We've been using Rascher since our next door neighbor recommended them nearly 8 years ago. Jason has replaced a water heater, a kitchen faucet, and bathroom plumbing. And today he was back to fix a continuous drip in the shower. Everyone with whom we have interacted has been exceptionally responsive, respectful, and kind. We'd recommend them to anyone.
2024 Update: We moved 2+ years ago and continue to call on Rascher when needed. They've replaced a sump pump motor here, and today Jason J was here to address a leak in the basement, relocate an on/off valve for an outdoor spigot, and replace that outdoor spigot.
We continue to be thrilled with their work.

I would recommend Rascher to anyone with complex residential plumbing issues. The plumber who came to our house, Jason, was fast, honest, and knowledgable. If we ever need work done in the future we'll definitely be using this company.

I had a 30-yr old water heater fail. I wanted to replace it and decided to replace the other one in our duplex that was over 25 years old. Rascher was very responsive, gave me a rough estimate which sounded in line with other quotes and I agreed to have them come out. Jason and Caleb came out on time, were very friendly and replaced the 2 tanks in about 4 hours. The area was cleaned up very well. I would definitely recommend Rascher to anyone looking for plumbing services. (As a side note, Jason came out a couple days later to install a new outside spigot. Since it was so close to the first job, they waived the trip fee for the second job.)

Our experience with Rascher was excellent. Getting an appointment was quick and Ed arrived on time. Ed evaluated the problem we had with our baseboard heat and knew exactly how to fix it. The repair was done to our satisfaction. We also mentioned a plumbing problem we had with a vintage water fixture. He called a co-worker who delivered the necessary parts and now that long term problem is fixed too! We would definitely use Rascher again. Plus Ed was a polite and nice guy!

Mr. Henry was AMAZING--thorough and very professional. He analyzed, and shared with me, the origin of problems and worked efficiently to accomplish repairs on two toilets--in one, even tightening a leaking bolt in the tank--and then cleared another drain in a sink.

In future--though it will.likely be LONG into the future because of the quality of his work--I will always request Mr. Henry's services. Owners should be proud to have such an able plumber and fine represntative of the company in their ranks.

Jason Jennings from Rascher did a great job of installing my new kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal. He arrived on time and I could tell he knew what he was doing. The work was completed in the expected allotment of time. I have to mention that this was a last minute request - as I had a leak from the old faucet occurring. Jennifer at Rascher did a great job of talking me through what I needed plus was able to get me in the following day due to a cancellation. I would definitely use Rascher again and have already recommended them to my neighbor!

Over the years, Ed from Rascher Plumbing had done a number of jobs for us and we can’t say enough about him. He is a real professional and knows what he is doing. He is also personable, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. Today he redid the plumbing of a bathroom sink that required The replacement of old pipes behind the wall. He did a top-notch job and we would highly recommend him!

Easily the best plumbing and heating company I've ever worked with. Everyone here has been incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. They show up when they say they will, explain options clearly, and point out less costly fixes when possible.

Rascher also has folks with real expertise on maintaining, fixing, and replacing boilers, which many local companies no longer have. They generally seem very comfortable and competent working with the kinds of plumbing and heating setups found in older homes.

The previous owners of my house used Rascher Plumbing to upgrade everything during their remodel some years ago so I gave Rascher a call when I needed a plumber. Their customer service person was helpful, friendly, and prompt. She was able to squeeze me in since I had to get things resolved quickly before guests arrived in a few days. Jason was great to work with & very tolerant of the many plumbing questions I asked. I actually learned a lot about the issues I was experiencing and, in one case, his creativity saved me the cost of an expensive part. I feel really good about the work Jason did for me. He was pleasant, courteous, patient & professional!

Matt from Rascher Plumbing was just here to take care of corroded pipes under our kitchen sink.
