I’ve had Mark to my house a couple times, and he does a great job. One time he even came on Sunday when I was in a bind. He always explains what is going on and makes sure I understand the problem and what he is doing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We have a good time chatting while he works.
I fully recommend him!

I had Mark come out initially to run a camera down our sewer line at the suggestion of our city who was planning to do some work. Mark found some roots that could become problematic and we discussed having him come back another time. Well, then next time came sooner than I had expected after we had a backup in June. Mark came out on a Saturday just to make sure we were taken care of. I like that he's a straight shooter and I didnt have to guess if he was trustworthy. He's a great guy with lots of stories and wisdom if you're willing to chat with him a bit. Mark did a great job and he would be my first call if needed again.

I have a new home and so I thought my days of needing a plumber for clogged pipes was a thing of the past! Unfortunately that dream only lasted 4 months and then a backup happened! Mark was willing to fit me in on the end of a long Friday and I was very grateful! He arrived after most plumbers had gone home for the night, he explained what he was doing and cleaned up after himself! It was great having him there and for him to take the extra time out of his day to make our day and weekend much better! I have no issue recommending Mark!

I had TCD come inspect my water main over a year ago when I was buying my first house. Mark was friendly and thorough in his explanations of the inspection, and I appreciate having a video to go along with the inspection! Just last night, I emailed asking about what my service line might be made of. Mark called this morning and walked me through how to check the material. I'll be using Twin City Drain for as long as I can with this kind of expertise and customer service!

Mark was great! He went out of his normal schedule to service me. He diagnosed and resolved my issue promptly. I was not charged any additional monies outside of his hourly rate. He told me ways to prevent the issue in the future. This is a true story. - Cassandra

Mark was great! I'm a first-time home-owner and this was my first major issue in the new house. He came over really quickly even though it wasn't an emergency, walked me through what he was doing and encouraged me to ask as many questions as I wanted. I have to also mention that the price was unbeatable for the quality of service received! He showed up when he said he would (NOT an 8 hour window) and was fast. I had a clogged basement floor drain and he got everything set up, cleared out, and cleaned up in less than two hours. It's great to immediately have a nearby, reliable plumber

Mark is amazing. He even brought us fresh tomatoes from his garden! He came & unclogged our kitchen drain in under an hour. He is reasonably priced, extremely kind & a hard worker! We are grateful he was able to help us out quickly! He did a great job!
