I would recommend Lauren Britt or Courtney Queen to anyone. I've met with them and felt very comfortable during my appointments.

I started going to see this provider since August 2015, and I could say this is the most satisfied practice that I ever been in. Dr. Hamad was well knowledgeable and passionate, nice facility and well trained staff, and most important waiting time is at minimum. I recommend this provider.

Always feel comfortable and confident I will be taken seriously. Candace is amazing and competent. The entire staff if friendly and efficient. Scheduling is a breeze. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my medical needs!

Just wanted to drop a note to say THANK YOU to Courtney Queen and team for doing what you do to keep all of us healthy and safe. I can't imagine how stressful these times are for you - know that you are appreciated. Without our doctors, PAs, nurses, tech, and all healthcare staff, we'd be helpless. Please stay safe!!!

Schmidt and company.
Everytime we are made to feel like the most important person of the day . In this day of very hands off medicine it is a pleasure and a treasure to come here.

My Husband and I are going to CHA for last five years, over the years I really did not care for fake smiles of the office stuff, until this Billing issue came up in 03/2019. CHA billing service Euclid Billing Rita was extremely extremely extremely rude and she hung up the phone on me. CHA's office manager Tammy was not much help either, she basically spoke on Rita's behave and instead of, solving the situation Tammy sent an office visit bill from Jan, 2018 both for me and for my husband...

Office Managers suppose to handle situation wisely, but sadly Tammy did not handled it wisely, instead she caused more frustration for me, I've spent over an hour with my insurance regarding the unnecessary billing issue Tammy created and for that reason my husband and I will be leaving the office for good...
I totally regret even talking to Tammy, and going to see Dr Jennifer schmidt...
I hope Dr Hamad knows what's really happening in his practice.
Beware of extremely rude Rita (Euclid Billing service) and for whole office for that matter.

About a year 1/2 ago, I presented with a PA a gynecoligal problem. she dud an exam and an abnormal pap and assured ne we could wait months. I felt it was not right and sought a second opinion. She ordered tests and I had stage 2B ovarian cancer. Had I waited 6 months, it could have been stage 3 or even 4. Sorry, but you people almost cost me my life.

STAY AWAY!!! BEWARE!! ..This practice does not care for you and only wants your money. If you run out of your meds and call in for a refill when needed?? FORGET IT.. It can take days .. If the dr you see is not there but a few days per week? You must wait until that dr returns. I had a relative suffer for a weekend and then called in on A Monday and the office still refused to help .. I myself left this office because it has GONE way down hill and they don’t remember what you spoke about at the last appointment. I have also been sent a letter stating they refuse to see me because I spoke out. 😡.. Find another and do yourself a favor.

Please stay away from this company. It’s not a real plumber. They ask for payment in advance and take your credit card info then no one shows. They’re using the old google page of a different business to retain the good reviews from that business to attract people. It’s just unbelievable that this is allowed. Thankfully my credit card company was able to reverse payment.

I should have gotten the new girls name and I totally forgot to ask BUT she is the reason I’m leaving this review. SWEETEST girl EVER and I’m so happy they hired her. Please keep her forever BC she has GREAT customer service and I LOVE nice people. I have been going here for years, I already really liked this doctors office, and they already deserve 5 stars but BC of her I’d give this place 5 more stars! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was going to Butner Creedmoor Family Care for years. I had been having trouble with my jaw and could hardly chew. I had been seen for months and all I got was medication for allergies. I was sick of the way I was being treated. I would sit in the room and in less than three minutes, I was out the door with nothing. A friend to me to make an appointment with Courtney Queen. I sat with her and talked about my issue. Not only did she assure me she would get to the bottom of my issues, she had me scheduled to receive an MRI and an appointment with a world renowned surgeon at UNC. My jaw is not where I want it to be, but I am eating better than I was. Thanks to Dr. Queen for believing in me and "listening" to my problems. My quality of life is better.

This is my first time giving a review but I feel strongly about this. I had an appt. yesterday and was turned away b/c I didn't have my insurance card. We just got new insurance so cards forthcoming. My wife had no problem last week with her doctor as they were able to look it up. Treated very rudely, still mad about it, and will never go there again!

I have received excellent care from Kara, Blakely and Courtney, especially over the past few months. They have been very patient to answer my questions and concerns. Also, the office staff and nurses have been awesome! Thank you to all!

