We used Roto Rooter to clean our backed up bathtub. Gabe, our drain cleaner, diagnosed the problem immediately: our main sewer line. He snaked it and found HUGE roots. He worked quickly to clean everything out then ordered a video inspection. Jordan came to inspect the entire line then suggested to sign up for the City of St. Paul's sewer support program aimed at eliminating root infiltration. We signed up! This was a great service call from Roto Rooter. I highly recommend them.

Dispatch was very responsive and the tech came out within an hour to address a drain backup. Brian was very knowledgeable and got to work right away. He kept me informed the and explained everything to me before he did anything. They finished the work and cleared out a bunch of roots in a couple hours. It was a smooth process for something that was really worrisome especially the week of Christmas. Would definitely use Brian and his team again!

My 75 gallon water heater went out unexpectedly. Roto-Rooter came to the rescue. I had a different plumbing company out in the morning that had a much higher quote and other companies didn’t even contact me back. There was a delay in the initial appointment window which was frustrating, but Andres (my plumber) was stellar and went well out of his way to make up for it and figure out a quick solution on a weekend. All in, we were back up and running in about 24 hours.

My experience with Andrew, Justin, and the entire team was more than I could have ever asked for. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to answer all of our questions and thoroughly inspected every inch for water damage. I am truly pleased with the service and highly recommend the company

Had frozen pipes. Andrew came out and did a Excellent job trying to get them to unfreeze. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and pointed me in the next direction I need to take. I'm very thankful for him.

Brian was the technician that cleaned the main sewer line of a large amount of roots. I also had him clean the line from the basement floor drain to the main clean out. He tried a variety of sizes of metal blades to get through the roots and got to where the main sewer connects to the city sewer. I appreciate his determination to get through the roots so Brandon,( the camera person who also came about a hour after brian arrived)could get the video camera down the pipe and showed me what was going on. The pipe was is good shape but would need a liner installed, which they are going to do later on this week. They were very helpful in explaining what was going on and what my options were to get the sewer pipe fixed, and setting up getting the repair work done . I called on a Sunday morning and they had a technician in the area who could be at my house in about an hour. Thank you for the quick response and professionalism. Tech was amazingly friendly and courteous! Also very punctual and knowledgeable! He really did a great job explaining what he was doing and fixed the problem in a timelymanner. Well, also going the extra mile to clean up the water from the backed up drains in 3 different areas. Highly recommend this company.

Jamison did a 5-star job cleaning out our main drain line from our basement to the street as well as the floor drain line from our laundry tubs to the main drain. Brian came over to our home about 45 minutes after I placed an emergency call for clogged toilet and an over flow of water in the laundry room drain area. Brian was very knowledgeable about the situation. He also arranged for a camera to confirm the problem and told me what the problem was and also what to do to solve this recurring issue I have.

Brian did a wonderful job of explaining the issue before and after fixing the problem. He also offered solutions to prevent the problem recurring in the future. The Company did a great job communicating the options for scheduling the service and notifying me of arrival times. Very pleased with this company and will highly recommend them, especially Brian!

I had a toilet overflow situation that was flushing to my basement. We had Brian over who took out the toilet seat, flushed out the jammed parts and had the seat reinstalled within minutes.

Super Bowl Sunday, t-minus 2 hours until company is scheduled to come and my main drain line is backing up into my laundry room! I called Roto Rooter to see if they provided service on a Sunday and not only did they provide service but they were at my door an hour later! Andrew was great! I called to have a clogged kitchen sink fixed, and he made the whole process super easy. He showed up on time, told me the service price upfront, identified the problem quickly and explained what he was going to do to repair it. He had the sink working in no time!

Additionally, Andrew was respectful, personable, and tidy. He cleaned up after he was done and you'd never even know he was there. Overall, He was professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again for future plumbing needs.

Brian came by to clear a backed up drain in my laundry tub. I did end up needing to clear my main drain too. He took the time to explain everything and even gave me pointers to help NOT need to see him anytime in the near future. 😊 I called at 4:45 on a Friday evening thinking I’d hopefully have someone come early the next week. Our water heater burst abruptly on a Sunday at 10pm and flooded our basement. We called Roto-Rooter immediately and they were available to schedule us in promptly the next morning! Timing wise, this exceeded my expectations and I was so grateful for their quick assistance.

On the day of the repairs, we had two amazing team members who arrived exactly when expected, named Andrew + Justin, who quickly assessed the damage and put together a reasonably priced game-plan. Outside of being incredibly knowledgeable, they were also both very kind which is so important when your basement has flooded and you know there’s a long journey ahead.

Despite us needing to move the placement of the water heater (something we knew needed to happen) and getting a new unit, they completed this work in the same day!

Regarding the remaining water damage, they helped us to file a claim and took their time answering all questions we had and also began to dry the basement on the same-day to prevent molding.

My daughter recently had a sleepover with some friends, and unfortunately they clogged my toilet with a few of my cleaning products. I called Roto-Rooter and they were at my house within 30 minutes of me calling them which was extremely impressive. Brian, the technician, was in and out in about 10-15 minutes which I felt was a great turnaround time frame. I am pleasantly surprised with the service provided. I do wish it wasn't as expensive but the service quality does help. Thank you so much!

Andrew was very kind and helpful. We had a failure in a pipe that caused a lot of water to leak inside the house, which required emergency plumbing. Andrew arrived quickly and worked fast to find the issue. While he was there we had a shower that didn’t work that he fixed as well. Given all he did the price was very reasonable.
