Their technician did a sewer line cleaning and that it’d be covered under their warranty, but when I called back 3 months later, they refused to cover it saying they only cover roots. Called out another company and they scoped it and found a bunch of roots. If Top Notch did it right the first time, there shouldn’t be roots already 3 months later. Highly recommend going with a different plumbing company if you are having issues. I also found their office person rude, and she hung up on me mid-sentence.

Far from Top Notch! Spent more time trying to up sell the camera service which leads to going over the hour and ringing up more charges. We know that it is a root issue every few years. We have lived here for more then 20 years. Had to call a different service a week later to clean it right!

Steve cleared a stoppage for us. Our plumbing stack is not ideally located and maybe some quirks in the plumbing of an older home with a later finished basement. He was knowledgeable and capable to work through it. He was solution oriented and solved the issue. It wasn’t a quick fix- but we are grateful for the service provided.

When I called to schedule, the woman who answered the phone was knowledgeable and friendly. She had the energy you need when you are worrying about a potential home issue/bill. we were able to get on the schedule for the next morning.The pricing was as advised when scheduling.

Who came to my house. Ross the owner. He fix what I needed to be fix, great guy.

My water heater went out (leaking on floor). I called Ross Plumbing at 12:30 on Tuesday. He stopped by Tuesday evening to look at the utility room. He returned at 12:30 on Wednesday with a new water heater. It was installed and operational by 2:30 (the old water heater was disconnected and removed on Tuesday). The new water heater is higher quality than the old water heater, and he brought the incoming and outgoing water pipes into current plumbing codes (they were missing some sort of "couplings"). We had hot water within an hour. I paid what I expected for a professional installation that was performed within 24 hours of my phone call. He was courteous and personable. I had used Ross Plumbing before, and I will use him again.

Ross was the rudest person I’ve ever came across he acted like he wasn’t paid to his job and left huge mess behind when I asked him to clean after himself he freaked out! From the time he entered the house to when he left he was rude I belief he is prejudice towards other ethnicities I live in expensive neighborhoods he probably didn’t expect us to live there and has something against minorities that are living good and work hard! I wouldn’t recommend him if you’re not white. his work is messy and overpriced.

I have used Ross for over 25 years. He has replaced water heaters, toilets, garbage disposal, faucets and everything in between. He is always on call and his response time is very impressive. He does great work. High quality. Great Value and always comes when needed. Highly recommend you use Ross

Elmir checked out my old malfunctioning water softener, gave me a bunch of clear options including repairs, and then I had them replace with a new one. Really fast scheduling, knowledgeable people. There were even able to fix a tub with unusual valves and make it better than it was originally. I’ll be using them again.

Extremely overpriced. Video is of bathtub p-trap leaking before it was fixed it cost me $850 to fix from Northern Plumbing. Plumbers touched few places on the pipes and decided to replace p-trap and bathtub drain, not much diagnosis. They came at 11 am and left at 1245pm. Out of which 30 mins was diagnosis and preparing a quote.
Pros-: was able to get on the schedule quick, flexible to bump up my appointment. That's why 2 stars
Con-: not much diagnosis performed, extremely overpriced (I used a different plumbing company in Apr2024 to put in a new tub and did all the plumbing that cost me $875)
Overall:- I felt like they used my urgency to fix leaking bathtub drain pipe and charged twice as much)

We’ve used Northern Plumbing for over 15 years. Called them this past Monday and they were out Tuesday. Elmir and Skip were wonderful at listening to what problems we were having, figuring out what was wrong, explaining it all, offering options, and getting it all fixed in the same day.

Elmir did an amazing job! Solved my issue and was a great communicator. I highly recommend to anyone with a plumbing issue.

We purchased a reverse osmosis water filtration system for our drinking water and ice maker from Northern Plumbing and Softening in 2015. They accepted our existing system as a trade-in. We are very big water drinkers so love having fresh tasting water right at our kitchen sink. We schedule Northern Plumbing and Softening to come out to sanitize the system and replace the filters as necessary every 12-18 months. All the personnel have been a pleasure to work with!
