I am so lucky that my neighbor recommended Barr Web!! We just bought a new home that's a century old and needs some help bringing the pipes into modern times. I have been nervous about what it would cost, how much breaking into walls might be required, and frankly of the possibility of being taken advantage of because I'm new to home ownership and new to the area... I didn't know who to trust. John with Barr Web has just given me not just a quote I can actually work with but he took the time to give me an education in my home's plumbing that means the world to me. His expertise is tangible, he shows the kind of pride in his work and company that I've only seen in movies, and he did it all with that Minnesota Nice charm. I'm beyond excited to have this company as my go-to for all my home's plumbing needs, and I owe my neighbor dinner as thanks.

I had just finished up a kitchen remodel and I needed some plumbing work done. I was referred to BarrWeb because my son had used them for his remodel. I got a hold of John and we set up an appointment. John was on time and quickly went to work. He reconnected the dishwasher and hooked up my new sink. He was very professional and explained how he was going to do it. He was very rigorous in testing the sink and dishwasher for leaks. All in all, the best plumbing experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend this company and John.

John is incredibly personable and a fantastic professional. He took a look at other plumbing related projects in our home and provided recommendations and even fixed a few areas that we had not initially contacted him for the same day. We hired Barr Webb on the recommendation of a friend to assist with the plumbing elements of a bathroom remodel. They provided a fair estimate of the cost and executed the work without hesitation and with clear competence. This included trouble shooting a bathtub drain, fixing issues with a shower valve, and replacing / relocation drain and supply lines. The work was done well and quickly. We’ll not hesitate to call them again.

Why would anyone spend $129 dollars just to be told what a project "might" cost, especially when the site is literally less than 2 miles from this shop? I can just imagine what this place will charge for the actual work. Ridiculous.

Dr. Brown focuses on preventative medicine. Our family appreciates that, before prescribing pharmaceuticals, he works with the patient to find a healthful and natural solution to health issues. Nutrition and exercise are the avenues he prefers to recommend to help his patients take control of their health. He spends a great deal of time reading and educating his patients about the best health practices to avoid illness and disease. He is a careful listener and he provides specific answers that are successful. We highly recommend him.

I had an appointment with Steinkraus for them to install a gas line in the morning. The plumber never called nor showed up. I called early afternoon and was told I would be called back once they find out what's going on. Never recieved a return call. Was told when I called them back again that evening that they might be able to do the job in a week. I took an entire day off of work to get the work done which was scheduled well before hand.

My plumber was awesome! He was on time to replace my bathroom fixtures. He had the items shipped from Pipeline Supply directly to the house the prior day so he started work and was done in no time flat. They have been in the business for years with a solid customer satisfaction rating outside of this Google rating service. They were recommended to me by another happy customer.

I own a small business. We provided Steinkraus with a water meter for a job they were working on. They never paid us for it. We called repeatedly and they said they would pay. Then they said they were done with the job and it was too late for them to pay us. Then, after 2 years they said the meter was too expensive. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Been in business for 8 years and this is the only time a customer hasn't paid. I wouldn't do business with them if I were you. Lots of other plumbers around.
