Poor customer service, I had to call 5 times and email 4 times to get a response back and then was treated poorly when asking for information and being given information. I chalk it up to me not being a plumber and a man is why I was treated so poorly.

Staff is very friendly, very knowledgeable, they have good sense of humor. And if you cannot find a part ask angel hes the man.

They had the part I needed, but the price was absurd (ten times higher than a competitor). The customer service was nonexistent. I have taken my business elsewhere.

I've been to a lot of plumbing, hardware, etc supply places the last few years, the people at Park Supply are fantastic. Had a water valve stem on a bathtub that nobody here in the metro area had. Park Supply had it.

They have everything you need and are very knowledgeable but the checkout process is extremely long and painful even when you're the only person there. That alone has sent me to Gopher even though Park is only a short distance to my house.

Ordered some parts online, but received the wrong parts. Customer service was nonexistent, so now I'm stuck with them. It sounds like they may be better in person, but I won't be ordering from them again.

I used the 'Text a pro' to send pics in on a shower knob that I couldn't find at my local hardware store. Jason told me exactly what I needed and sent me links to the parts! Very happy with them!

Anthony Layon saved me money, a lot of time, and un-needed work. I had an old leek shower faucet and the cartridge was old and hard to identify. I searched parts and images for hours and thought I had to break out a custom shower wall to replace the whole valve assembly. I sent him a pic of the valve and some dimensions and he was able to get it properly identified. I purchased two and installed in about ten minutes. I was a but skeptical, but it worked. Thx a bunch Anthony and Park Supply should be proud to have an employee like him.

Outstanding customer service and knowledge of their products. Worth every minute of the extra drive time to get there, I don't even bother going to the big box stores for plumbing needs. Need something but not sure what it is? Park Supply has the answer.
