Kelly Plumbing and Heating provided us with highly skilled professional plumbing service. Our experience could not have been better -- from start to finish. Phil, Autumn and Nick were responsive, informative and genuinely courteous. We had a leaking shower drain in an upstairs bath that could easily have caused major damage to our home since it is located directly above our kitchen. The plumber, Nick, accessed the drain through a small hole cut into the kitchen ceiling to remove a 30+ year old PVC drain throat assembly and replace it with a brass throat. He was efficient but careful during removal and installation. It was evident that he took pride in quality workmanship and is highly skilled. Nick thoroughly tested the repair, left the work areas spotless and could not have been more pleasant and informative throughout.

We've used Kelly on a number of occasions over the years. A couple times more recently. I highly recommend them! Nick was our plumber in both recent cases, installing a new basement toilet and replacing some old valves along with a faucet. He was very efficient and talked through options clearly. Love working with him! 10 out of 5 stars!!

Kelly Plumbing & Heating is by far the best local plumber in the St Paul area. Our water heater went out unexpectedly and they were able to come out the next day and diagnose the issue. Steve and Garret worked together to quickly fix the issue while providing great communication and assurance. Highly recommended.

Nick did a great job replacing the main drain pipes in our kitchen and bath. Ours is an older home with rusty iron & lead pipes. Nick explained clearly the work needed to replace with ABS piping, timing and options for some of the more difficult pieces. Everything went smoothly and on budget....no surprises. He definitely knows his trade craft well and is very professional. Will definitely be going with Nick and Kelly Plumbing in the future. One of the best contractor experiences in recent memory.

My bathtub faucet started leaking a lot, all of a sudden, so I reached out to Kelly Plumbing and Hannah was able to schedule Garrett to come over the next day to fix it. He was wonderful. He arrived on-time, and replaced an old gasket with a new one in under an hour. Everything is working perfectly now. Thanks so much to Hannah and Garrett. I'd highly recommend them!

We needed a new in sink garbage disposal and once again, Kelly Plumbing and Heating and Nick delivered. Nick found time in his schedule and was able to get it installed four days ahead of schedule and leave everything clean and working. I'll continue to do business with Kelly- they are really good at what they do.

I contacted Kelly Plumbing based on an enthusiastic referral from a friend. We have used them a couple of times and will continue to in the future. Their plumbers Steve and Nick are very knowledgeable taking the time to explain the issue, offering options on how to fix it, while being cost conscious. They have fixed issues with low water pressure, kitchen faucet replacement, stubborn clogs, and leaky showers.

I've been hiring Kelly Plumbing to do all of the work on my house for 30 plus years and they have always done a great job. Most recently I had an outside faucet that needed replacing and Nick did the work of replacing it with an updated one and a new shutoff valve. He explained things as the job progressed and consulted withy wife and I when we had options to choose from. He is very easy to work with and left the work area spotless before he left. I also appreciated working with Hannah in the office to get the job scheduled.

Nick did a great job coming up with affordable solutions for our plumbing. He definitely deserves 5 stars for his skill, knowledge, and great communications / people skills. Kelly’s office staff was great too! I highly recommend Kelly!

After being told by other plumbing companies over the years that my terrible water pressure in my bathtub could not be changed, I despaired and suffered shocking showers. Fed up, I found Kelly Plumbing and gave them a call. I was set up with an appointment right away and a delightful gentleman came out to scrutinize the problem. He told me that yes, the problem could be fixed - and at a reasonable price! A few days later, Nick appeared, got to work and had the pressure fixed in less than an hour. I just had the most fantastic shower! I am more than pleased with Kelly Plumbing and would recommend them VERY highly! Nick too!

We are very satisfied with our experience with Kelly Plumbing. We had our water heater replaced. Nick our plumber was very thoughtful- he lined our stairway with drop cloths to protect our carpet, cleaned up any debris or spills, and always removed his shoes when walking through our home. The installation went smoothly, Nick explained the operation of the new unit, and we are so grateful to have hot water again! We will absolutely use Kelly Plumbing in the future.
