Wifey and I had a bunch of hairline cracks in our 15 year old American Standard toilets and decided to upgrade to something that would last longer, so we went looking for Toto toilets, figuring that if a place Carrie’s Toto, they probably carry other quality products and want what’s best for their customers (I initially found Toto by looking at Reddit for best, longest lasting toilets)

We ended up going with the Toto Drake, which was recommended by both Reddit and Michelle as being top of the line, long lasting and best at getting the yuck down the pipes. Montaggio is the real deal, Michelle was friendly and helpful, was funny and graceful about a topic that can be awkward (flushing, potty humor etc), and was a patient and kind communicator. Zero pressure, no BS, just excellent hospitality and service