I've been going to this practice for years. Courtney Queen is my doctor and she is awesome! She spends time with you and makes you feel empowered with your healthcare. I would highly recommend this practice to everyone!

Dr Hamad, Danielle Almond and his staff are wonderful. They were able to schedule an appointment for me to be seen in a timely manner. I have never waited in their waiting room longer than 10 minutes. I feel they value me and my time. They were even able to send me right around the corner to Wake Radiology to get xrays with no wait! Thank you!

The only person who I would speak positively about here would be the lady who usually sits at the front desk. She's always positive, helpful, and I have nothing but good things to say about her. As for everyone else, none of them seem to care about their patients. A lot of the nurses, PA's or doctor's always do a lot of gossiping while you're waiting for 30 mins or more after your scheduled time. They don't remember anything from the previous visit and don't seem to know much about their job either. None of them seem to truly listen to what you're saying and eventually prescribe you medication that sets you back even further or cause some other kind of problem. They've been very rude on multiple occasions as well for no apparent reason.

If you're struggling with any mental health issues, please find some place else. Just speaking from experience, I received much better care and compassion from the psychiatrist I switched to after I left this place. Cary Healthcare Associates seems to know VERY little about mental healthcare and what appropriate actions to take that has the patients best interest. Just look at their ratings currently. That alone should deter people away from this doctor's office, but hopefully this draws a clearer picture. I'm just thankful to be away from this place and I don't want to see others get sucked into the same situation that I got into.

Cary Healthcare associates is your one stop shop from primary care to skincare & homeopathic medicine. Everyone is always very kind, professional & knowledgeable. I've seen Candace the Nurse practitioner & Dr. Jennifer Schmidt they are both excellent and very caring practitioners. I have also seen Tina the RN for facials ahhhmazing!!!! She also does Eyelashes, eyebrows & Laser skin tightening for face & neck & anywhere else...Tina also does laser hair removal & no it didn't hurt at all!! & prices are awesome!! Tina goes above & beyond for her clients. I cannot say enough good things about Cary Healthcare Oh & the front desk ladies are so nice especially Lauren she's on it! & not to mention I never wait long to be seen!!

I've been so blessed to have been a patient of Dr. Schmidt for over 10 years. I wish I could give her and the entire staff a rating of 10 plus because they deserve
it. The care that she gave to my mother over the years was professional as well as loving and sincere. Dr. Schmidt and her staff demonstrates outstanding knowledge, wisdom and care each and every time I have been to see them.

I used to be a patient here and my husband still is. While he loves Dr Hamad I do not love the staff that work there. I left because staff there were rude to me, would not schedule appointments in a timely manner and treated me like I was just a source of income.
Each time I need to call for my husband I have difficulty getting through to medical personnel. When they call me back they are often rude and condescending often siting "patient confidentiality" despite the fact that my husband has authorized me to contact them. The PA I spoke with today was rude and refused to look at my husband's record to see if he needed a physical. Additionally, she insisted that she was correct about a issue with our insurance.
Again, this is a continuing problem with this practice. I hope this makes the Doctor aware of the issue as I am sure many people simply leave rather than have to deal with the uncaring and hostile staff. Health care is often a group effort in families and this constant insistence on shirking responsibility and hiding behind unfounded privacy concerns makes this a practice I would not use.

Was not please with seeing Dr. Schmidt. Everyone else there are great. I was squeeze into an appt. To see Dr. Schmidt for pain in mouth and throat having several ulcers which I told her I had spots in mouth but she said she didn't see anything. So next day I went to see dentist because pain got worse and the dentist found that I have 7 ulcers and beginning stages of thrush. Dentist was surprise Dr. Schmidt didn't see this in my condition. Dr. Schmidt put on a fake smile and you can definitely tell she didn't care about you. I will never see her again what a waste. I was also told by another patient Dr. Schmidt left to start her own practice in the past but didn't make it and had to come back to Cary Healthcare. Trust me, you don't want to waste your time and money with her.

I have been with Dr. Schmidt for many years now as well as the VA. I am over sixty years old so I have seen a lot as far as health care from Doctors to staffing. The care and professionalism of everyone I have had contact with at this place has been outstanding. As I have stated, I have had many experiences to compare over the years. So don't be confused, listen, learn and be blessed.
