I have been a patient of CHA for many years, I see Courtney Queen, and she is incredible. every one is always pleasant, and I have never experienced any of the issues some of the other reviewers reported. I see Courtney Queen, and I can not imagine seeing any one else, she is super friendly, helpful and caring. she is an incredible person.

I find the staff at Cary Healthcare Associates welcoming and helpful. The NP, Candace Chitsaz, takes the appropriate amount of time to hear my reason for my visit and is helpful and knowledgeable (in my opinion). I recommend this office for health care.

I've been a patient at Cary Healthcare for over 10 years. Dr. Hamad, MD and Courtney Queen, FNP take care of me and my family. Very professional and attentive staff to all our needs. A year ago I was seeing a chiropractor for some lower back pain. After months of therapy it wasn't getting any better. I decided to make an appointment and see Courtney Queen. After a few minutes of describing my symptoms a MRI was ordered on a late Friday afternoon. Saturday I received the results that I needed to see a back surgeon. Monday I find out I needed surgery! After waking up from that, my numbness and pain was gone! I can't thank Courtney enough. I would be still wasting money in therapy that was only masking the pain. A year later I'm back in the gym and feeling great! Thank you Cary Health Care Associates.

Dr. Hamad at Cary Healthcare Associates has been our primary care physician for the past 13 years. My wife and have been impressed with his medical knowledge and professional manner and personality. We have occasionally seen some of the other providers in this office and they also have been very professional and knowledgeable. His entire staff is always very friendly and helpful and his CNA's do a great job going over our records before we see our provider. From the front desk to the checkout, their staff is fantastic. Everyone seems happy working in this office which shows. Sometimes Dr. Hamad has a medical student from Duke with him which shows what a great provider and teacher he is. My wife and I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a physician or provider that is knowledgeable and cares for their patients. They also have a lab in their office which is very convenient. We give them 5 stars!

Having been a patient with Cary Healthcare for twelve years, I feel qualified to express my personal evaluation of their professionalism, their profoundly high standards of care and treatment, as well as their interest in the individual’s personality and background.

In that time, I have come to know and rely on specific healthcare providers. They have exemplified vast knowledge of their field, constantly providing information on new research, new treatments, health programs, and effective medicines, available to combat illness.

My providers that I have personal knowledge of and experience with are Courtney Queen, FNP, Candace Chitsaz,FNP, Lauren Britt, PA-C, nurse assistants Shannon and Amanda, all highly trained professionals that I trust completely with my healthcare. I have never been disappointed once in these many years!

I would like to give a shout-out to the best Phlebotomist, Noel, who works at Cary Health. He makes taking vials of blood easy and painless. It really takes talent to spot a vein and be successful the very first time.

The friendliness of the reception desk, especially Meredith and Tammy go unchallenged!

Finally, I must mention, also, the truly excellent process this family practice has established in dealing with Covid vaccines so that their patients would not have to expose themselves to others or wait inside for lengthy periods of time to receive their vaccines.

Their drive through clinic in the back, as well as the front parking lot, set up by another great staff member, Katie, made getting vaccinated easy, privately in your car, conveniently, preventing any unnecessary exposure to illness of others!

In my humble opinion, this is the family practice, par excellence, in the Cary-Raleigh area. I have no doubt when I highly recommend family, friends, or neighbors to entrust this practice with their own healthcare! My husband is also a long-standing patient of the practice and agrees with my review!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Schmidt since 2008. I felt a bond from the second she walked into the room eleven years ago. Dr. Schmidt is extremely professional, knowledgeable and caring. She listens to your issue(s) and exhibits genuine compassion and concern. I find her to be warm, gentle and personable and feel so blessed to have her as my primary care physician. The staff at CHA is wonderful. I have seen Renee, a physician’s assistant, in Dr. Schmidt’s absence, who is great, too. While being sick is never fun, I know that I am being well taken care of by Dr. Schmidt and the staff at Cary Healthcare.

This is an amazing doctors' office, staffed by incredible people. From the first greeting to the last transaction for billing and new appointments, everyone is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They make you feel as though you are their only patient. Their range of expertise is awesome and almost anything you need can be addressed right there. I am so grateful I found them! I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Courtney Queen is the PCP for my family and me. She is the most thorough provider I see. Courtney studies conditions and treatments, then shares her recommendations. Courtney and I take a team approach to my healthcare. She takes time to assess how well I am doing with my regimen. Courtney makes necessary adjustments to my meds based on lab results and my response to treatment. Together, we make sound decisions. Even though I am now 50 minutes from Cary Healthcare Associates, I am staying with the practice to continue seeing Courtney Queen.

Cary Healthcare Associates has been my PCP since I moved here about 6 years ago. I have always had an amazing experience with them. They are extremely helpful and responsive. They take time to listen to their patients and are invested in their patients’ healthcare needs. Recently I needed parts of my file faxed to a specialist. Every time I called, the nurses were friendly, helpful and speedy! They made the process super easy. I am extremely grateful!

This is the first time I have given a review!! I switched to Cary Heathcare Associates last year because after 8 years with my previous doctor, each visit felt like an initial consultation. She could never recall my medical history and her staff was rude and unprofessional. What a great move this has been for me. Danielle and Candice are wonderful, and they both appear to truly care about you as their patient. The entire office staff is always pleasant and helpful, there has never been waiting in a crowded waiting room and they are open on Saturdays! I am so happy I made the switch. I just love my new doctor's office!!!

I saw Courtney Queen today and I honestly am so happy to have found her. She came as a referral from a friend and she is everything she described her as and more. If you need to find a new primary don’t hesitate. Book the appointment. The office space is very nice and all the staff were very kind and easy to talk with. Highly recommend. Gold star!

I experienced same day professional service for a reasonable price.

Fast service, good work, fair price. Ive used them 3 times now, all 3 times have been a good experience.

This place also goes by the name "Ken's Sewer Services."
Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

Why go to Home Depot when you can get better quality parts with professional advice at Park Supply?

It was awful I took the price down there to make sure it was the right one it wasn't had to go back and they wanted to charge me double for the right part they told me they don't make them I traveled 24 miles one way twice no I didn't buy it don't go to that place I don't think they have the right people working there.
