I am extremely pleased with help I got from Kelly on 1/22/25. I had a clogged drain and needed a new disposal during an arctic blast. I had never done business with the before. They got the work done in two days. They were on time. They communicated well. And I thought their bill was reasonable. I would highly recommend Kelly.

Our shower wouldn't shut off. I had Roto-rooter come out and they said we needed to replace the entire shower valve and quoted us 2200. Kelly Plumbing came out and quickly identified the issue was the shower switch and only needed to replace one of the parts.

Nick was great. He came out and repaired a toilet in about 20 minutes, whereas another plumber had told me I’d need to buy a whole new one. Then repaired an exterior hose line for the house and did a really great job. Overall, I think they do things the right way and are honest and professional. Very pleased and am glad to have found a locally owned plumber that we can rely on.

Everything in my1920s home seemed to fall apart at once this past year, including plumbing issues throughout the house. I’m so glad that someone recommended I contact Kelly Plumbing. It’s so wonderful to find a kind, friendly, professional plumber (Steve!) I can trust to do excellent work at very reasonable prices. Steve has done 4 jobs for me in the past year (sometimes with a partner) and I was very happy with all their work. Jobs included clearing out years of sediment from old pipes so that I’d have hot water again, dealing with boiler / radiator issues, and just yesterday installed a new lawn spigot to replace one that burst during the winter thaw. Thank you, Kelly Plumbing and Steve!

Nick came out to investigate why the hot water pressure was low on our kitchen sink. He arrived on time, explained what the problem was, and fixed it quickly. After the new pipe had been run he did a great job cleaning up. Very friendly and professional!

Kelly Plumbing recently provided excellent service for a bathroom faucet repair in our 100+ yo home. Autumn was clear, transparent and communicative in explaining their pricing structure and setting up the job. The Tech (Nick) arrived on time and was friendly and professional in considering the two options we presented to him for completing the repair. His work product was excellent, and the price we were charged seemed very reasonable when compared to two other plumbing companies we contacted. (We also received a first-time customer discount that was greatly appreciated.) Bottom line: we will definitely consider using Kelly for future plumbing projects!

Best plumbers for remodeling in the Twin Cities. Can't say enough good about Steve and the crew. Office staff too. All around great company. Worked with them on complete re-plumbing of my 1914 built house. Not an easy job but they had creative solutions and got the job done in only a few days.

My water heater was on the fritz over the weekend, and Hannah connected with me Monday morning to arrange to have Steve stop over to take a look. When it needed replacing, they squeezed me in the next day despite being very booked for the week. The installation service by Nick was super professional and much appreciated. Nick answered my call early this morning assuring me he would make it to our place by 3pm- and he was! He fixed our sink, 2 pipes and even took care of our bathroom sink!
