We’ve contacted PipeRight Plumbing on a couple of occasions for emergency plumbing, and each time they’ve been prompt, professional, and incredibly reliable. Their team is knowledgeable and efficient, and they’ve always resolved our issues quickly and with great care. It’s such a relief knowing we can count on them in a pinch. Highly recommend!

PipeRight replaced a leaking elbow on our water main line. They also recommended replacing the two 60 year old gate valves on the main line with quarter turn valves. That recommendation was exactly what was needed, as both gate valves leaked. They were super timely, professional and courteous. Overall a perfect job!

PipeRight has worked with us on two major renovation projects in the basement - replacing all our galvanized pipe with pex and then on roughing in and finishing the whole basement. They made sure everything was done to code, walked me through some of the decisions to be made from a design standpoint, and delivered excellent work for a very reasonable price. I would not hesitate to use them again, and I routinely refer them to friends, family, and neighbors (who also have great experiences with them!).

My home was built in 1916 and required major plumbing work. All pipe had to be replaced as well as the interior sewer pipe. The home had never been properly vented so water from the laundry and dishwasher would not drain properly and often backed up. New vent pipe needed to be installed all the way from the basement to the roof of the second floor. The team was fast and efficient and actually finished a few hours ahead of schedule. I highly recommend PipeRight Plumbing!

PipeRight Plumbing is amazing. They redid our kitchen and installed a new boiler. They've now additionally done further emergency work for us in our home, and at one of our rentals. Great work, fast service, on time, always make it work, even if it's not the best timing on our part, and nice guys. Very professional. So glad we found them!

I have used PipeRight for two different remodeling projects. I've been my own general contractor. Their communication is excellent, always responding to my questions in a timely manner. I was happy with their suggestions and help figuring out the best plan for the plumbing part of the remodel. Every person from their company that came into the house was pleasant, respectful, and left the job site clean. I liked their thorough proposal/invoicing system and the ease of paying online. I highly recommend their services.

Marc did a great job getting to the bottom of a pipe issue with my boiler. He repaired the pipe and got the heat running again. It was a great relief.

Nothing against the guys at piperight but they have simply become too expensive. The hourly rate has climbed to the point it is hard to recommend them. Used them several times but the rates have gone off the charts. I won't even mention the rates to avoid scaring customers.

PipeRight helped us with a 100 year-old pipe that was leaking and eroding the main waste pipe.

They responded to our situation in a timely manner. Their work was first-rate and we had them install a new water heater several weeks later.

We intend to call on them for all of our future plumbing needs.

I have worked with the Piperight Team for more than a decade now. No job is too big or too small. They are very clear about costs and will work with you to find solutions within your means. I own a 120 year old building that has required. lot of attention. My hope is that Piperight will continue as my plumbing contract as long as I own this building..

You bid a job to do a bunch of work in my laundry room. When the day came, your Sr. plumber was unavailable at the last minute. The jr. staff you had did a very low quality job and left permanent stains on my carpet. They also were unable to finish in the promised time stating they had to run off to another job. After lodging a complaint, the next day you sent a Sr. plumber who apologized and redid much of the low quality work and I left feeling like you had done a pretty good job making up for the prior day. However, you then tried to bill me for all of the time wasted by the first crew along with the time spent to remediate the next day, well above the agreed upon price of the job. I thought we had worked it out and I considered it water under the bridge.

However, a year or more later, I requested an estimate to install a whole home water filter. A gentlemen came to my house for the better part of an hour discussing the install options and we landed on one. He said he'd have an estimate back to me in about a week but then nothing ever came. I subsequently sent a request for an update in through the website, similarly no response. In the end, it was a waste of both our times and really poor customer service. I assume I was ghosted based on the earlier disagreement we'd had, maybe they looked up my service history and changed their mind.

Furthermore, their google review score is likely extremely biased as this company requests reviews through a 3rd party service, and only routes 5 star reviews to google, the rest are internal. This is a typical tactic of many reviews these days, but just noting it for folks that it applies here as well.

The work was done promptly and on time. The plumber was cordial and did excellent work. PipeRight's price was way better than my previous quote. I will use them exclusively in the future.

We did a renovation of our bathroom ourselves but wanted to have the plumbing done professionally. PipeRight / Marc Tomas was fabulous. Very professional, friendly and prompt through the whole project. I highly recommend PipeRight Plumbing.

These guys are always so good. True experts, responsive, friendly, smart, humble and able to serve any plumbing need I’ve ever had. They’ve replaced faucets, installed disposals, fixed pipes, connected and installed stoves and offered wise advice. They’re quick and thorough and trustworthy and reasonably priced. I don’t typically write reviews, but it’s rare enough to find a terrific plumbing company that I couldn’t keep quiet about Piperight!
