Thank you, nothing like good service people. Even though we called about a water softener, which they don't work on. Time was taken on A Saturday - over the phone- to tell us how to shutoff water to the softener. Even allowed us to text pictures ensuring we used the correct bypass valve. God Bless you!!!

After a “big brand” outfit charged way too much and didn’t even fix the problem, I called TC Drain. Mark coordinated a convenient time to come to the house, called ahead and showed up on time, was very clear with his explanation of the problem and, best of all, was able to fix it! The first time Mark came out it was a Sunday afternoon and my basement was starting to flood. I called him and he was there in about an hour and worked until the drain pipe was cleared. I have been using him for several years now and I have not had any issues. He always goes above and beyond!

My main drain was backing up when washing clothes lately & I texted Twin City Drain for help. Mark responded immediately via text that he could come right out which he did. Problem solved in about 30 mins at a reasonable price. I’ll certainly call him again if I have a water drain issue. Mark is a good guy to know.

Five days ago a certain plumbing service came to us from Anoka county to our place in Shoreview and spent 20 minutes with a “snake” to clear out our shower drain of baby wipes that my teenagers had apparently flushed down the toilet, unbeknownst to us. The very same backup then occurred again just last night. We tried to call back that same service, along with 2 others getting no response, being that it is Saturday. ONLY MARK ANSWERED MY DESPERATE PHONE CALL. He asked about 20 questions and then gave me a quote. He responded roughly 2 hours later when he said he would and used a snake, a camera, and a chain link contraption to find a few more wipes that weren’t picked up the first time because that tech didn’t do anything but stick a snake down our shower drain. Mark was able to get the wipes to push through the line and we are happy customers. He is a true professional and worth the cost. I highly recommend. Thanks so much Mark!!!

Mark was great! Super professional and responsive. He cleared out our main sewage drain that contained gunk garbage and tree roots. The pipes stretched out to about 140ft, if not more! Definitely not a DIY project - go to TCD!

Mark was able to arrive the same day I called and was able to help me think through a challenging issue. It wasn't your normal main line sewer clean out. It was an outdoor underground gutter system. It's nice to find contractors that still think through an issue.

Mark came out and cleaned out our kitchen drain. I had tried on my own with both drano and a good sized snake I bought from Menards. Both were unsuccessful.

Mark did a great job. He has a much larger snake (90 feet) and had other tricks up his sleeve. He ended up clearing the blockage by using pressurized water. I would recommend Mark to anyone needing help with their drains.

I called Mark for a sewer line inspection on a house I was considering purchasing. He was very professional, responsive, and punctual. Also, he was a wealth of information. I will be keeping Mark and Twin City Drain in mind for future projects!

Mark- is the BEST!!, We had a sudden and serious blockage. We thought the worst- maybe a mainline. Mark saved us $$$$. Of all things!!! he augered out a rodent- that fell down the vent pipe. You're going to want to put Mark in your phone directory. He's Jim Dandy to the Rescue!!! DONT CALL big-name plumbers, especially the ones who advertise on TV $$ or pop up first on Google $$. Mark does a good honest job and gets a lot of referrals and repeat customers as a result. We contacted TCD to clean out our main drain. Mark was super professional & friendly, too. I can't think of anything that he could do better. We highly recommend calling them if you have any drain issues!

We had Mark out at our house a few years ago when our drain backed up. We were so impressed with his promptness, professionalism, and overall friendly manner that we asked for a fridge magnet so we could call him again in the future. Flash forward four years later and our drain needed cleaning again, and the first thing I did was grab the phone # from the magnet I had held onto for those many years -- Mark was out in a flash and was just as friendly and professional as I had remembered. You better bet we're keeping that magnet for the future, and so we can tell our friends!

One company came out and tried to clean out main drain but was unsuccessful so called Mark from Twin Cities Drain and he worked until he got through all the tree roots that were causing the backup. Mark has the right equipment to get through the tough clogs. He is a very personable and professional. Highly recommend!

Mark was fantastic with the work on our floor drain. Great communication, easy to work with and wants to make it right. Never a felt he was trying to pull a fast one over us like many big name plumbing companies.

Mark is a life saver! I had standing water in my basement and he was able to come out and fix it the same day that it happened. He removed all of the debris and roots from my main sewer line and got the floor drains working again, he even checked his work with his camera system.
