Where Harrison plumbing LLC gave me a range prior to even coming out, went to the home installed perfectly, and was kind, courteous and responsive. Could not recommend more.

Faucet was leaking and had low pressure. Now it has great pressure and no longer leaking. They also cleaned up under the sink.

I had a leak under my sink and called Harrison Plumbing. The plumber replaced the pipe that was causing the issue, and now there are no leaks at all. He was polite, explained what he was doing, and cleaned up after the job. Very happy with the service and would use them again.

I had 1 bad experience with a woman trying to get directions. She complained about having to help people find their way around the building.

My designer and I spent hours in Montaggio, selecting faucets and tubs and toilets. And then our contractor went with a different distributor to get the items we had chosen, cutting Montaggio out of it all. Then, when our contractor's plumber installed the toilets and faucets wrong, Jim at Montaggio stepped in, got replacement parts, organized the plumber for us - and charged us nothing! Jim - you and your team represent the best of the Minnesota spirit. Thank you so much for taking care of us! A few days ago I received a call from a client whose bathroom Montaggio had supplied the plumbing fixtures for about 15 years ago. The toilet seat had cracked and they needed a replacement. They'd searched all the usual places but were not able to find the right color.

Once they explained the problem I was able to go back to my original selections sheet, find the color, and contact Kristin with my request. As promised, she contacted my clients the next day and set up an order for the proper replacement.

Kristin did a fantastic job with this. She made me look good and she made Montaggio look good. Thanks for the excellent work, Kristin.

Three years ago I purchased a gorgeous kitchen faucet from Montaggio. My contractor installed it but, unfortunately, the faucet had a variety of issues and was ultimately determined to be defective. The true determining factor of a great business is how a problem is solved, and Jim proved that by providing me with exemplary customer service. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with him and would not hesitate to recommend Montaggio.

We love every item we purchased through Montaggio, but it is the customer service that really sets them apart. We had a problem with the finish on one product and after one simple email Jim had personally lined up someone to have it replated at higher standards with no cost and no hassle. They have been extremely responsive and helpful with other questions as well. 10/10 recommend.
