Hello Google family, I would like to tell everyone about my experience with Park Supply of America. I ordered 2 Boiler Zone Valves on February 27, 2026 order#694-234396534, I paid for expedited shipping 2 days. Well, let me tell you. Today is March 3, 2026 and I still haven't received the parts. I contacted there customer service department. They were very rude and told me to just wait, I said I paid for expedited shipping and the tracking number states Park Supply of America still hasn't delivered the part to the shipping agency. Because of the customer service representative rude behavior. I decided to just cancel the order. Well, the customer service representative refused to refund my money. I would suggest to not buy anything from this parts dealer, they are dishonest about what is in stock and when you actually will get the part. Google Family please be careful making purchases from this company. I usually do not write reviews, but I have to inform everyone of the type of service this company provides. So now, I have to contact my financial institution because the customer service department is refusing to cancel my order and refund my money. This is just too much to deal with, when you are already attempting to order a part because an appliance has broken, then to add this headache with Park Supply of America. Buyer beware.

The entire team was top notch! They were quick to respond, gave an excellent solution for our sewer line issues, were respectful of our time, and were very efficient. They made a stressful situation easy to navigate through thanks to their expertise and work ethic. Highly recommend!

4 days ago, Minneapolis & Suburban Sewer & Water inspected and cleaned the main sewer line of our 66-year old duplex as a preventative measure. Ron inspected it first to identify any potential problem areas and his crew cleaned the problem spot. They were very careful not to drop or spill anything on the newly installed carpet. In June 2020, Minneapolis & Suburban Sewer & Water replaced our old broken waterline with a new one, which involved breaking hole in basement floor and excavating the front yard, and they did a superb job with it! They are locally based and they have my highest recommendation for their quality work and fair pricing.

The most professional, honest, and straightforward contractors I have ever dealt with. On time, amazing to work with, stuck to quote, and guided us through every step. Amazing.

Minneapolis & Suburban helped repair our main line with a new liner; the price was super reasonable and they were great to work with. Very kind, professional, and communicative, we would absolutely recommend and work with them again!

Called on a Sunday Got a callback in 15 minutes. The gentleman took 12 minutes to walk me through my problem, gave me a phone number to call the city. Saved me hundreds of dollars. Amazing customer service

Fixed a leak caused by the tub in quick order and for a reasonable price. Called them on Sunday and they were there 9am Monday morning getting to work.

If you are looking for a down-to-earth team of guys who are able to clear a multitude of sewer/drain issues in a highly professional, fairly priced and in an above-and-beyond manner that “rocks on”, your search is over.

After experiencing two sewer line collapses, a slow drain, and an uncooperative neighbor ( Unfortunately we share a joint sewer line.) These guys left me (a single woman with No construction skills) with only the greatest sigh of relief and a huge “Thank you” for responding to my call.

Somehow this team of guys can make digging by hand a seemingly bottomless hole with lots and lots of shale rock look easy.

Thought it was Not possible to see “construction guys” use a very high level of respect that is very rarely practiced. (ok...they hand delivered a single document in the middle of lots of craziness :)!)

The MSSW guys have simply shown me that there is another way through a very turbulent storm.

For this I remain.... very simply...eternally grateful to have a massive sewer line breakdown. Because without it, I would have missed a most honorable, once in a lifetime event to meet these very simple, down-to-earth guys that “rock” above-and-beyond.

I've worked with MPLS & Suburban Sewer twice - one straight forward job, one very complicated job. These guys work quick, are super nice, thorough, and informative. Also, they were the lowest bid among 3-4 places I checked with for the big job. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

We had a perma-liner installed by Minneapolis & Suburban Sewer & Water in 2016 after a sewer backup, and had them back this week to deal with a floor drain issue. They are friendly, professional, on-time, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
