Elmir and Skip installed a reverse osmosis system a couple of weeks ago. They were great! Elmir is so nice and took the time to answer my many questions. Everything is still working well and my water tastes so much better.

I have used Northern Plumbing before, so they are the first ones I call. As usual, my problem was fixed. Chris and Skip were great and even though the job required more than first anticipated, they got it done and with experience and knowledge. Professional, good communicators and all around "nice".

I am very pleased with the service from Northern plumbing. I thought I had a water softener leak and may need a new water softener. I called late in the day on Monday and Chris arrived promptly on Tuesday afternoon. Chris could have told me I needed a whole new softener. Instead, he figured out one of my toilets was constantly running. He also could've sold me a bunch of new parts for my toilet. Instead, he was able to remove the sediment and shorten the chain. He also checked my water and said it looked great. He saved me potentially THOUSANDS of dollars. I strongly recommend Northern Plumbing and will never use another plumber again!

Elmir and Skip replaced two valves and repaired a faucet. They were very up front with the pricing and were very professional and knowledgeable. They were careful and considerate to wear protective footwear while in our home. I would highly recommend them for plumbing work.

I had a leaky valve at the main water shutoff & they arrived much sooner than expected. Elmir quickly sized up the job & gave me an estimate. In about an hour, the work was completed, with a new section of pipe & shutoff valve. The work area was left clean & dry. Elmir is amazing & did a fantastic job. I have had Northern Plumbing here before & because of their honesty & quality workmanship, I will continue to make them my first call for plumbing issues. Thank you so much, you folks made my day!!

Thank you so much Skip and Chris! These plumbers showed up very quickly for us on a holiday weekend with a broken toilet. They were professional, tidy, and educated me about what was wrong, and what to look out for in the future. Also had already brought the right replacement parts for our Kohler in part due to the service call taker being so thorough. I could not have asked for a better experience in any way.

Spent time with us explaining how to operate and maintain our new system! This is the second time we have used them...and they did not disappoint!

Great service from the team! We had a leaky toilet and was impressed to hear someone could be by so quickly to help fix it. They were upfront with the quotes and pricing each step of the way when surprises were encountered. They worked quickly and were thorough in answering questions about available options. They did a great job and followed through on a smaller second project that wasn't able to be completed the first day. The receptionist, Jeannie, is very sweet and helped get us scheduled very quickly. I've already passed their info on to a few family members and will continue to recommend them.

For the second smaller job (new p-trap pipe), we had received a quote from another company a number of months ago, and this was more reasonably priced. We're happy with the results from this replacement.

Had a great experience having my garbage disposal replaced! The people at the office were helpful and they were able to give me an idea over the phone of the cost (which other places wouldn't to do without a trip charge first). They originally thought they could get out in a few days, but were able to get someone out the same day and we were good to go by mid afternoon! Elmir was polite and efficient. Highly recommend and glad to support a local business!

Professional service - they fixed my kitchen sink backup and identified a future high risk rusty galvanized drain pipe that had signs of corrosion at an elbow. Completed that too in one day.

I would highly recommend Northern Plumbing & Softening! Skip and Chris arrived right on time. They were both friendly, courteous and professional. They explained everything and answered all my questions. They let me know what it would cost for the work to be done which included replacing the garbage disposal, kitchen faucet and remove and reseal kitchen p-trap and tail pipe. They had a very fair and competitive price. They did an excellent job and checked for any leaks and cleaned up afterwards. They answered some other plumbing question I had and did an extra fix on a couple things at no extra charge.
