These guys did such a good job! They were quick with the work, courteous, and made it a point to share their expertise during the whole process. The pricing was very competitive. One aspect of the job was demo-ing part of a stone retaining wall and then reconstructing it, and it looks near perfect after completion of the job. I 100% recommend Minneapolis & Suburban Sewer and Water - they were great, and we are very pleased with their work.

Mike, Kevin, and Ron delivered same-day service to clean out some roots from a backed up sewer line. They were quick, courteous, and the their service was excellent. I highly recommend.

I reached out to Mpls. & Suburban Sewer & Water to see if someone could review a buyer’s sewer scope report and possibly provide a repair estimate. Even though they don’t service the area where the home is located, Ron personally called me and offered to review the report and share his professional opinion.

He spent a significant amount of time reviewing the scope and researching the home’s location-on New Year’s Day! He then called me back the following morning with detailed, honest feedback, without asking for anything in return. Truly one of the nicest and most trustworthy professionals I’ve worked with. Highly recommend!

Joe has helped me twice now. In each case, he’s solved pretty serious issues within one day and in a fair price range. I’d call him with any plumbing issue that comes up in the future.

Joe was fantastic! He knew what the problem was as I told him the scenario over the phone, proving his expertise. He ended up having to do a lot more than originally thought. He was here for two days and he left us a new pipe with access, so this scenario doesn't happen again, and the roots cleaned out of the pipe out to the street. He was very professional and helpful. I was glad he was able to make it out the same day and the following day to finish the work.

On 4/24/15 - I contacted JMJ sewer for a blockage in my Roseville home sewer line and was very pleased with their courteous and professional care to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Joe and John made numerous attempts to clear the blockage before ultimately having to dig the sewer line up. Before excavating Joe worked nonstop with the city and utility companies to map out the path of the sewer line. JMJ sewer made sure to accurately trace the sewer line path and the location of the blockage before safely digging to correct the issue. Once the blockage was removed, they performed numerous clean outs to ensure my line was clear of any obstructions. The overall cost was very reasonable for the amount of time and work they had to perform to correct the issue. Their professionalism and attention to details made for a pleasant experience. I would not hesitate to recommend JMJ sewer to anyone looking for an honest and caring company at a reasonable price, they were awesome!

They were very responsive and fast response time. It was easy to set up a time for them to come unclog my drains. Once they arrived, it was a very professional service, they were clean and nice and very friendly. JMJ did an amazing and fast job in finding and unclogging the drain. I had Joe come out last night after getting a quote from One Hour Rooter saying they had to line the whole main sewer pipe for $8500. After Joe inspected it with the camera, it showed that roots were close to the street. He then called the city for me to find out if they plan on doing sewer work when they put in my curbs. He saved me thousands of dollars and is helps the home owners and not a scammer. I truly appreciate what he did and will highly recommend him to anyone. I say forget the corporate companies and support people like Joe and his company. Thank you so much Joe.

Worked with Joe on a rather large plumbing project at my home. He was very knowledgeable and informative through the whole process. He was very accommodating of our work schedules and even came out on a holiday to ensure that we had our water back on that same day! Deffinetly recommend JMJ Sewer for any plumbing project. Also feel that the cost for the project was completely appropriate and lower than we had thought it might be!

I highly recommend Cichy's. Our sewer line needed to be completely replaced. Both Jessica in the office and Mark on site were professional, informed and helpful. They made a stressful situation easier to handle. They did a great job of coordinating among the municipality and the various contractors.
The Cichy's crew on the ground was friendly and respectful and they too did a great job. The yard and gardens were restored as well as could be expected after such a major project.

Spectacular service, very quickly scheduled and even more quickly done! They came out to do a significant replacement of my sewer line (24 feet of pipe ended up being needed) from within feet of my house and inches of my front stoop. They did a solid job of retaining the lawn as much as could be expected given the scope of the project, but even more importantly avoided cutting or damaging the stamped concrete pathway/stoop that wound around the area they needed to work on. They were very respectful of my neighbor's property line close to the work area. They accomplished this all within 8-5 business hours in a single day. They scheduled me for 04May after providing an estimate on 19Apr (very short turnaround in the middle of what I understand to be their busy season). Mark and Jess were very helpful along the way, and the crew was very friendly and professional. I'm extremely pleased with my service, and would recommend Cichy's to anyone who might need any of the services they provide. This was a major expense for me, and I'm thrilled to have faith in the service that I've received. Thank you Cichy's!!

Cichy was great to work with. Their estimate from images matched the work that was needed. They also came out free of charge a couple days before the sewer line repair when our plumbing backed up and I didn’t know if it was the sewer issue or just a blockage in the house. Super great, highly recommend. Hopefully I don’t need there services again for many years.

They did a great job, efficient, respectful of the space and cleaned up. They put the plants and garden back better than I expected.

I called Cichy's to ask about an estimate for a project we were told needed to be done after having our sewer scoped as a result of a home inspection request. Jessica in the office looked at the video with me, and was very patient in explaining what she was seeing and the work that needed to be done given the information I gave her. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. We scheduled Cichy's to do our job.

When the start date arrived Mark showed up on time and did a very thorough inspection of the issue, he determined that due to the placement of lines and city equipment, coupled with us never experiencing any issues, that replacement would not gain us anything in preventing possible future issues. If I would have had them come out and assess the situation prior to scheduling I'm sure I would have saved them time and energy.

I appreciate the detailed exploration of the work and the professional and honest opinion. Mark could have done the work and taken our money with us knowing nothing about how all of this works, but Cichy's staff was honest and showed the highest amount of integrity. I appreciate that very much, and they will be the first ones I call if I need sewer work in the future. Thank you for being a stand-up company Cichy's!!!

I had an excellent experience working with Cichy's - Jessica was wonderful at explaining everything involved in my sewer repair and answering my many questions. Tim, Mark and their crew were courteous, professional and efficient in working on my repair. I decided to go with Cichy's over other companies I also received bids for based on their recommendations on Nextdoor. I truly appreciate it when companies are both good at the physical work they do, but also take the time to explain everything and be available for anything that comes up. I hope I never need another sewer repair, but I would use Cichy's again for sure.
