We were extremely pleased with the service we received from Kelly Plumbing with the installation of a new hot water heater. We called the office late in the afternoon, and Hannah was incredibly helpful and able to schedule a plumber to come over the very next morning. Nick arrived on time and was courteous, friendly and very professional. He did a great job with the installation and also cleaned up the work space, instructed us on how to use the new heater and answered all our questions. We would not hesitate to use Kelly Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Nick installed my new kitchen sink faucet, fixed our toilet, and addressed a clogged garbage disposal. He was super efficient and professional and I could not be happier! Kelly Plumbing is my go-to for honest and smart plumbing services and I am so grateful to have found them

Steve and Garrett were super quick to help us out. Our water heater went out and although we couldn’t get it back up and running (it was over 15 years old), they were able to install a new one just a few days later. Great communication and follow up! Appreciate their thoroughness and professionalism.

Steve is our guy! He's helped us with several plumbing problems as they've come up. He's very efficient and goes above and beyond to help his clients. Kelly plumbing was recommended to us and now we'd be hard pressed to find a better company.

Very impressed with the speed and quality of service. Out water heater went out and within 24 hours our guy Steve came out 3 times, starting with trying a few cheaper fixes but eventually opting for a water heater replacement. We're very happy with the install and how quickly they were able to get our hot water running again.

Brian was the best! Incredibly nice and very thorough on everything he said! I would recommend asking for him when calling! If we ever have problems going forward he will be the one we will ask for and because of him Roto-Rooter will be ther company we call!

Showed up late on a Friday night. Clog seems to be fixed. Very polite.

Edited version. So the next day the camera guy showed up and gave us a $12k estimate to fix a blocked pipe. We declined and he said he was voiding the Rotorooter warranty for the prior work. What a sales pitch!

I changed my appointment last minute. And asked for an earlier time. They were very accommodating. My technician was Brian. Very knowledgeable and got the job done well. Thank you so much for the great service.

Called Roto-Rooter. Showed up just over an hour later which was fast.
Brian was great. Was able to clear our clogged tub. Was worth the price with the other information he gave us about our main drains since the house is new to us. Highly recommend.

Brian, our technician, was able to come to our house with an hours notice, match the quote we had received from an other company, and complete the job within 2 hours. We are happy with the service from roto rooter and would use them again in the future.

They came in very quickly and they did a great job and got a person here right away to do a camera inspection of the drain pipe and they got a appointment for Monday to do a complete inside pressure cleaning to get the drain pipe as clean of grease from past build up. Will recommend them to anyone who wants a great job. All 3 men were very helpful and friendly to work with.

Jameson was our technician to clean out our main sewer lines throughout our home. He was professional knew his trade and immediately went to work to open us up so we can now shower and flush toilets! With a 6 month warranty. I recommend him and roto-rooter if your home needs a cleaning for a sewer backup! Jamison had a professional outlook to help out even late on Christmas eve. Thank you!

Andrew was kind and informative. He absolutely took care of us and our home. Fully reccomend these guys vs some of those other companies you might hear commercials for on radio or TV. I've been in the trades for 30 years and have learned that relationships matter and so too does honest, fair, and transparent pricing. 5 stars isn't nearly high enough for these guys.

Brian did an amazing job in cleaning my sewer line. I had preventive work done, but would not hesitate to call on him and Rotor Rooter again in case I needed emergency service. You would never know he had been working in the stack--he left the area so clean! Brian was very efficient and personable; a true professional. I have recommended Roto Rooter to people in the past, and will continue to do so. I trust them.

Had a blocked pipe that was causing the toilet to back up into the tub. Called Roto Rooter and they were able to get someone out right away.
Brian assessed the situation and determined the interior main line had the blockage. After he let me know what my options were he proceeded with resolving the issue. He got everything cleared out and flowing smoothly again! After he had everything working again he gave me some very helpful tips and recommendations for future prevention.
Brian did a great job and I highly recommend him and Roto Rooter!

One of the managers reached out, offered apologies and a $93.00 refund for some bottle of drain cleaner that the technician didn't left behind,but charged me for it.

I called this company because I had a very bad drain clog from my kitchen sink.

The good:
- the drain pipe is unclogged
- the technician persevered, and completed the job.

The bad:
- very expensive, when I called to ask for pricing I got the run around, letting the tech determine the price
- the technician didn't have the tools and hardware needed for the job. He used my chair to climb, used my screwdriver, used my drain snake in conjunction with his own, used my garden hose (he did not cleaned it after he used it)
- the tech made a complete mess, I had to spend 1 hour cleaning after he left
- the tech took 3.5 hours to unclog a 30 feet drain pipe

Will I recommend or use this company?
Absolutely NOT!!

Our drain got clogged on a Friday evening. I called roto-rooter and Brian was here within an hour!! He was able to figure out the issue and immediately got to work on our main drain. He worked very quickly and we were extremely happy that Brian was able to come and help us at that hour on a Friday night!! Very good service! Thank you Brian!

The shower in our townhome suddenly stopped working on a Friday afternoon. By Saturday afternoon, Andrew from Roto-Rooter had the pipe thawed and water flowing again. He was friendly and informative, and kept us in the loop as he troubleshot our plumbing problem. We will definitely be calling Roto-Rooter again for any future plumbing issues!
