Cichy's replaced the water line to my house and repaired two sections of the sewer line. They were very communicative, kept me up to date with the project progress. The crew was very friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. They were very clean as well while working in my house. I was only without water for less than an hour and sewer for about 2 hours. The work was conducted in the February cold! Cichy's will be back in the spring to restore my front lawn. Great job guys!

We had a wonderful experience working with Cichy's to repair an issue we had in our sewer. They were extremely professional throughout the experience, always keeping us informed of exactly what they planned to do and what to expect. We received prompt replies every time we had questions before the excavation happened. Jess even worked directly with our insurance agent in order to ensure we were covered by the repair that needed to take place.

Cichy had done good work for us before. They efficiently dug a hole in a landscaped area but took the time to help us move plants. Work was done when they said it would be (2 days), they installed a CIPP lining, let us observe, and did it right (according to my research). All 3 guys were knowledgeable, pleasant & courteous. They helped put things back together as much as they could but hey, they aren't a landscape company and I didn't hire them for that.
They once again did the work well, on time and at a good price. What more do you expect?!

Cichy’s did an excellent job fixing one leak that turned into two in difficult conditions. They did a really good job of cleaning up after the job and were reasonable in their pricing. They also minimized the destruction in our yard which was an important aspect. When additional issues came up, they didn’t hold our feet to the fire even though they probably could have. I contacted Cichy's for a quote on a sewer repair and cleaning for a home we are soon to be closing on. Even though we were out of their service area, Mark still reviewed the inspection video and even drew a picture of what he saw so I could better understand. He contacted me and talked to me like a real person, didn't make me feel like I was asking any stupid questions. I told him about a quote I got from another company, and his knowledge and expertise saved us tens of thousands of dollars that wouldn't have been necessary. These guys are great! Well organized, highly, highly experienced and knowledgeable. Personable, professional, and tidy. They put in our new waterline to the street some years ago, scoped our sewer line, and more recently put in a new and improved sewer access and did a very neat job patching the concrete basement floor. Long-standing family business. You can’t go wrong with these guys because they know what they’re doing.

Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with any home repair. It’s obviously hard to find out you need your sewer line repaired, but if you want to pick an amazing company, this is it! If I had to do it over again, I would pick Cichy’s again. They explained everything thoroughly and made it as painless as possible. I love that there was no pressure & the price was reasonable. There is a reason why so many people recommended Cichy’s (even another company recommended them) — they are great at what they do & they are an honest, reasonably priced company. I know that I will never have to use this service again, but I will certainly recommend them to everyone who does. Thanks again!
