These guys are great. Usually can accommodate me within the day. Other companies hard sell, not these guys. Not only can I expect a job well done, they also leave me with plumbing and home maintenance knowledge that has since been invaluable.

Be very careful in negotiations with this company. I called their company up and asked if they could beat a price of 390 plus dollars, he said yes. He beat the price by a few dollars. When the service man came out, I asked him what they change. It was 160 for the first hour and 80 dollars after that. The service man was there less than an hour. He still changed me over 299 dollars for time. I asked him why you are charging me above your rate, he said that is what we agreed too. I can not argue that, but I did find a better plumber than this. He got me, I will not use them again.

Paul is a true master at his craft, and very personable to boot! His depth of knowledge was evident in how he was able to remove our 70-year-old cast iron and lead piping, reconfigured the main stack layout in accordance with current code, and replaced it with new black ABS pipe that should provide us decades of worry-free, reliable service!
My go-to plumbing company, I confidently recommend them to my family and friends for any plumbing service, big or small. Their name (almost) says it all...they PIPE (and plumb) RIGHT!

Gene and crew have done multiple jobs for us. A complete bathroom remodel and a basement remodel. Major tear outs and reconstruction all put back together to look fantastic. Drains, sinks, toilets and multi-functional showers. He is exactly what you want when searching for someone that is knowledgable, honest, gives great advise and does the job the way it should be done without cutting any corners. I would never hire anyone else.

They hooked up a couple of appliances for my restaurant got me permit and did a great job but, most importantly, they are honest and fair to their customers. I had a couple of other quotes for way more expensive price and for no clear reason! Will definitely use them again if I have a project:)

This company was great. They met us in our time of need when dealing with a horrible plumbing company through our HSA. John with Piperight plumbing was a breath of fresh air compared to them. He was prompt, had an apprentice with him, and was efficient in repairing our issues. We would definitely recommend this company!

We worked with Marc to add a bathroom to our basement during a renovation. In the process, he had to re-route some existing plumbing/mechanics, so he also installed a new water heater for us. We were SO happy to work with him on this project. He really helped us think through our bathroom layout and design, came up with creative solutions, and had great attention to detail. And the guy is workhorse! He had to do some really heavy lifting and never once complained and worked incredibly efficiently. Not to mention he was an excellent communicator, prompt and punctual, and always left our house spotless. We completely trust him and the work that he did. We won't hesitate to call Pipe Right and Marc when we need them!

Bill was very friendly, helpful, neat and informative. He explained what he was doing and pointed out some useful changes. As far as costs go, plumbers are expensive right now and I feel we got a fair value for the work done. PipeRight will be at the top of my list for any future complex plumbing work, since they are both professional and pleasant and their work inspires confidence.

Second time I used PipeRight Plumbing. Can't speak highly enough of this company and it's people. Super nice and friendly, works hard to get the job right and is overall just a total class act. Well worth the money considering how trustworthy they are. In other words, in a world of some questionable plumbers, you can be confident in this company to do the job correctly and with care. (I've had to fix the work of "professional" plumbers" myself before, so I believe I have a good feel for who I'm comfortable with.)

They sent me detailed instructions, including all the parts I would need to purchase for the repair. They also followed up to see if I needed any additional help. Problems fixed, couldn't of done it without them.

My SE Como House is over 100 years old, so our plumbing can sometimes be a challenge and PIPERIGHT Plumbing always comes up with a comprehensive fix and has vastly improved and updated our faucets, toilet, and during Covid, they did a terrific job installing our new dishwasher.

Thursday, November 14, 2024 we faced a suddenly, broken toilet, with water leaking across the floor and into the basement.

At 8am, I called in 'a favor' since they had installed our dishwasher, and somehow they were able to get John Tomas out within 2 hours and he was able to quickly diagnose the problem.

What I didn't realize was that they weren't doing me a favor coming out in less than 2 hours, they recognized a leaking toilet to be a priority, and acted quickly.

Not knowing the actual issue until arriving, some parts were needed so while he was here John realized our bathroom faucet cartridge was shot, so he offered to fix both the faucet and the toilet after getting the necessary parts.

I'm not very handy so having PipeRight Plumbing (now on speed-dial) was extremely helpful.

Marc, Gene, and John are extremely professional and respectful of our time and property. We will use them again, and highly recommend their services to others.

a supply line was leaking from upstair bathroom. It was very hard to get at, being in between the studs and floor and cast iron sewer pipe. But they got a new line installed, and its working out, thanks.

Honest, hard working, reliable plumbing partner. I had Bill and John to my new home that had been vacant for 2 years and had evidence of frozen pipes. Bill took care of the visible issues, and then John came out to work with us to find the other areas of copper pipe damage. John brought obvious experience in this task, using compressed air to identify leaks/breaks. All total, the fixed 8 freeze splits in basement/1st floor. John also identified a sub-optimal plumbing configuration (kitchen cold water delivering unsoftened water), and gave us the option of correcting that (which we did).

I appreciated that they had straightforward billing. A flat hourly rate plus materials, with no surprises like trip charges, or splitting estimate and actual work into separate visits/bills.

John was easy to work with, sensitive to tight budgets for a 1st-time home buyer, and more than fair in billing. In short, PipeRight is my now my trusted partner for plumbing. Nicole in the office was kind, responsive, and facilitated the process. Good honest organization.

Total pros. Knew right where to cut the hole in the wall and replace the pipe joint. The pipe Whisperer 😀. 10 stars. Recommended to my friends. Call them !

Had PipeRight replace the old tankless waterheater with a new tankless, everything went smoothly and quickly. No issues or complaints. They will be the first plumber I call the next time I need one.

Save money! Bring your plumbing problems to PipeRight first! I had a leak from our bathroom to the floor below. I spent hundreds of dollars with a plumber to fix it. It temporarily fixed the problem, but it reoccurred. I had PipeRight out, they spotted tiny cracks in the tub that had been installed incorrectly. Problem solved!

We’ve had an amazing experience working with Piperight. They are responsive, attentive to detail, provide great quality work and they follow through on what they say. Not to mention, just good people. There’s not a bad thing I can say about them.
