Read moreWe had a great experience from start to finish! Our contractor recommended Cabinets To Go, and while we were surprised at first, we decided to make the trip and meet with David. David was incredibly friendly and guided us through the entire design process. The other woman in the office was super sweet as well, and both of our visits were welcoming and enjoyable. We selected our cabinets, sinks, countertops, and hardware--and saved thousands compared to the other bids we received for our kitchen remodel. We couldn't be happier with the outcome! Even better, the entire project took just a little over three weeks. Worth every penny! We love our soft-close pantry, pull-out seasoning drawer, wine and china cabinet, and beautiful white quartz countertops. We are so happy with the results and highly recommend them!
since 1 star is as low as you can go they get 1 star be very careful of what you are getting went in showed them the blue print and they told us what we needed-a year later we found out that we have $1400 of things that we will never use and when trying to returnwas told it had been over 30 days no returns was told that the store manager would call his manager and get back with me never happen plus found out that one cabinet was the incorrect size would not work ahd to by another cabinet and since out cabinets and found out that the paneling to go around the refrigerator needed to 9 ft but they only have 8ft they do not tell you that have filed a case with the mo atty general there customer service has e mailed me 2 times wanting to talk i have responded to there e mail with no more responce was also told no one take anything back that old told them that lowes and home depo both took items back older-i could not recommend they to any one based on there customer service--sm-- lone jack,mo
The designer is incompetent as well. we provided the sink that we bought with stock photo and measurements show on the box. The sink is 33" which requires a minimum of 36" base cabinet. The designer ordered a 33" base sink cabinet for us. Now we can't install the sink we already have. We have to spend more money to buy a different one that could fit in the sink base cabinet which we also have to wait for one week for it to ship to us. What a disaster! Costed us money and time!
buyers beware as you will be sold things you do not need and will be unable to return them after 30 days -they are the experts and they will tell what you need but after install find out that you have way to much and when building a house it takes over 30 days- thier excuse was home depot would not take it back after 30 days but untrue i returned items to lowes and home deport a year old no questions asked cant even get a return phone call when he said he would(store manager) opinion no customer handling skills and could care less about you-also ordered wrong cabinet and its not his fault-its a diy store and you should be able to depend on them to get whats right and if not make it right-does not happen would like to start a class action law suite if i can get enough people with same concerns
Good products.bad company.company made 3 mistakes and blamed me did it. Without taking responsibility.
I stopped in here briefly to look at hardware, just to learn. When I wandered in, the staff was busy helping others, but they allowed me to look around and later tried to answer my questions, which were maybe a bit unusual (about retrofitting hinges) in a helpful spirit. It was already months ago. That's why I rated them 4 stars. I didn't actually buy anything, so cannot speak to any fuller experiences.
