Just remember, their customers are earning a living doing plumbing so please respect their professional and elevated level of expertise. That means you probably won't understand too many of the conversations going on.

Park Supply is a lifesaver. They provide a unique service and often are filling strange request for 100-year-old plumbing parts. Because of this, there can occasionally be a bit of a wait as they help people figure out their problems. Only one time was the wait overly long, and after realizing how long I’d been there they gave me a discount on my parts without me even asking!
From helping me fix ancient showers for my friends, to getting me an almost out of stock and hard to find part for a new furnace, Park Supply seems to come through every time. -
I had an oddball connector and it took them a few minutes to figure out how to make it work, but they succeeded. Their attention to detail, coupled with respect, and their knowledge makes Park Supply my go to plumbing supply in the future. Highly recommend.

I was looking for replacement parts for an old tub faucet. Was referred to this place by another local plumbing supply store. The gentleman behind the counter new exactly what kind of old faucet I had as soon as he saw the stem. Produced a replacement in a matter of minutes, I left I with exactly what I needed even though I didn't know what kind of faucet I had to begin with. Now I know where to go in fifty years when the faucet fails again.

Very rude staff, refused to help and hung up. Avoid.

They never have what is needed in stocks. Waste of time.

I was buying a piece for my shower and when I frist bought the piece it was 35 then I went 4 days later and the price was 55 it was not the price it was the employee that would not communicate with me clearly frist he said the price changed then he said that it was an error in the computer so I did not buy it and then when I went to my car to grab the receipt and I went back and I showed the employee the receipt on when I bought it he had all this attitude for no reason I was completely kind and I did not show any rudeness or I did not complain about anything. I just said this is the receipt that I bought the piece four days ago and he looked at the price and he said OK. What do you want me to do he was bringing up all this attitude with me for no reason and getting mad with me and I completely did nothing to him the customer service and over all the other employees had attitude when I enter the building

I've received friendly, professional service every time I've visited Park Supply for plumbing parts. There was once that I brought in a gas stove part to replace which was not in Park's product offering and the man that helped me directed me to another local vendor that carried it so I could finish my project that afternoon.
This business consistently delivers what I need with their professional and knowledgeable staff. -
I like the new store, easier to get to. Parking is a little rough still but the customer service and the help outweighs that. I do a really good job of keeping things in order and handling the customers in an orderly fashion. I was in and out pretty quick for the will call.

I was unsuccessful finding what I needed online until I found the website for Park Supply. I called and spoke to a sales person to make sure I was ordering what I needed as the notice was posted that once the purchase was made there were no returns. The sales person walked me through what options there were and what I needed to do and made sure I had all the information necessary to make a well-informed purchase. I am so thoroughly pleased and happy with the service I received. My item arrived in a timely manner and was exactly what I needed. I will not hesitate to contact Park Supply again for future needs. I highly recommend Park Supply. They go above and beyond to meet their customers needs.

They had commercial faucet valves that two others didn't have.

Beware - an employee refused to take a merchandise return from earlier in the same month even with a receipt claiming "they don't sell them" because the other ones in stock had a different handle. I can't control their resupply orders but they could at least honor their return policy.
The rest of the staff were helpful and lovely. Too bad. -
I called looking for a source of 1-1/4" PEX A and associated fittings that would be special order. Was told that since I do not have an account, they are unable to provide pricing without a commitment to purchase. I offered to email the parts list and was told they could not do that. This sure goes against what they say on their website about "No matter how big or small an order is, our knowledgeable staff are always willing to help find the right parts and provide appropriate guidance to customers."
The attitude and arrogance I received over the phone was quite surprising. -
They just told me no when asking about a part needed without any advice or help with fixing my plumbing issue(finding a tee piece for my bathroom sink vent pipe). I was hopeful since I had heard great things about park plumbing from someone who would go there years ago, things must have changed. There was a helpful customer waiting in line with me at least. Take your business elsewhere, anywhere else would be more helpful.

