Excellent service by Jamison. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and respectful. He knew my history of service ahead of time and recommended follow-up treatment without the sales pressure. Had a great experience with having Roto Rooter out to my home this morning to clear a clogged floor drain. Our issue occurred in the evening, and they were able to get us scheduled for the next morning. Our technician Brian arrived promptly within our appointment window. Brian was very polite and straightforward about what was going on, as well as how to prevent it from happening again in the future. He quickly addressed the problem, wrote up an estimate, and got to work quickly and efficiently. He kept me in the loop through the process and cleaned up the area when he was finished. So grateful for Roto Rooter's help as new homeowners still navigating what it's like to own a home.

My sink was slow draining for two weeks and it really sucks. Brian was here doing all the work and it was a tough one. It takes him two hours to get it done. And he did a good job. And he is kindly lower the price on my budget. That is I appreciate a lot! I will recommend it to my friend to family and everyone. Really really good company and nice people.

My normal plumber guy was not available on the weekends, so I I reached out to Roto-Rooter Plumbing. The technician arrived promptly and explained the initial steps of process and what the expect. It was a weekend and my family was glad to have some available to take care of this toilet problem. The problem was solved efficiently and cost effectively. Great first experience. Very good customer service, start to finish, phone call through tech. Knowledgeable! Good job! Pleasant, courteous! I do want to add, it's pricey, but it was quick service and done well. Brian was very patient with our questions and concerns.

Brian and Jeff were prompt, courteous, and great at communication. They were quick to make it out to our home and provided transparent and fair pricing. We also appreciated the education they provided about common issues for clogs and what to avoid. They were also courteous of our home and made sure the space was clean before leaving. It was easy to tell they take pride in their work and wanted to make sure our issue was taken care of. They fixed our issue in under 2.5 hours from the initial call. 10/10 recommend.

Friday ,January 2 I had a major leak from the water heater. I called rotor rooter, and they sent out Andrew, he arrived quickly that night I was so grateful. He was very friendly and courteous explained everything to me answered all my questions.
Gave me a fair price on a new water heater. We set up an appointment for saturday and he arrived on time . Andrew was very professional, clear communication, quality work and a great price. I would 100% call them again.

I'm sure that the entire team is well trained in their profession but I had to share my recent experience on November 12, 2025 with
Andrew and Rachel. They provided an extremely important service for my family, ensuring we could enjoy our warm baths and showers again. They were professional, patient, and thorough. Andrew clearly explained the diagnostic process and pricing without any pressure. They did not make a mess at all they were very tidy and they did not leave any debris. I also appreciated the opportunity to use their promotion for $55 off with a food donation. The overall professionalism, the company's community involvement, and the fact that my 1-year-old was comfortable with them in our home made for a great experience. Andy from Roto-Rooter came out to repair a broken toilet. After examining it he determined it would be more cost efficient to install a new toilet. I agreed and he got to work. I have recently retired from being a facility manager for local banks. I have spent my entire career 30 plus years watching plumbers, electricians, architects. I’m a very good judge of how good someone is. I watched Andy the entire time he was installing the new fixture. I can say without a doubt or hyperbole that Andy is one of the finest technicians I have come across. Not only did he expedite the installation he was fantastic to talk with. I will call Roto-Rooter in the future and ask for Andy specifically. Thank you Andy. Great job!!!

Rotor router is absolutely the best company to get a clogged sewer line cleaned. they did an excellent job in every way possible. The picture is the roots that plugged up the drain to the street

The work done was so helpful! My parents have been dealing with backed up sewage for years. They came in immediately and did the work. Truly looks professional.. Brandon ; Scott; and Andrew were very friendly and they kept us informed

Brian arrived sooner than estimated and was a cool experienced easygoing guy. He easily answered my sophisticated plumbing-enthusiast questions with an obvious knowledge. He also fixed the issue under my basement floor and then took a peek at the main line for a reasonable additional cost. First time user of this company, pretty satisfied with the result for my 100+ year old South Minneapolis home. I will ask for Brian if there is a next time.

RR could use help with their website and app, but if Andrew is any indication, their plumbers are top notch!
I'm generally not big on writing reviews because most are less than honest, but Andrew was great and deserves the accolades.
Andrew was knowledgeable and efficient. He described to me what he thought the issue was and after I said "go" he was proven entirely accurate and correct! During the repair we ran into what could be a costly issue, but with a little determination and creativity, he got around that as well.
Great job Andrew and good job RR for having Andrew represent you.

Technician was here for 2 hours, but did not figure out the issue at all and then overcharging close to $600 for that.

They always come quickly. Staff is excellent to deal with and we sometimes have odd projects that need doing. Always excellent work and best of all everyone is great.

Lack of attention to detail. Lots of solder dripped on floor and they threw a rug over it (I cleaned it up). Huge holes drilled through studs for small diameter piping. Drilled 2.25" hole through the top of a closet door jamb for no reason, and one other unneeded large hole (oops!). Basically anything that wasn't connecting two pieces of pipe was done sloppy.
