Norblom Plumbing has been servicing both my homes since 2013 and they’ve always done Excellent work as well as offered top of the line products for my kitchen/ bathrooms.
Stuart was punctual, friendly and he fixed my non responsive Insinkerator issue quickly and neatly so I was able to have a draining kitchen sink as well as the rest of my afternoon open.

Services are professional and products are top notch. Competitively priced and will get your problem fixed the first time.

Norblom is my go to plumber. I've used them for many years for projects in our condo and a rental condo. We've had multiple faucets and toilets installed or repaired and on my latest service call Norblom fixed a shower fixture for us. The service is easy to schedule and the plumbers are always on time, friendly and get right to work. In the rare event that I'm not completely satisfied with the repair, Norblom will schedule a no charge return to make it right. Norblom is happy to service condos, something not all plumbers want to do. They may be more expensive than some, but you get what you pay for and I'm a very satisfied Norblom customer.

Rich did a fantastic job of reparing an old, corroded tub which was in need of repair. He updated piping and installed new fixtures for the shower and tub. He was kind, knowledgable, polite, and offered several options. We will be looking to go with Norblom again in the future!

Thank you Norblom Plumbing for your kind assistance with the list that the city gave me to repair. The plumber was great. He did the work with extreme care, and the outcome is what I wanted. NP also went the extra mile for me on another issue the city wanted addressed. They solved that problem, too. In short, they care about their work and their customers. I rate them highly.

Bait and Switch. Was quoted about $150 on the phone for a tankless water heater flush. When the tech arrived, it was $420 for the flush which took an hour and I was already in the trip charge of $99. While the tech was great, the price should have been clearly conveyed at the time of scheduling. No response needed unless it's to credit me the difference.

Mike made me a customer for life. I went to the company website to set up an appointment to flush out my water heater. It was a really easy process to set up the appointment. The company was able to fit me into the schedule the next business day. Mike went through all of the steps to flush out the water heater and explained along the way. He gave me some insight on my specific water heater unit and told me signs to look out for. As a new homeowner, I could have asked for better person.

I chose Norblom Plumbing because they’re from St. Paul — my hometown — and that matters to me. There’s something about calling a local company that feels more personal, like you’re keeping things close to home.

Rick, our plumber, arrived right within the time frame he promised (which already felt like a small miracle). Rascher Plumbing and Heating have done many projects in our 137 year-old house. Jason, who worked on our antique tub today, exhibited the level of skill and ease working on old plumbing that we have come to expect from Rascher technicians. They have repaired plumbing, others have told us could not be fixed. I have recommended Rascher to neighbors who report the same positive experiences.

Both our water connection from the house to the hose and flapper were not working properly. When Jason arrived, he listened to my problems and quickly fixed them both. We got fabulous service from Rascher, as always! Jason & Ben were on time & got the work done quickly. They cleaned up & had good communication w/ us. Hot water heater was leaking, and they squeezed us in the next morning! (Even though appointments have been 3 weeks out). We found this great local company (St Paul) when we needed a lift pump fixed, a few years ago. Not many companies handle lift systems.

Jason from Rascher came to fix a seal leak and was incredibly efficient and very nice. He took the time to explain the details to me and fixed a few things I hadn't known about. Highly recommend Rascher and I will be using them again to install a water softener soon and any other plumbing/heating issues that come up with my new home!

Had Jason, the plumber, come to my rescue today. He saved one faucet which prevented more leaks and replaced another faucet which stopped constant running of the water. Excellent work, excellent customer service. Actually a pleasure for a plumbing experience! Will recommend to friends!

Called Rascher again this week (three weeks after the first time) for another issue and had the same great service that I did before. Left a message at first and was called back right away by Dave Rascher. He was able to schedule an appointment the next day (this was a non-emergency issue). Again had Jason come to the house and he was friendly, efficient and knew his stuff. Complete satisfaction! Recommended Rascher to my friend who has plumbing needs.

Called Rascher to work on some worn out faucets and got on the calendar right away. Day of appointment was great - Jason called ahead as he was able to get to me a little earlier than expected. Jason did an excellent job. He arrived when he said he would. He was polite and personable. He was efficient and his work was high quality--everything worked exactly as it should when done. Everything was clean and tidy when he finished. There was no "up-selling". He pointed out an issue that I might want to watch for in the future with a faucet cartridge but didn't make me feel pressured in any way to deal with it immediately. I was very pleased and will use Rascher again for my plumbing needs.

This is our third time, second house with using Rascher (tub leak through ceiling, rerouting previously poorly placed plumbing and installing a garbage disposal). Jason has helped us all three times and is always professional and thorough with his work. I can’t compare prices but I’ll just say they’re worth every penny!