Yesterday, I went to Park Plumbing to make a plumbing purchase and asked for my trusted sales Associate/friend who has helped me over the years. The front desk Supervisor, who appears Nigerian, asked what I needed and informed me he was not working. However, moments later, the Associate emerged from the back room and prepared me a complete list of needed plumbing parts for my project, which I later purchased after checking my inventory. Unlike other less experienced salesmen, the Associate has never steered me wrong.
Today, I returned to make yet another purchase and seek advice from the sales Associate. Another salesman offered to assist me, but the Supervisor rebuffed him and told me that I would have to leave and come back after hours. He added that the Associate "works for Park" and not me. As a retired homeowner, I was offended and showed him my purchase from the previous day and assured him I was there to make another purchase and seek installment advice; not engage in idle chitchat. The Supervisor offered no apology and walked into the back room before returning to the Will-Call Desk. I waited for a few minutes, but the Associate never appeared so I left.
After decades of shopping at Park Supply, I will take my business elsewhere. Home owners should think twice about seeking advice to install their parts. Least you get kicked out! -
Even if you don't know, they will. Great customer service and very knowledgeable salesmen.

Ordered 4 outdoor hose bib wall assemblies. Poorly packaged. Paper bag arrived empty via USPS. Contacted Park to help resolve. Net result after a half dozen phone calls back and forth with Charlie in the ordering department, they wanted me to go to the UPS store and send them a prepaid box for them to ship the order to me again. I offered to pay for UPS shipping with a credit card over the phone but they couldn't handle that. I live nowhere near a UPS store, so that is not a good option. I asked to just do a refund. They said they couldn't do that either. They told me sorry, nothing they can do. Go file a claim with the USPS. Not helpful at all.

This company sells faulty products. Parts that should last 5 to 10 years, only last 2 years before breaking. When I called the company, to enquire about a warranty, they were completely dismissive and belligerent. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. If I could give this company a negative rating, I would. However one star is the lowest. Buyer beware when dealing with this company!! I've never encountered a business that cares less about customer service.

After going to, Menards, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, Lowe's with no luck we were fortunate enough to be recommended to come here. It was busy! I had number 44 and when I arrived they were on 35, I icky had to wait 5 minutes, plenty of staff. What was awesome is they found the part in seconds! They had it in Stock and knew exactly what I needed! Friendly, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Great experience!

Angel is the best customer service representative. He is very knowledgeable about plumbing parts. He ensures the customer is always content with the purchase. If he does not stock the specific part, he The prices are reasonable. The products are durable. I will continue to shop at this store.

I've never left a review before but felt compelled to do so in this instance to share my experience. Transparency is important to me so I want to make sure future buyers know what they're getting into when they order from this business. Quick background, tried to order a product I needed but was forced to order additional items due to a "minimum order amount". Okay, no big deal. I Went and found another item that I didn't need, but could use if I had it to get above the minimum order amount. Received half the order 3 weeks ago with a notice with the order that the item I didn't need was on "back order". Again, no big deal since I didn't need it right away. Fast forward 3 weeks and my credit card gets billed for the second item that I had to get to meet the minimum order amount was on backorder - inclusive of the shipping costs. Called to try and understand why I was being billed shipping for an item that wasn't originally listed on the website as a back ordered item since I wouldn't have purchased it if I had known it was back ordered. The guy I talked to was surprisingly condescending and dismissive (which feels like a terrible way to operate a business). His response was that shipping is an estimate and implied that it was my fault for not assuming that the shipping costs could double when I made the initial order. He then let me know again that it was my fault for not cancelling the back ordered item when I received the first half of the shipment. The apparent lack of ownership from this business made it clear that their customers are just a commodity. If you're going to make an order, I'd recommend keeping two things in mind. First, the shipping is an "estimate" so the quoted price doesn't mean that's the actual final price you're going to pay. Two, if you do end up in a back order scenario, YOU are the one expected to do all the extra work. The business will take not accountability for notifying you that you can proactively cancel your order.
